一、制度保证措施必须到位

1、要建立安全保卫工作领导责任制和责任追究制。由学校党总支书记、校长负责，将安全保卫工作列入各有关处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。

2、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。学校还要与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作作为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

3、不断完善学校安全保卫工作规章制度。建立学校安全保卫工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全保卫工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度，以及学生管理、门卫值班、巡逻值班、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自组织学生集体服用药品和保健品，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，严禁教师个人利用假期(日)私自带学生外出，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步原则。对涉及学校安全保卫的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

4、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

二、加强对师生的安全教育，培养自护能力

要确保安全，根本在于提高安全意识、自我防范和自护自救能力，抓好安全教育，是学校安全工作的重中之重。学校要以安全教育周为重点，经常性地对学生开展安全教育，特别是抓好交通、大型活动等的安全教育。

1、认真做好安全教育周工作。学校安全教育周要以"校园安全"为主题，在安全教育周期间，学校要组织学习安全教育工作文件，对校内易发事故类型、重点部位保护、工作薄弱环节、各类人员安全意识与安全技能等方面，开展深入全面的大检查，消除隐患，有针对地扎实地开展教育和防范工作。

2、开展丰富多彩的安全教育活动。利用班会、团队活动、活动课、人防课、学科渗透等途径，通过讲解、演示和训练，对学生开展安全预防教育，使学生接受比较系统的防溺水、防交通事故、防触电、防食物中毒、防并防体育运动伤害、防火、防盗、防震、防骗、防煤气中毒等安全知识和技能教育。还利用学校广播、黑板报、悬挂横幅、张贴标语等宣传工具及举行主题班会、讲座、安全征文与知识竞赛等形式开展丰富多彩的安全教育。学校要积极推行一周安全提醒，学校利用周前会议和周一升旗活动时间，小结上周安全工作，强调安全事项。通过公开信，增强家长的安全意识。通过教育提高广大学生的安全意识、安全防范能力和自我保护能力。

3、提倡走读学生步行上学，对学生骑车上学情况进行清查，严禁学生骑“三无”(无刹车、无铃、无牌照)自行车上学。

三、加强检查，消除隐患，及时整改

学校要经常开展安全大检查。每学期开学以后，学校把安全教育工作作为重点检查内容之一，每学期学校的安全大检查至少要达到二到三次，要重点检查学校的水、电、小卖店、学生宿舍、食堂、防火器材、校园周边环境等一切存在安全隐患的地方，发现问题要及时采取措施，限期整改，必有达到学校和上级规定的安全标准，保障全体教师和学生的生命安全和身心健康。

operation is really convenient. So my mom and I got on the bike sharing. We

enjoy the scenery on both sides of the road, talking and laughing all the way,

but also exercise. This is really a healthy and environmentally friendly way to

travel!

However, the good time is not long, bike sharing is facing unprecedented

disaster. Some are thrown into rivers, some are short of arms and legs, some are

locked in private Where are the qualities of these people? Is this the quality

that we Chinese should have? No, this is not the quality that we Chinese should

have! This small bike sharing is like a mirror, reflecting the quality of

Chinese people. The original intention of bike sharing is good, it can bring

convenience to the public, low-carbon environmental protection, green travel! I

在我刚接触网络时，进入的却是娱乐圈。和同学玩游戏、聊天真是“精彩”，却不知这精彩后面耗费了多少珍贵时间、精力。我也想学习，但面对浩瀚如海的网站，我不知所措，转来转去就是那几个娱乐网站。

