3月27日是第二十二个“全国中小学生安全教育日”。为了更好地开展安全教育活动，市双峰小学新校区根据学校实际情况，围绕“防火灾、防踩踏”这一主题，将集中开展一系列安全主题教育活动。

3月20日，各班举行“防火灾、防踩踏”安全教育主题班会。随后，学校开展全校性安全隐患排查;组织教师开展安全疏散演练的培训，学习急救技能。

3月21日上午8：20，全体师生进行安全疏散演习。本次演习的重点是熟悉逃生路线，提高逃生技能。学校根据学生年龄小，场地大的特点，事先做好了充足的准备工作，通过广播给全体师生讲解正确逃生、预防踩踏的方法，教会孩子逃生时不超越，不推搡，有人摔倒要停步呼救，同时强调逃生路线，并安排观察人员和协助人员保障好演习过程中的安全。随着一阵急促的警报声，全体师生按照制定的路线安全有序地疏散到学校操场，整个逃生过程只用了3分46秒。消防官兵在操场上示范使用灭火器，教给孩子要爱护消防设施，做到安全时时记心中。

该校通过一系列内容丰富、形式多样的活动，旨在进一步增强师生安全意识，提高自护自救能力，同时，不断强化学校安全工作。

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

教师对小学英语写作究竟要写些什么缺乏明确的认识。大部分写作练习表现为简单机械的抄写，学生容易完成，老师易于批改，但写作内容与学生生活缺乏练习。

3、母语文法的束缚

小学生刚刚接触英语，在表达的过程中难免受到母语的构词法、语法和思维方式的影响，用汉语的方式组词或组句，以至于出现大量的文法错误，让人啼笑皆非。

第一、全校师生都要有高度的安全意识，充分认识到安全工作的重要性和紧迫性。若发现校园的某些地方有安全隐患，要及时向学校有关部门汇报，防患于未然。各部门安全员对办公室的门窗及用电安全等要常抓不懈。

第二、要注意卫生安全。目前正值春季，是各类传染病、流行病高发时期，大家要高度重视，既要注意个人卫生，也要注意公共卫生和环境卫生。比如不吃腐烂变质食物，不喝生水，不随意吃零食。不食用假冒伪劣、过期变质的食品、饮料。

第三、要注意自身及财物安全。同学们在课间休息时，不得在教室或楼道内追逐打闹，不要坐在窗台上，不要攀爬操场护栏。离开教室、宿舍要及时锁好门窗，不要将贵重物品带到学校。

第四、要注意体育课、活动课、社会实践及实验课的安全。在各项体育运动中要注意运动安全，上体育课和课外活动课前要充分做好准备活动，运动时不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤。实验课上，同学们要认真听老师讲解注意事项，以防意外。食堂就餐，有序排队，不争不抢。

第五、要注意消防安全。不得私拉、乱接、乱用电线或插座，宿舍内不得使用明火和大功率电器，不得恶意破坏学校消防设施及电气设备。

第六、要注意交通安全。校内机动车要减速慢行，要避让学生。同学们也要提醒家长，接送车辆不要停在校门口上下车。校内不要骑车，校外骑车要遵守交通规则。坐公交车的同学，上下车和横穿马路时都要精力集中。上下楼梯靠右行，不拥挤，不争抢。

同学们，我们周围安全隐患很多，但通过普及安全知识，可以有效提高自我保护能力，确保生命安全。只要思想重视并具备一定的常识和相应的措施，许多意外伤害事故都可以避免。关键是我们要警钟长鸣，不断强化安全意识;同时要措施到位，消除安全隐患。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.
