XX年3月26日(星期一)是第22个“全国中小学生安全教育日”，主题为“强化安全管理，共建和谐校园”。

今天，结合我校实际情况，就交通、学习活动、饮食卫生等方面的安全事项向大家提出如下要求：

(1)做好春季防病。春季是多种传染病流行的季节，同学们要注意个人卫生，勤洗手，教室勤通风，勤锻炼，不暴饮暴食。坚决杜绝购买路边小吃，流动摊贩的食品，以免发生食物中毒和诱发肠道传染病。各班要做好每周的个人卫生检查，及时填写个人卫生检查表，一旦发现有传染病发生，要在半小时内向校长室报告并立即采取正确的防控措施，不能任之蔓延。

(2)遵守交通规则，不乘坐无牌无证的车船，不乘坐非载客车辆。未经培训不骑摩托车。乘坐公交车应自觉等车靠边停稳后，按秩序上下车。过马路左右看。按照中小学生在校安全规定，年龄不足12周岁的学生一律不得骑单车。同学上学、放学走路要自觉遵守交通规则，主动避让机动车辆，谨防意外事故发生。

(3)安排好作息时间，既要学习好，又要休息好。课间和周末适当进行健康有益的活动，在活动前要做好准备工作，谨防意外伤害事故的发生。

(4)不和生人搭讪，防止坏人拐骗，现在的社会比较复杂，作为小学生我们要做到生人的话不听、生人的事不做、生人的路不带、生人的东西不拿。

(5)不允许玩火、玩电，防止人身伤害，防止意外事故的发生。禁止将爆竹、火柴、打火机等易燃、易爆品带入校园，更不允许将刀、弹弓、防真气枪等危险玩具带进校园。

(6)全体同学要自觉遵守教学楼文明公约，不得爬到外侧的窗台，不得坐到走廊栏杆上，不得在通道、走廊、楼梯上急促追赶或打闹，避免撞伤或影响他人。要严禁通道、走廊跳橡皮筋，在教室或走廊上，训练弹跳摸拍高处设施物品的现象。

(7)爱护校园，保持环境卫生。虽然在上个学期我们也曾经看到个别同学在校园里的角落捡拾果皮纸屑;用自己的双手去保护了校园环境的优美。但是，我们大部分的同学并没有按照小学生日常行为规范的要求，按照小学生的礼仪要求做到见纸就拾，相反我们却经常看到一些我们不愿意看到的情景：操场上、楼梯上、走廊上有同学随手乱扔纸屑、食品袋。再看、花坛、草坪，有的同学在肆意践踏，学校的绿化带中，不时发现有深深的脚印、有的地方甚至走成了小道。同学们，我们是学校的主人，我们要有责任感。多弯弯腰捡捡果皮纸屑，不要随地乱扔乱吐;多走几步，不要穿越绿化带，践踏绿地。保护环境，净化校园。

同学们，好的行为让我们坚持，不好的让我们在这个学期进行改正，最后希望我们大家能携起手来，共同创建一个安全文明的校园。

校园安全是与我们每个师生密切相关,它关系到同学们能否健康地成长,能否顺利地完成 学业;也关系到我们的老师能否在一个安全的环境中教书育人。因此,我们必须清醒的认识到 “安全无小事”、“隐患就是事故”,需时刻牢记。为了进一步做好我校的安全教育工作,结合我校的实际,现提出以下几点要求:

一、注意校内安全:

3、不在楼梯口玩耍，不在学校楼道的走廊、平台、转台等位置玩耍、游戏、打闹。

4、上体育课前要作好准备活动,运动时要遵照老师的要求,不剧烈碰撞,不违规运动,防止运动器材伤人;

5、不乱动教室内及校园内的电源插座,不要用潮湿的抹布擦电器开关，机器,

6、信息课上、科学课要听从老师的指挥，按规定程序操作。

二、注意交通安全:

现在的交通发展比较快,马路上车辆来来往往非常多,我们更有必要提醒我们的同学们在上放学途要中注意交通安全,也要做好宣传 工作,提醒爸爸、妈妈注意交通安全。我们提倡同学们做到以下几点

1、不在马路上踢球;

2、不在马路中间行走,走人行道，绝不能为贪一时之快横穿马路。;

3、过马路注意机动车的行驶情况，预防交通事故的发生。

4、当我们穿马路时，多一份谦让与耐心，不闯红灯，要做到红灯停、绿灯行;

5、严禁12周岁以下的学生骑自行车、骑车不带人、不双手离把骑车、不追逐骑车、不骑飞车、不扒车、不向车辆投掷石块等东西;

