大家早上好!

今天是第xx个“全国中小学生安全教育日”，主题为“强化安全管理，共建和谐校园”。 今天，结合我校实际情况，就春季流行病、交通、学习活动、饮食卫生等方面的安全事项向大家提出如下要求：

(1)做好春季防病。春季是多种传染病流行的季节，同学们要注意个人卫生，勤洗手，教室勤通风，勤锻炼，不暴饮暴食。坚决杜绝购买路边小吃，流动摊贩的食品，以免发生食物中毒和诱发肠道传染病。各班要做好每周的个人卫生检查。一旦发现有传染病发生，要在半小时内向校长室报告并立即采取正确的防控措施，不能任之蔓延。

(2)遵守交通规则，不乘坐无牌无证的车船，不乘坐非载客车辆。未经培训不骑摩托车。乘坐公交车应自觉等车靠边停稳后，按秩序上下车。过马路左右看。按照中小学生在校安全规定，年龄不足12周岁的学生一律不得骑单车。同学上学、放学走路要自觉遵守交通规则，主动避让机动车辆，谨防意外事故发生。

(3)安排好作息时间，既要学习好，又要休息好。课间和周末适当进行健康有益的活动，在活动前要做好准备工作，谨防意外伤害事故的发生。

(4)不和生人搭讪，防止坏人拐骗，现在的社会比较复杂，作为小学生我们要做到生人的话不听、生人的事不做、生人的路不带、生人的东西不拿。

(5)不允许玩火、玩电，防止人身伤害，防止意外事故的发生。禁止将爆竹、火柴、打火机等易燃、易爆品带入校园，更不允许将刀、弹弓、防真气枪等危险玩具带进校园。

(6)全体同学要自觉遵守《小学生守则》，不得爬窗台，不得在通道、走廊上急促追赶或打闹，避免撞伤或影响他人。要严禁通道、走廊跳橡皮筋，在教室或走廊上，训练弹跳摸拍高处设施物品的现象。

(7)爱护校园，保持环境卫生。虽然在上个学期我们也曾经看到个别同学在校园里的角落捡拾果皮纸屑;用自己的双手去保护了校园环境的优美。但是，我们大部分的同学并没有按照小学生日常行为规范的要求，按照小学生的礼仪要求做到见纸就拾，相反我们却经常看到一些我们不愿意看到的情景：操场上、走廊上有同学随手乱扔纸屑、食品袋。再看、花坛、草坪，有的同学在肆意践踏，学校的绿化带中，不时发现有深深的脚印、有的地方甚至走成了小道。同学们，我们是学校的主人，我们要有责任感。多弯弯腰捡捡果皮纸屑，不要随地乱扔乱吐;多走几步，不要穿越绿化带，践踏绿地。保护环境，净化校园。

一、活动宗旨

为展现全国中小学生丰富多彩的校园生活和良好的精神风貌，提高中小学生的思想道德水平和写作能力，给广大中小学生一个展示才华和交流学习的机会，中国教育培训产业发展联合会、中国关心下一代工作委员会、中国教育报、《人民教育》杂志、北京市东城区教委、神州佳教于2015年12月14日-2016年10月13日，在全国范围内举办“神州佳教杯”全国中小学生作文大赛，即日起向全国广大中小学生征稿。

本次活动及参赛作文将在中国教育报、中国教育报微信公众平台和神州佳教自媒体平台全程展示。

二、参赛对象：全国中小学生

三、赛程设置：小学组、初中组、高中组

四、赛制安排：为进一步与学生日常学习相结合，充分调动学生的写作积极性，本届作文大赛采取月赛制办法，即从2015年12月14日至2016年10月13日为期10个月，每月评出每个组别当月最佳作文100篇，年终每个组别再从这10个月的月度百佳作文中评出年度百佳作文。

五、投稿流程

1、登录“全国中小学生作文大赛”官网(http://zuowen.edu-china.com)。

2、点击“我要投稿”进入文章发布系统，进行文章的编排和发布。

注:

1、本次大赛不接受纸制版本投稿，每人每月参赛作品数量不限。

2、参赛学生须注意查看“神州佳教APP”系统通知或及时关注“神州佳教订阅号”微信通知，了解投稿作文审核动态。

六、奖品设置

(一)月度奖

1、月度百佳作文奖(每组100名)：每月先由评委从每个组别分别评出300篇文章，作为月度百佳提名作文;然后由社会公众投票评出月度百佳作文奖。1名参赛者每月上传作品数量不限，可以有多篇作品进入提名，但只能获得1个月度百佳作文奖。获奖者均获得由中国教育报刊社颁发的荣誉证书1份。荣获月度百佳作文奖的作品同时获得年度百佳作文奖评选资格。

