The third Sunday of June isFathers day.In that day,nowhere you will be,you should express your blessing to your father.If you live with your father,you should buy gifts or cook for your father.Or spending a day with him.Talking with him will make him very happy.If you work in other place,you should give a call to your father or send a gift in advance to him.Father dont like to express their love to their children.They dont like express their affection and thoughts.Sometimes,they want to talk with their children,however they dont know how to say,so we should care about our father and spend more time with them.We should regard every day as fathers day and mothers day.We should care about our parents at any time.

Loveto us human is what water to fish.Love shines the most beautiful light of humanity,we born in it,we live by it.Too often we take it as granted,but we should know love is a priceless gift we should cherish.But how to cherish the love?I have heard a saying :the quickest way to receive love is to give it; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly the best way to keep love is to give it wings.

It is important for us to learn to love as the first class in our life.Only when you know how to love than you will be a real man in this world.Love brings us warmth in the fearful coldness,love brings us bright when life gets hard and dark.Love brings us confidence toward life when we are tired out and want to give up.

Love deserves all the admiring words,and love is even beyond the life and death.That is what love is all about in my eyes.

Father‘s day, contrary to popular misconception, was not established as a holiday in order to help greeting card manufacturers sell more cards. in fact when a "father‘s day" was first proposed there were no father‘s day cards!

mrs. john b. dodd, of washington, first proposed the idea of a "father‘s day" in 1909. mrs. dodd wanted a special day to honor her father, william smart. william smart, a civil war veteran, was widowed when his wife (mrs. dodd‘s mother) died in childbirth with their sixth child. mr. smart was left to raise the newborn and his other five children by himself on a rural farm in eastern washington state. it was after mrs. dodd became an adult that she realized the strength and selflessness her father had shown in raising his children as a single parent.

the first father‘s day was observed on june 19, 1910 in spokane washington. at about the same time in various towns and cities across american other people were beginning to celebrate a "father‘s day." in 1924 president calvin coolidge supported the idea of a national father‘s day. finally in 1966 president lyndon johnson signed a presidential proclamation declaring the 3rd sunday of june as father‘s day.

father‘s day has become a day to not only honor your father, but all men who act as a father figure. stepfathers, uncles, grandfathers, and adult male friends are all honored on father‘s day.

When I was five, my biologicalFathercommitted suicide. It left me feeling as though Id done something wrong; that if I had been better somehow, maybe hed have stayed around. My mother remarried shortly thereafter, and this man was my dad until I was nineteen. I called him Dad and used his name all through school. But, when he and my mother divorced, he just walked away. Once again, I wondered what was wrong with me that I couldnt keep a father.

Mother remarried again, and Bob was a wonderful, kind man. I was twenty now and no longer living at home, but I felt a great love and attachment for him. A few years later my mother was diagnosed with cancer and was not given long to live. Shortly before she died, Bob came over to my house alone one day. We talked about a lot of things, and then he told me that he wanted me to know that hed always be there for me, even after Mother was gone. Then he asked if he could adopt me.

I could hardly believe my ears. Tears streamed down my face. He wanted me - me! This man had no obligation to me, but he was reaching out from his heart, and I accepted. During the adoption proceedings, the judge commented on all the undesirable duties of his profession and then with a tear in his eye, thanked us for brightening his day as he pronounced us father and daughter. I was twenty-five, but I was his little girl.

Three short years later, Bob, too, was diagnosed with cancer and was gone within the year. At first I was hurt and angry at God for taking this father away too. But eventually the love and acceptance that I felt from Dad came through again, and I became, once more, grateful for the years we had.

On Fathers Day I always reflect on what Ive learned about fatherhood. Ive learned that it is not dependent on biology or even on raising a child. Fatherhood is a matter of the heart. Bobs gift from the heart will warm my soul for eternity.
