冬季，冰封的世界里，人们坚强地生存能力。

原来，生存能力的四季那样美。学会生存能力，学会了把握自己。从此，不必再惧怕冬季的寒冷，而天天企盼着春天的到来，因为——

冬天既然来了，春天还会远吗？

雄鹰只有学会飞行的本领，才能直击广袤无垠的苍穹；

野百合只有忍受孤独的寂寞，才能盛开漫山遍野的蓓蕾；

游鱼只有掌握生存的法则，才能徜徉无边无际的大海。

我们又何尝不是如此呢？只有学会生存，拥有生存的能力，才能立足于社会，立足于生活，拥有梦想，从而获得成功。生存能力即是生存本领。除了衣、食、住、行这些基本的事物之外，还有我们的身体、学习和能力。

学会生存能力，要求我们拥有良好的体质。也就是健康。健康是第一财富。合理的膳食、经常性的运动都是健康的保证。只有身体健康，我们才能有努力学习的前提和动力；也只有身体健康，我们才能有积极向上的态度。

学会生存能力，要求我们拥有乐观的心态。李白曾吟：“天生我才必有用，千金散尽还复来。”学习不应该成为一种负担。要主动学习，在学习中寻找快乐；要坚持不懈，在学习中发现真谛。态度固然重要，但要付之行动。我的座右铭是：“苟有恒，何必三更睡五更起；最无益，莫过一日暴十日寒”。我相信，成功一定属于那些付出努力的人。

学会生存能力，要求我们努力、努力、再努力。我们一定要争气，我们并不比别人差。作为学生，我们要在自己的学业上努力；作为儿女们，我们要在自己的生活中努力。面对成功，我们不能抬起骄傲的头颅；面对失败，我们不能放弃明天的希望。泰戈尔说：“当你因错过太阳而失声痛哭，你也将失去星期星”。胜利的果实固然甜蜜，但对挫折的坚守也固然美好。

岁月长河，几多风雨，几多欢乐；十里长亭，多少人放弃，多少人坚守。只有付出辛勤的汗水才能收获秋天的果实。只有努力学会生存的能力，才能叩响彼岸的大门。

今天，我要尝试一下自己独立地吃一顿中饭会怎么样。 上午的英语班一下课，我便急忙冲出教室，因为我中午不能回家，只能在街上度过，并且自己吃午饭，去上作文课。 一出教室门，一股热浪就迎面扑来，大阳放射出炽热的光球，把大地都要烤熟了，可是离面包店还很远呢!走在半路上，柏油马路都已经被烤软了，路旁的知了也忍受不住高温了，不停的抱怨道：“热死了，热死了!”而我本来就因为英语班放学迟了而烦躁，又听到了知了的高音，心中更加烦躁了，像是一把火。 终于到了面包店，我最大的难题来了，因为我十分胆小，平时都是妈妈陪着去买东西的，基本上不敢和售货员交谈，一进面包店，店里的空调立刻把我带入了清凉世界，但我不敢耽误时间，因为等下还要学作文呢!我急忙挑选面包，“怎么办呢?看来只有去问售货员了!不行，我怎么问呀?难道就饿肚子吗?我犹豫着，最后下定决心，总不能因为不敢问而饿肚子吧! 我的心怦怦直跳，头上也不断地冒汗，我快步走到售货员面前，问道：“阿姨，那个……肉松面包……在哪里?”我几乎说每一个字时心跳都会加速。 “哦，在第二排第五个就是了。”售货员笑眯眯地回答道。我连忙拿起面包，赶紧付完钱出门了。此时，我感觉天空更蓝了，太阳似乎也不发出炽热的光，而是温柔的光了，知了似乎这时也变得十分斯文，只是轻轻的叫到：“有点热呀!有点热呀!”我的心情也变得高兴了。 看来，我可以一个人去面对一切了! 第一次独立买东西，每个人都有第一次，小作者把自己的真实感受表达得很清楚。