当然，我不愿在这小小的、无聊的娱乐圈里转，于是我找了一些网址，决定寻找网络的另一部分……

“ Google”、“百度”这些搜索网站早已如雷贯耳了，于是我从这里下手。当我充满欢乐的在搜索栏中输入“学习”，再轻轻按下回车键后，一大片结果出来了。我想：这回我可以用网络学习了吧。可当我打开这些网站时，一大堆广告，一大堆无用的信息，充斥着整个页面，而如何学习却一点也不知道，根本不是我需要的。我有些灰心失望，难道人人称赞的网络就这些乱七八糟的学习资料吗？ 我又退回“精彩”的娱乐圈，那些游戏网站可真好找啊！终于，在一个论坛中，我看到有人推荐66站“小荷66”。我随即高兴得打开，毕竟我心中学习的心思没有灭掉。来到小荷66后，也许当时我还不太懂怎么操作，上网没有经验。看着什么点什么，什么都想看，却什么都看不懂（我看着不是我看得懂文章）。得知注册后便可发表文章，便随便注册的了一个账号，急忙把存在电脑上的文章发表，充满信心地等待有人赞扬我的“大作”。可过了很久，我那几片文章还在投稿箱里睡大觉，没人看，没得分，更没人点评。我气急败坏的把那些文章删除，愤怒地离开了小荷66。突出娱乐圈又一次失败。

后来，我对网上学习没多大兴趣，而是对精彩的软件世界找了迷。这是我的一个舅舅和一个同学吸引我的。他们经常和我谈论到电脑，当然少不了介绍他们利用软件得到的成果，于是我对软件感兴趣了。文字处理软件，杀毒软件，网页制作软件，系统优化软件……大都从网上下，于是我从网上得到了许多上网知识，懂得躲开那些坏网站了。而那些软件也让我得到了许多电脑知识，给我以后如何使用学习资料奠定基础。应该说软件世界很精彩，但就在此时期，我也结识了不少学习软件，如“金山词霸”，“英语步步高”通过这些软件推荐的网站，我又想在一次寻找心目中的精彩网络。

这时我要参加数学竞赛，便从网络试着找资料。此时有一定上网经验的我很快找到了“”，并且，我通过友情连接发现了一大批的站，我就如窜进宝库的强盗，这时却不知选哪件宝物了。一阵欢喜地搜寻后我得到了许多试卷、讲解，让同学惊讶得问我怎么得到资料的，我说：“网上多的是！”

尝到甜头的我继续搜寻，各种站也相继浮出水面，收藏夹里的站都挤满了。我可以通过“我爱e书”得到大量的电子书，如《骆驼祥子》、《老人与海》、《冰心文集》，精美的页面让我沉醉于其中，方便地操作也让我不再哗啦哗啦的翻书，随便几点，便可免费得到，真是得来全不费工夫！我可以用email跟同学交流了，一封长长的信、照片、资料，只要轻轻一点就可以让同学得到，无需邮费，更不怕丢失，网上最新消息、精彩的文章我也可以通过email订阅，天下大事尽展现在小小的屏幕上。我可以通过100e学英语，快捷的网络让一本一本的书籍随着“嘀嗒嘀嗒”的鼠标声来到屏幕上，电脑的优势让一句一句的英文说起话来，不仅电脑帮你听写，你也可以背给电脑听，一位难得的好老师活生生的站在屏幕上。还有令我感动的是我在百度上提出我不懂得问题，一下热心人纷纷来为我解答，让我不止如何感谢。我和几年前相遇的小荷66也重逢了，用新的眼光一看：翡翠般的页面，众多的作文如同一朵朵美丽的花朵在这个平台上尽情绽放，或歌颂感人的友谊，或述说快乐的经历，或抒发内心的感情……于是我再次发表我的文章，当然用心去写得文章人人都喜欢，看着网友的点评我感到无比的欢乐，也热情地参与对别人作文的评价。

我想，现在我应该真正的认识到了网络的价值——可以快速的与朋友联系，可以获得海量的资料，可以浏览各种信息，可以与网友讨论问题，可以轻松地学习，可以展示自己的文章……以前娱乐圈只不过是网络的一个特区而已，软件世界只不过为网络提供辅助罢了。

此时此刻，我想说：“网络真精彩！”
