为扫除校园安全隐患，国家教育部已将安全教育列入工作重点，并明确提出：要把安全教育纳入学校正常的教育教学内容之中，全面培养学生的安全意识，提高学生的综合素质。加强安全教育，树立安全意识，培养学生在紧急情况下的自救能力和处理问题能力，不仅是学校安全工作的需要，也是全面提高学生综合素质的基本要求。
