2017年3月27日是第22个全国中小学生安全教育日，3月25日--29日为我市的安全教育周，今年的主题是“普及安全知识，确保生命安全”。

校园是人员密集的场所，校园安全关乎到每个家庭的幸福，创建平安校园是每一名老师和同学的共同心愿。平时涉及到青少年生活和学习方面主要的安全隐患有交通事故、游泳溺水、火灾火险、食物中毒、毒品危害、体育运动损伤、校园暴力等20多种，有专家指出，通过安全教育,提高中小学生的自我保护能力,80%的意外伤害将可以避免。为全面深入地推动中小学安全教育工作,大力降低各类伤亡事故的发生率,切实做好中小学生的安全保护工作,促进学生的健康成长,我在此向全校同学发出以下倡议。

一、全校师生要进一步提高安全教育和安全防范工作重要性的认识。同学们要认真学习法律，不做违法乱纪的事;遵守交通规则，养成文明习惯，不做危及自身安全的事;树立安全意识，遇到不法侵害及时报警或通知家长，不做忍气吞声纵容犯罪的事;校园内遇事要冷静，有事找老师，不做一时冲动，后悔莫及的事。

二、提高应急避险能力，确保生命安全。我校多次开展了安全知识讲座及其他形式多校的安全教育活动，组织了地震、消防、防踩踏等逃生演练。同学们要把每一次讲座、每一次演练的内容切实记在心中，遇到危险的时候，沉着应对，用所学的知识帮助自己脱离险境。

三、珍惜生命，拥有健康的心理，从容面对学习和生活中的困难。每个人都有一种梦想的生活，当然现实往往是残酷的，需要我们勇敢地去追求。正所谓无限风光在险峰，只有闯过去了，我们才能收获更美好更广阔的风景。可是我们有的同学遇到点挫折就一撅不振，更有甚者，开始抽烟、喝酒来排遣内心的困苦，这样非但不能解决问题，反而加速了生命和健康的消逝。正确的方式是在老师和家长的帮助下，用自身的努力，解开内心的结，以豁达的心态来看待问题，用健康的心理来面对生活，永远为了自己更美好的未来而奋斗!

I am highly disappointed in the proposed 2004-05 budget cuts to educa1ion. Taking away basic aid status and slashing our school budgets is a recipe for educational disaster in our school. The future lies with our children. They must have access to high quality educa1ion.

My husband and I have worked hard to be able to live in a school district that provides high quality education for our children. Cutting funding in districts like ours will have a negative impact on property values.

The school that my daughter attends is hardly wha1 I would describe as a "rich" school. Parents are asked to pay for books for all the classes, science supplies and for their students to participate in the performing arts among other items. If our school is to remain a world leader in technological development, cutting our school funds is the worst possible choice to make.

Education funds should not be diverted away from education.

然后我们来到北海道，住进一家开满樱花的民宿，放下行李后，好好的泡了舒服的温泉，带着甜蜜的微笑进入梦乡。

回国以前，我们参观了牧场，啜饮最新鲜的牛奶，买了数不清的纪念品，我打算带回来送给我的好朋友们，顺便也炫耀一下，让大家羡慕我的假期。

今天是2017年3月27日，是第二十二个“全国中小学安全教育日”。按照上级有关部门的要求和安排，结合我校的实际情况，下面，我将就三个方面给大家做一些提醒和要求。

一、 安全重于泰山，重在加强教育和自我保护

安全问题是一个老生常谈的问题，但面对已往血的教训无法挽回时，我们不敢松懈。同学们，生命是世上最宝贵的，又是脆弱的，当我们还小的时候，我们的生命在父母的呵护下成长，当我们长大了，离开了父母靠谁来呵护我们的生命?得靠自己，因此，我们要时时刻刻注意安全，一举一动想到安全，不能让我们的行为有任何闪失，不能让我们的身体受到任何伤害，要时刻牢固树立安全第一的意识。因此我要求大家做到以下几点：

1、各班主任及课任教师要进一步提高对安全工作重要性的认识，本着对生命负责的态度，经常对学生进行安全教育，加强对学生的安全管理。密切关注班里每一个学生的身体状况和表现，发现异常立即带其看医生或采取预防措施。要把安全教育想全做细，把安全工作放在一切工作的首要位置。真正做到：“放在心上，讲在口上，落实在行动上!”

2、班主任要严格落实学生请假制度，课任教师要坚持课前清点人数制度，时时掌握学生的在校情况。发现没上课的学生要立即询问情况，班主任要健全同家长的联系方式，对不明原因未到校的学生，班主任老师要立即同家长取得联系，问明原因。一般情况下，学生不得出校门，如果确有特殊情况需要出去的，要凭班主任或者保育老师签字同意的请假条和出门证方能出校。

3、要注意饮食安全。同学们购买袋装食品时，要看包装是否完好，看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址，关键还要看食品是不是变质腐烂有异味，如有问题不得食用;不在流动摊点购买零食，防止误食不卫生食品而造成食物中毒，同时注意不要暴饮暴食。

4、要注意教室和寝室的安全。要求大家不要用手触摸插座、电线和灯管，发现电器损坏后不要擅自修理，应向老师和学校报告，请专人修理(我们总务处门口就挂有报修牌，可派班长写到上面);上下楼梯要靠右慢行，不许坐在楼梯扶手上往下滑，不准在楼梯、走道上追赶打闹，课间一律到操场进行活动，不许在教学楼道玩耍停留;严禁将火柴、打火机等火种带进寝室，寝室内严禁点蜡烛。严禁在寝室床铺上翻上爬下地打闹;刮风下雨要及时关好门窗。