[独立英语作文

在英语教学中，培养学生听、说、读、写的能力是相辅相成的。经常练习写作，可以巩固和发展听说能力 ，还可以促进阅读能力的提高。写作能促使学生勤复习、多思考。通过对一词一句反复推敲，有助于提高使用 语言的准确性。学习用英语写作是培养英语思维能力的重要途径之一，有了一定的英语思维能力，英语学习就 能产生一个相应的飞跃。因此，在高中阶段指导、培养学生写英语作文是不容等闲视之的。

用英语解释生词，为学生打好写作基础。教师应创造语言环境，通过耳濡目染、潜移默化，培养用英语思 维的习惯。在教每课的单词和词组时，要尽量用学生学过的单词、词组进行解释。刚开始时，可由教师用英语 解释生词，后来可让学生根据汉语释意，用自己学过的单词、词组解释。这样，经过一段时间的训练，学生的 英语思维能力就会有所提高，为英语写作打下较好的基础。在作文时，如果不知道某个东西的英语表达方式而 又无词典可查，这时学生就会用其释义来代替，如用“a person who nakes clothes”来代替“atailor”， 这虽不完全符合英语语言习惯，但对初学写作的高中生来说还是值得鼓励的。

通过缩写和改写课文，培养学生的英语概括能力。缩写课文会激励学生去认真钻研课文内容，有助于加深 学生对课文的理解，提高学生归纳总结和进行简要表达的能力。缩写课文允许改动原意，不允许删去主要内容 。缩写课文一般应该用自己的话来写，不能只停留在拼凑原文的词句上，也不要逐句、逐段照原文去改写。这 些均通过示例让学生明白和掌握，并在实践中让他们仔细加以体会。改写课文可以培养学生举一反三的语言表 达能力，熟练掌握英语表达方法，促使学生去钻研、去思考，调动学习的积极性，学生把学过的知识运用到实 际中去，这对于提高英语水平大有裨益。改写，除了我们通常所说的句子、段落的释义之外，还包括用其他体 裁改写整篇课文。如高中英语第一册第三课短剧“The Lost Necklace”可改写为记叙文。有的课文，如高中英 语第一册“The Blind Men And The Elephant”和第十课“At A Tailors Shop”等，就可以让学生改写成短 剧，并让他们在班上表演。有的课文故事是第三人称叙述的，如“The Footprint”，就可以让学生用第一人称 加以改写，使他们身临其境，自由发挥。这样可创造情景，促使他们“下笔如有神”。

以多题材、多形式的自由作文训练，加强意念功能的培养。经过一段时间的缩写和改写的笔头训练之后， 学生对写作有了一定的基础和兴趣，就可以放手让他们进行多种题材的自由作文训练，使学生在自由表达思想 和内心感受中，加强意念功能培养。(1) 练习写周记日记是培养学生英语自由写作能力的第一步。写周记日记 ，学生不受内容和经验的限制，可就熟悉的题材，充分发挥自己的想象力，自由表达。(2) 看图作文新颖活泼 ，能激发学生英语写作的积极性。可以用流传较广的传说、故事作图，让学生写记叙文。比如画几幅老鼠商议 给猫挂铃铛的图，让学生以“The cat and the bell”作文。也可画一幅漫画，让学生写简易议论文。如画一 幅之人向三个方向划一条小船，让学生写出情景加以评论，并命题。(3) 作文可由教师统一命题，也可由学生 自由命题。命题作文要注意先易后难，开始让学生写一些自己熟悉、易于表达的题材。如：“Our School”、 “My Family”、“A Letter To Somebody”、“ARepectable Teacher”、“Life In Summer Vacation”等。 在此基础上，提高一步，写一些较难的题目。如:My Idea, Money And Happiness等。刚开始练习命题作文写作 时，可让学生课外完成，规定交作文日期即可。经过一段时间后，可要求他们在课堂上完成，借以培养他们的 思考能力，提高快速写作的能力。