6、乘车时不向窗外招手、探头、车上拥挤时注意锐利物品、车停稳后再下车，更不得在车上打闹。

7、放学后不要在校门口因等人而堵塞交通，各班的学生要提醒家长在自己班级的等候区等候学生，不要将车辆乱停乱放。

8、所有乘车学生要注意乘车安全，坚决不乘坐无牌无照的车辆、不乘坐超载的车辆、不乘坐破旧的车辆，一旦发现以上情况，要及时向家长和班主任老师汇报。

三、注意活动安全:

在节假日放假期间，我们在家中一定要注意安全，家长也比较忙，照顾不到你们，一次必须自己管好自己。

1、活动要远离建筑工地、道路等存在安全隐患的场所;

2、不到坑、池、塘、沟、河流、施工重地等不安全的地方玩耍;

3、不玩火,不燃放烟花爆竹，防止意外伤害。

4、不进入网吧、电子游戏厅等未成年人禁止活动的场所。

5、如果出门一定要告知父母长辈知道,告诉他们你和谁在什么地方玩,要注意时间,不要很晚到家,以免父母担心。

6、同学们还应在家长指导下学会正确使用家用电器、煤气灶、卫生浴具等,学习安全用电、用火知识,并养成“人走断电”等好习惯,切勿麻痹大意,各类电器及设备发生故障时切勿擅动。

四、注意饮食安全:

春天到了，各种细菌开始繁衍，我们我们一定要注意春季传染病的预防，尤其要预防并从口入，因此同学们要做到：

1、同学们购买食品要看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址,不购买“三无”食品;

2、不在街头流动摊点购买零食,防止误食不卫生食品、过期变质食品,造成食物中毒。

同学们，安全是关系到我们每一个人生命健康的大事，因此我们不能有丝毫的疏忽大意。为了你，为了他，为了大家，我们要牢固树立安全意识，自觉遵守学校规范，掌握各种安全知识，提高自我保护能力。

各位老师、同学们: 大家好!

同学们，当你每天背着书包上学时，看到过指示行人过马路的斑马线吗?当你走到路口，看到过为安全站岗的红绿灯吗?当你乘坐火车、汽车时，听到过“为了您的安全，请不要把头、手伸出窗外”的热情关照吗?在我们记事时，就常听爸爸妈妈说“干什么事，都要注意安全”;走进校门，老师也教我们要注意安全;识字以后，在工地、路口等危险的地方都看到过“请注意安全”、“安全第一”的牌子。安全真的那么重要吗?是的，它是我们生活中永恒的主题!今天，我在国旗下讲话的题目就是：《只有一生平安，才有美好未来》 根据国家教育部规定，从1996年起，每年三月最后一周的星期一为全国中小学生安全教育日， 今天是全国第十四个校园安全教育日。今年的教育主题是“加强防灾减灾,创建和谐校园”。

据了解，我国每年大约有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡，中小学生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水、自杀等死亡的，平均每天有40多人，也就是说每天将有一个班的学生在“消失”。 据中国青少年研究中心的全国性大型调查发现，安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因。校园安全涉及到青少年生活和学习方面的安全隐患有20种之多，其中包括交通事故、食物中毒、火灾等等。这些都时刻在威胁着青少年学生的健康成长。 有专家指出，通过安全教育，提高我们中小学生的自我保护能力，80%的意外伤害事故是可以避免的。而导致悲剧发生的一个重要原因，就是我们的青少年欠缺安全防卫知识，自我保护能力差，因此对青少年进行安全教育的形势相当紧迫。所以安全工作是学校工作中的一件大事，是学校工作的重中之重。针对同学们在校园的实际活动特点,我希望大家具体能做到以下几点：

1、要注意交通安全。 严守交通规则，按时回家，不在外逗留。上学、放学路上，必须在人行道内行走，没有人行道的，须靠右边行走;通过有交通信号控制的人行横道，必须遵守信号的规定，没有信号灯过马路时要先观察两边车辆情况，主动避让机动车辆;家庭住址比较偏僻的学生可以与同学结伴回家或要求家长接送;不准在公路上追逐打闹，开展各类游戏活动，要远离公路和铁路;12周岁以下小学生，不准在公路上骑自行车。

2、要注意饮食安全。同学们购买袋装食品时，要看包装是否完好，看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址，不购买“三无”食品，不随便在外就餐，防止食物中毒;不在校门口和街头流动摊点购买零食，防止误食不卫生食品等，造成食物中毒，同时注意不要暴饮暴食。

3、要注意在教室里的安全。 要安全用电，要求大家不要用手触摸电线、灯管和插座，发现电器损坏后不要擅自修理，应向老师和学校报告，请专人修理; 上下楼梯要轻声慢步靠右行，不许将手搭在他人肩上或背上，不许坐在楼梯扶手上往下滑，不准在楼梯、楼道上疯跑打闹;不靠近窗户玩耍探望。进校后不准外出，有事必须请假。 严禁将火柴、打火机等火种带进教室，以免发生火灾。