5、要注意活动安全。严禁攀沿各楼层护栏，不得在各楼层的楼梯或走廊追逐，奔跑，打闹，以防跌倒、摔伤;课间操、放学下楼梯、升旗集会解散时不要拥挤，推搡，严防发生踩踏事故。上体育课前要作好准备活动，运动时注意不要剧烈碰撞，以免撞伤或摔伤，操作体育器材时要规范小心，要避免自伤和误伤;课余活动严禁追赶打闹或进入危险区域;劳动时不要用劳动工具玩打，注意劳动安全;在同学间遇到矛盾时，一定要冷静理智，不要动手动脚，以免给自己和同学带来不良后果。

6、要注意交通安全。要求大家在往返学校路上要靠右行，要主动避让机动车辆，不在公路上来回穿梭玩耍。过马路时要先观察两边车辆情况。走读学生放学后要按学校的要求，结伴直接回家，不在路上停留或到他处玩耍(上学期放学后，有个别学生放学后不直接回家，家长到学校、街上四处找人);同时要告知自己家长在下大雨、刮大风、浓雾等恶劣天气时到校门口负责接送。全寄宿学生乘车时胳膊和头不要伸出窗外，上下车辆，要注意等车停稳，看前后无车通过时再下车。横过马路要要做到“一站、两看、三通过”。

7、全体学生要树立正确的人生观、价值观，培养乐观向上的品格，不吸烟、不喝酒、不打架骂人，不进入网吧及游戏厅。

当然，安全方面还包括很多内容：如水、电、火安全、交友安全、防拐骗等。总之。希望同学们时时处处注意安全，以免使自己造成不必要的伤害。

二、遵纪守纪，完善自我

俗话说，“没有规矩，不成方圆”，这个“规矩”就是纪律，我们知道，良好的纪律是学好科学文化知识的保障。在一个有良好的校风、班风环境中，必然受到良好学风的熏陶。一个纪律泛散的集体，不可能有良好的学风，学习也就得不到保证。因此，好的环境，好的秩序，必须靠健全严明的规章制度和纪律来维持。

作为一名学生，要严格遵守《小学生守则》和《小学生日常行为规范》，严格遵守学校各项规章制度，切实做到：尊师爱友，自强自律;诚实守纪，文明礼貌;遵守公德，爱护公物。

目前，学校中存在的以下几种违纪现象，我们必须坚决制止。

一是有的同学与其他同学发生矛盾，不向老师反映，不向学校报告，而是纠集亲戚朋友来打与其发生矛盾的同学。今后一经发现，将做严肃处理。

二是有个别学生不听从宿舍管理人员的管理不按学校时间要求就寝，就餐，此现象今后一经发现，将在全校亮相批评。

三是在校就餐的个别学生无视学校纪律，打饭不自觉排队，拥挤其他同学，很容易造成烫伤;剩饭菜到处倒，既不道德，也破坏了环境卫生，极易引起疾病的传播。

除此之外，还有少数学生不遵守学习纪律，上课迟到，不假不到，上课睡觉，损坏公物，不参加集体劳动等现象也经常出现，这些都是不允许出现的。

以上种种违纪现象，都是我们应当注意的，希望我们严格要求自己，养成自觉遵守纪律的习惯，同时也发动全校同学之间相互监督，对违反学校纪律的行为及时检举揭发，共同营造良好的学习环境，共创和谐校园。

三、讲究卫生，养成良好卫生习惯

一是要养成良好的个人卫生习惯，勤洗澡，勤换衣，勤剪指甲，早晚刷牙;穿戴整洁，朴素大方，不随地吐痰，不乱倒剩菜剩饭;生活有规律，注意劳逸结合，按时作息，讲究用眼用脑卫生。

二是自觉保持公共卫生，不随地吐痰，不随手丢垃圾。要求大家每天做好校园卫生打扫和保持，教室坚持每天打扫，桌椅摆放整齐，地面、墙壁、门窗干净无灰尘;寝室物品摆放整齐、地面保持干净;清洁区要坚持“按时打扫，勤捡拾”，做到无果皮纸屑，无卫生死角，课后每班卫生值日生要负责保洁。

三是清扫的垃圾要统一倒在指定地点，严禁乱堆乱倒垃圾。

老师们、同学们，我们每个人都是整个家庭的百分之百，是社会中的唯一，我们每个人的平安健康不仅是个体健康成长的需要，更是关系到个人家庭的幸福团圆，关系到学校的稳定和发展的大事。事关重大，责任重大，因此我们全体师生要从点滴小事做起，从一举一动做起，时刻牢记安全，严格遵守纪律，养成良好卫生习惯，为共同营造一个优美和谐的学习环境，为共同创建一个平安和谐的某学校而不懈努力!

Finally, my ideal teacher is one who does not only teach students his

specialized knowledge but also can give students some guidance about life and

about how to act as human beings. This guidance has a great effect on students’

To sum up, an ideal teacher should not only pay attention to the

achievements his students get, but also put emphasis on developing students’

correct views on life and sense of worth.

I have got two baby cats. They are very beautiful. One is yellow. The other is white. They are very lovely. The yellow cat is very naughty. He likes to play with people. He often runs here and there. His favourite game is playing with balls, ropes and stones. But the white cat is very gentle. She likes to wash her face. And she doesn′t like to play with people. She often jumps onto my knees.