社会公众投票可通过“神州佳教APP”或“神州佳教订阅号”微信公众平台进行，但每天每个神州佳教账号及微信号对同一篇作文只能投一票。

2、月度优秀指导教师奖：每个组别月度百佳作文奖作品的指导教师均获得月度优秀指导教师奖，获得由中国教育报刊社颁发的荣誉证书1份。1名教师每月最多只能获得1个月度优秀指导教师奖，当月不重复获奖。

如某个参赛月参赛人数特别多或特别少时，主办方有权根据当月参赛人数适当调整当月具体获奖额度。

(二)年度奖

1、年度百佳作文奖(每组100名)：本年度全部赛程结束后，由大赛专家评委从月度百佳作文奖中，评选出各组前100篇作文，获得年度百佳作文奖。

获奖者均可获得由中国教育报刊社颁发的荣誉证书1份，同时作文入选《全国中小学生优秀作文集粹》一书公开出版并择优在《中国教育报》刊登发表。另外，获奖者将成为神州佳教自媒体平台签约小作者。神州佳教签约小作者可在神州佳教自媒体平台自行发布作文、日志，稿酬10元/篇。

1名参赛者可以有多篇作品进入年度百佳作文评选，但最多只能获得1个年度百佳作文奖。

2、年度优秀指导教师奖：每个组别的年度百佳作文奖获奖作品的指导教师均获得年度优秀指导教师奖。获奖者均获得由中国教育报刊社颁发的荣誉证书1份，同时将成为神州佳教自媒体平台签约自媒体人和评论员。神州佳教签约自媒体人可在神州佳教自媒体平台自行发布教育文章(20元稿酬/篇)及发起教育讲座。

1名指导教师最多只能获得1个年度优秀指导教师奖，不重复获奖。

3、优秀组织奖：大赛设置优秀组织奖若干名，不分组别。每月组织100名学生参赛投稿的学校均获得优秀组织奖。获奖学校均获得由中国教育报刊社颁发的荣誉证书1份。

七、比赛进程

(一)大赛举办时间：2015年12月14日-2016年10月13日，共计10个比赛月。

(二)月度奖评审和奖项揭晓时间：每个比赛月第一天(14号)0点至最后一天(次月13号)24点之间投稿的作品，均可参与该比赛月的月度奖评选。月度百佳提名作文于次月20号(遇公共节假日向后顺延)统一公布在神州佳教自媒体平台及“神州佳教订阅号”微信公众平台，进行为期7天的社会公众投票评选，同时对提名作文进行网络公示;月底公布投票评选产生的月度百佳作文奖。

(三)年度奖于2016年12月初评出并予以公布。

(四)获奖证书发放时间：月奖证书在参赛月的第三个月的月底之前发放;年奖证书在2016年12月底之前发放。

(五)优秀作品集出版时间：年度奖获奖名单公布后6个月内。

八、注意事项

1、参赛作文题材不限、体裁不限、创意不限，字数要求500-2000字。

2、个人来稿不限数量，每一份来稿都有机会参与评奖。

3、参赛作文必须为参赛者的原创作品，引用必须注明出处，否则一律认定为抄袭，取消参赛资格。

4、任何网站及个人不得以任何名义非法转载参赛作文，违者神州佳教有权追究其法律责任。

5、本次大赛组委会对全部参赛作品具有收藏、发表、出版、宣传等处置权，包括网络发表权、出版权;因参赛者抄袭带来的版权纠纷，由参赛者个人承担全部责任;参赛者享有自己作品的署名权。凡参加此次征文活动的参赛者，均视为已确认并遵守大赛的各项规定。

6、本次征文活动最终解释权归神州佳教所有。

五、组织办法:

由学校布置为2017年寒假安全教育专题活动，登录“中国安全教育网”点击活动入口进入完成:学生通过观看学生版视频进行学习并完成测试，家长通过观看家长版视频进行学习，电脑或手机均可参与(学生和家长参与流程详见附件)。

六、组织要求:

1、精心组织:各县(区)教育局(社会事业局)及各学校要召集有关人员认真研究，对“2017年中小学生(幼儿)平安寒假安全教育专题活动”的时间、内容、形式、组织管理等做出周密安排，制定出具体可行的活动方案，确保活动覆盖每一名学生和每一位家长，切实提高学生和家长的安全防范意识和能力。

2、加强督查:各县(区)教体局(社会事业局)、局属各学校(幼儿园)要对 “2017年中小学生(幼儿)平安寒假安全教育专题活动”的开展情况进行布置和督查，联合新闻媒体对开展情况进行宣传报道，确保活动效果。

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Well, thats all for now. Next time I write I hope Ill have better news for you.