4、要注意活动安全。 上体育课前要做好准备活动，运动时注意不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤;活动时，要在体育老师的正确指导下，使用体育器材或参加运动，课余时间活动要注意安全，严禁疯赶打闹或进入有危险的区域;劳动时不要用劳动工具玩打，注意劳动安全;同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静理智，不要动手动脚，以免给自己和同学带来不良后果。夏季，没有家长带领，不得到河塘等地方游泳，以免发生溺水危险。不得到建筑工地玩耍，以免发生危险。

5.要注意外出安全、交友安全。 我们每个人都要外出，每天都要经历很多事，一不小心，就会发生意外事故。因此，要学会保护自己，注意安全，学会自护自救，掌握基本的防护知识和逃生本领，记住家长、老师电话号码和急救电话(110报警、120急救车、119火警)。更要远离网吧或营业性娱乐场所，不和社会上不三不四或行为怪异的陌生人交往，以防上当受骗。 总之，安全重于泰山，重在自我保护，增强安全意识,从我做起,从小事做起,是关键。

同学们，生命是世上最宝贵的，它只有一次，它不光光是属于你，也属于每一个家庭，更属于我们的国家。当你们还小的时候，你们的生命在父母的呵护下成长，那么现在，当你们渐渐长大了，离开了父母谁来呵护你们的生命?得靠自己，因此，你们要时时刻刻注意安全，一举一动想到安全，不能让你们的行为有任何闪失，不能让你们的身体受到任何伤害。请为了疼爱你的慈祥的爸爸妈妈永远有幸福的笑容，记住珍爱生命，安全第一;请为了你美好的家永远保持完整，记住珍爱生命，安全第一;请为了我们可爱的祖国永远星光灿烂，记住珍爱生命，安全第一。 保护自己，人人有责，最后，我倡议让我们携起手来，人人在家庭争做“平安家庭”的维护者，在校园争做“平安校园”的参与者，让我们共同为创建永远的阳光平安校园而努力!

大家都知道安全无小事，一时的疏忽有时会带来无法弥补的损失。此时各位同学不妨在心中默默回忆你是否有过以下的经历：为了赶时间而闯红灯横穿马路;或者使用电源之前没有把手擦干;又或者寒假期间到冻结的河面上滑冰。也许你尚没有意识到：恰恰是这些看似寻常的小事在时刻威胁着我们的生命安全。如果我们只为贪图一时之快，而忽视了这些问题的严重性，那么一旦酿成惨剧，悔之晚矣!在此，我提出几点要求，希望全校师生都能认真做好。

第一、全校师生都要有高度的安全意识，充分认识到安全工作的重要性和紧迫性。若发现校园的某些地方有安全隐患，要及时向学校有关部门汇报，防患于未然。各部门安全员对办公室的门窗及用电安全等要常抓不懈。

第二、要注意卫生安全。目前正值春季，是各类传染病、流行病高发时期，大家要高度重视，既要注意个人卫生，也要注意公共卫生和环境卫生。比如不吃腐烂变质食物，不喝生水，不随意吃零食。不食用假冒伪劣、过期变质的食品、饮料。

第三、要注意自身及财物安全。同学们在课间休息时，不得在教室或楼道内追逐打闹，不要坐在窗台上，不要攀爬操场护栏。离开教室、宿舍要及时锁好门窗，不要将贵重物品带到学校。

第四、要注意体育课、活动课、社会实践及实验课的安全。在各项体育运动中要注意运动安全，上体育课和课外活动课前要充分做好准备活动，运动时不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。实验课上，同学们要认真听老师讲解注意事项，以防意外。食堂就餐，有序排队，不争不抢。

第五、要注意消防安全。不得私拉、乱接、乱用电线或插座，宿舍内不得使用明火和大功率电器，不得恶意破坏学校消防设施及电气设备。

第六、要注意交通安全。校内机动车要减速慢行，要避让学生。同学们也要提醒家长，接送车辆不要停在校门口上下车。校内不要骑车，校外骑车要遵守交通规则。坐公交车的同学，上下车和横穿马路时都要精力集中。上下楼梯靠右行，不拥挤，不争抢。

同学们，我们周围安全隐患很多，但通过普及安全知识，可以有效提高自我保护能力，确保生命安全。只要思想重视并具备一定的常识和相应的措施，许多意外伤害事故都可以避免。关键是我们要警钟长鸣，不断强化安全意识;同时要措施到位，消除安全隐患。

相信通过我们大家的共同努力，我校一定会成为社会羡慕、家长放心、师生和谐发展的乐园。