通过讲评帮助学生逐步掌握写作要领。作文批阅应与课堂讲评相结合，一方面在班上朗诵优秀作文，说明 其好在哪里。另一方面要分析各种典型错误，尤其是汉式英语，务必通过讲译，使学生进一步了解错误产生的 原因，以及如何纠正。为了加深印象，避免讲评中烦琐指点，最好对各种错误进行分类整理，教师应注意分类 的合理性和系统性。

First, parents should not do all the things, they should ask the kids to finish on their own, parents can lead the kids to finish. Second, parents try to create some chances to exercise the kid. They can ask the kids to clean the house, parents can give small money.

随着计划生育在1980年的实施，今天，很多家庭的孩子是独生子女，他们是皇帝和公主。因为家人太溺爱孩子，他们可以得到所想要的，父母为他们做了一切事情，所以孩子变得依赖人。家长的教育方式存在很大的问题，他们不应该溺爱孩子，让孩子独立。第一，父母不应该做所有事情，他们应该让孩子独立完成，家长可以引导孩子完成。第二，家长尝试着创造机会让孩子得到锻炼。他们可以叫孩子去打扫房子，给点小钱。

那件事，我至今难以忘记。

“哎!”爸爸长叹一声，彻底失望，无不伤感地说：“这盆铁树定是无药可救了，现在我也不再去理会它，就放在阳台上吧，能不能成活，看它的造化了。”我和妈妈相视而笑，叹了一口长气。

话得从上个月说起。一天，爸爸风风火火地从门外闯进，手里还抱着一盆不知名的盆景。我好奇地走上前去，问道：“这是什么树啊?”爸爸满脸得意地说：“不知道吧，这是铁树。”青葱的枝叶，煞是美丽，不过似乎太小了些，不由地疑惑地打量起爸爸这个外行“养花专家”来，小心地问：“你能养得活吗?”爸爸胸一挺，俨然一副得胜将军的姿态，说：“不仅养得活，我还要让它开花呢!”“那就等着瞧吧!”妈妈也从橱房中跑来凑趣。

从那以后，爸爸简直可以说是废寝忘食，对那棵铁树百般照顾、宠爱有加。每日回家，拔腿就往铁树那儿跑，碗也不洗，地也不扫，只知道给铁树浇水施肥。不久，妈妈便提出强烈抗议，与爸爸制定了“家务分配制度”。但爸爸做完家务后，仍我行我素，去照料他的宝贝——铁树，真是痴心不改。

然而铁树并不争气，原来青葱的枝叶此时全黄了，爸爸不禁心急如焚。一日，他打听道了偏方，调制出了一种“特效”肥料，去抢救铁树。那刺鼻的臭气真是令人作呕，我也提出抗议，可爸爸却仍不“回头是岸”……

终于有一天，铁树的枝叶开始枯萎了，蔫蔫地耸拉着。爸爸眼见自己的苦心付之东流，终于对铁树彻底失望了。从此，家中再也无人去理会那棵铁树。

雨后初晴的一天，我走上阳台，眼前突然一亮，我意外地发现铁树原来焦黄的枯叶中竟钻出了几枝细小的，嫩绿的枝芽，随风抖动，旖旎无限，忙叫了父母来看。父母看见了这几片新叶，也与我一般的惊喜。只见爸爸神色疑重，现出一副若有所悟的模样。此时，泰戈尔似的诗竟清清楚楚地浮现在我眼前：“为什么花谢了?我怀着渴切的爱把花紧紧抱在胸头，这就是花为什么谢的缘故。”原来，过分的爱反而会把你所爱地给害了。爸爸对铁树的爱不就如此吗?爸爸妈妈对我的爱不也如此吗?想到这里，我看了看父母，他们也正似有所悟地看着我。

从此以后，爸爸再没有给铁树过多的照顾，他们也没有过多地呵护我，我和铁树都很好地生长着。