When the summer comes, the weather is so hot, it is rarely to see the rain.

Today, when I wake up, I find the weather is chilly, it is going to rain. I am

so happy, I miss the rain so much. Suddenly, the rain drops from the sky, I ran

out of the house, looking at the sky, dancing with the rain. I feel so cool,

then all my weariness has gone.

National Day, Mom and Dad took me to Suzhou on Saturday farm, where fun.

There, I ride the horse, when the back of the brave little knight. I gave the old goat the leaves, my God! Actually attracted a group of goats to grab the leaves (strange why is the old goats love camphor leaves, and do not like grazing?). I also saw a lot of animals in the farm, there are dairy cows, sika deer, lovely little white rabbits, tall camels, beautiful peacocks, ferocious ostriches, and a picture I have never seen Chicken the same, but much larger than the chicken, the neck covered with many red spots of animals, I was afraid, took the mothers hand, fleeing quickly.

There are not only many animals in the farm, there are many orchards, there are vineyards, there are pear orchards, flowers orchards, there are many, then we went to the jujube, made a return to farmers, eating their own picking dates, Taste really sweet ah!

老师们、同学们，安全工作是我们学校工作的重点之一，我们学校自始至终就高度重视安全工作。学校建立健全了各种安全制度，成立了安全工作领导小组，加强对全校师生进行经常性的和重点时段的安全教育和安全督导工作，保证了学校的安全工作有组织、有领导、有制度、有落实。

学校通过各种途径，像全校集会、升旗仪式、家长会、班校报、主题班会、安全征文、演讲比赛、校园广播等形式，注意加强对我们的同学进行交通、防火、防水、防毒、防电、防盗、防传染病和防不法侵害等方面的安全知识教育。

学校还通过与我们的学生、家长、班主任、有关老师签订 “安全工作责任书”，加强节假日巡视检查等多种形式，不断强化和提高全校师生的安全防范意识和安全责任感，努力消除各种安全事故隐患，保证了学校工作的正常开展和同学们身心的健康成长。

但是，不可否认，尽管学校有关领导和我们的班主任老师通过各种形式对我们的同学进行了多方面的安全、法制和纪律教育，采取了各种各样的防范措施，可仍有部分同学无视学校有关的安全纪律规定，做出了一些有可能伤及自身和伤及他人的违纪违法行为。

这部分同学在安全方面确实还存在着许多的问题和隐患，例如课间在楼上楼下追逐疯打;使用体育运动器械时违章操作;违纪玩火玩水摆弄电器;放学后在校内外逗留时间过长;同学之间发生矛盾纠纷后拉帮结伙通过拳脚打架来解决;节假日双休日违纪到危险水域玩水、游泳、捉鱼摸虾等等。

有些同学尤其是在交通安全和防火、防水安全方面存在的隐患更多，他们主要表现在：交通安全意识淡漠，安全责任心差，存有侥幸心理，缺乏安全防范和自我保护意识;不服从交通红绿灯的指挥，随意冲闯红灯;随意横穿公路;不主动给机动车让路，与机动车抢行;违纪到危险水域玩水 、游泳、捉鱼摸虾等等。

从以上种种不安全现象的大量存在同学们不难看出，交通安全和防火、防水安全就是我们同学目前在安全方面最需要注意和防范的几个重点。

同学们，生命只有一次、健康不能重来。生命安全就掌握在我们自己手中。这安全不仅关系我们个人、更关系到我们身后的家庭、学校、整个社会、和整个国家。珍爱生命，增强安全意识，让快乐与幸福伴随我们的童年。

现就本期的安全注意事项说明如下，每位同学一定要时刻遵守，牢记在心。

一、注意校园安全：

1、同学们养成良好的日常行为习惯，上下楼梯靠右轻走，严禁在楼道走廊里奔跑追逐、推拉拥挤，严禁翻爬扶栏、窗户等危险区域。

2、不摸、不动灭火器材、电线、各种开关;为防止火灾和意外事故，除实验外，所有教室及其他场所严禁违反规定使用明火。

3、在学校各种劳动中注意安全，预防意外事故。

Computer has considered to be one of the most important inventions in 20

century. It has brought many changes in this world. With the rapid development

of science and technology, more and more people have their own personal

Computers play an very vital role in our daily life. They can do a lot of

can do on line shopping without going outside. Computer has provided us lots of

convenience. There is no doubt that people can have a better life with

computer.

Some people worry about that someday computers may replace human beings.

Then most people will have no jobs. However, in my opinion, computers are not

replacing us. Even though computers can take over some difficult tasks that we

can not do. They are nothing but machines. They work for us. They will never

take the place of man.
