为了改变考试作文评分的随意性，规范作文评改，达到激励学生，客观公正评价老师教学效果的目的，特拟定如下作文评分标准。

小学生作文应注重写真实的内容，抒真挚的情感，语句通顺，条理清楚，标点正确，不写错别字，鼓励创新，写出个性，尽量减少模仿。作文评价应以激励为主，不吝啬分数。

作文内容分数值比例：

思想健康，中心明确(30%)(附标题可占5%)

内容与题目相符，叙述具体(20%)

条理清楚，段落分明(20%)

语句通顺(20%)

会用标点，错别字少(10%)

评分参考：(以总分30分为例)

一类文(27—30)：切题，思想健康，中心明确，内容具体，层次清楚，语句通顺，标点使用比较正确，错别字少，卷面清洁。
