三、消防安全工作要做到三个抓，不为隐患留空隙。

1、要抓重点。涉及到易燃易爆设备和物品的部门除了定期的培训之外，还要经常组织进行防火检查，发现火灾隐患，要记录在案并及时研究整改。组织建立义务消防队，不仅可以及时扑灭前期火灾，更重要的是通过义务消防队的组织，将消防意识和技能深入到重点部门的各方各面。
