scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

2017年3月27日是第二十二个全国中小学生安全教育日，主题是“强化安全意识，提升安全素养”。依据教育部今年印发的《中小学幼儿园应急疏散演练指南》我们要做好以下几点工作：

一个国家对待孩子的态度也是这个国家对待未来的态度。学生的生命安全和健康成长，关系到千家万户的幸福，关系到国家和民族的未来。近年来，由于车辆的增多、中小学布局调整、民办学校、幼儿园跨地域招生等原因，学生交通安全日益成为威胁学生生命安全的突出问题。根据相关统计，xxx年交通事故造成的中小学生死亡人数占全国中小学生死亡总数的xx%左右，已经成为造成中小学生死亡的主要“杀手”之一。特别是近两年来，全国范围内相继发生了一系列重特大校车安全事故，造成了严重的社会影响，校车安全已经成为党中央、国务院高度重视和全社会共同关注的热点问题。对于我省而言，交通事故也是威胁未成年人生命安全的最大“杀手”之一。近年来，我省也相继发生了几起校车事故，造成了不同程度的学生伤害，引起了广泛的社会关注。可以说，保障校车安全，已经成为事关全省教育事业健康发展乃至整个社会和谐稳定的大事。

作为全国较为发达的经济省份，路网、车流、人流的密集程度堪称全国之首，道路状况十分复杂，这些都在严重威胁着我省中小学生的安全出行。我们也倍感做好中小学生交通安全教育工作任务艰巨、责任重大。国家六部委把江苏列为全国第一个全面启动的省份，充分体现了六部委对我省的高度信任，同时也对我省中小学生交通安全教育工作寄予了更高希望。为了带好头、起好步，稳步推进中小学生交通安全教育活动富有成效地开展，我讲三点意见：

一是生命不保，何谈未来;随着我省经济持续高速发展，人民生活水平日益提高的同时，机动车数量急剧增加，给中小学生交通环境带来了极大地安全隐患。中小学生是一群特殊的道路交通参与者，由于交通安全意识薄弱，不能够自觉遵守交通规则，交通伤残事故、死亡。如果不能保障中小学生的交通安全就谈不上教育;不能保障中小学生的生命安全就更谈不上祖国的发展和未来。

x月x日xx签发了xxx号国务院令，颁布实行了《校车安全管理条例》，与此同时我们又迎来了全国中小学生交通安全教育活动江苏省启动仪式，这必将为我省全面开启中小学生“安全工程”起到重大的推动作用。为此，我们要以国家六部委的《通知》精神为契机，以《校车管理条例》为依托，乘风借势，开展好中小学生道路交通安全教育，打造出全省平安和谐的交通环境。

二是加强领导，扎实推进。各地党委、政府、教育、交管、宣传等部门要深入学习《校车条例》和六部委的《通知》精神，把贯彻落实中小学生交通安全教育活动作为一项“民心工程”来抓，切实加强组织领导，扎实推进交通安全教育活动的深入开展。严格按照《条例》和《通知》精神的要求，做好各项工作。全省各地要迅速行动起来做到“xx工程”的全面启动，即“安全校车要应配尽配”、“小黄帽要应戴尽戴”、“信息卡要应有尽有”、“救助救治通道要应设尽设”、“五老爱心团队要应建尽建”。各级有关部门特别是教育行政部门要按照《条例》和《通知》要求，坚持从严从细，求真务实的工作思路，认真组织，精心谋划，扎实有效地做好每一项工作。各地中小学生交通安全教育活动办公室，要在当地党委、政府的统一领导下，突出工作重点。交通安全宣传教育要走进校园、走上课堂;要全面落实小黄帽路队制;狠抓学校周边的交通隐患的排查治理，切实抓出人民群众的满意度，切实抓出党委、政府的公信力。

中小学生是需要社会关爱和照顾的弱势群体，采用亮黄色面料，配有反光材料的小黄帽是他们重要的道路标识，能高度提醒道路交通参与者注意避让，有效遏制交通事故发生。小黄帽路队制xxx年从北京市原崇文区诞生后，连续xx年未发生一起由学生引起的交通死亡事故。迅速被推广全国部分地区，“小黄帽路队制”已经成为学生安全出行的保障。

我省要把推广中小学生交通安全工作，落实小黄帽路队制作为考核有关单位学生安全工作的重要指标。学校要派专人负责每日检查，相关部门要派督导员抽查。教育部门定期上报学生小黄帽佩戴情况，有关单位要每年组织评比表彰，充分交流经验，并对落实不利的提出批评，对导致学生伤亡的要追究相关领导责任。

三是关爱生命，平安出行。公安交通管理部门要加大对超速、超载、不按规定让行等交通违法行为的整治力度，要加强警力在中小学校上、下学时间维护校园周边主要路口交通秩序，确实担当起中小学生平安出行的守护神。广大驾驶员要严格遵守《道路交通安全法》，增强安全交通意识，不违规、不超速、不酒驾、不开带病车，不开赌气车、不开英雄车，做到文明驾驶，礼貌让行，争当人民公认的优秀驾驶员。

3月21日上午，由贵州省遵义市政府、教育局、消防支队主办，新蒲新区教育文化科技局、新蒲新区应急办、新蒲新区消防大队、遵义市第四十二中学承办，“全国第22个中小学生安全教育日活动启动仪式暨消防应急逃生演练活动”在遵义市新蒲新区第四十二中学校举办。

上午9时，全校师生在新蒲新区消防大队官兵指导下，成功完成了一次火灾逃生疏散救援演练。

模拟“火灾”发生在教学楼3楼，当警报声响，烟雾弥漫，学生们捂住口鼻、低头弯腰，顺着安全通道迅速进行撤离，在整个疏散过程中，学生和老师紧张有序，不到5分钟，大多数师生成功逃生，无人员伤亡。但是还有几名学生在疏散学生的过程中被“困”火场，此时，消防车火速赶到，消防队员运用云梯车、二节拉梯和救生气垫将他们成功解救，同时通过组织人员和高喷车采取内外夹攻的方式，将“火灾”扑灭。

演练过后，正式启动中小学生安全教育日活动，市应急办、市教育局、新蒲新区管委会以及第四十二中学校长相关领导负责人分别致辞，对全市中小学生安全教育工作进行了强调和部署。

下一步，遵义市教育局与消防支队将组织指导各所学校开展好校园消防安全教育，切实提高学生消防安全意识和自防自救能力，构建一个安全的和谐校园，进而实现“教育一个学生，影响一个家庭，带动整个社会”的总体目标。

1、不在马路上踢球;

2、不在马路中间行走,走人行道，绝不能为贪一时之快横穿马路。;

4、当我们穿马路时，多一份谦让与耐心，不闯红灯，要做到红灯停、绿灯行;
