Morality is a standard of behavior that is naturally formed in society and a standard of obtaining trust from others. Some people think that it is difficult to be a moral person. As long as you do it, you will find that it is very simple. Morality means honesty, keeping faith, and not seeking what you do not belong to you.

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

Throughout the millennia, students of all ages in China have had to endure the miseries of learning by rote. Teachers have stifled creativity in the pursuit of the accumulation of facts, and parents have forced children to spend mind-numbing hours cramming for exams. But for the past year, the government has been experimenting with what could amount to revolutionary changes in Chinas classrooms. The aim is to make education more pleasant, more useful and, above all, to challenge students to think for themselves.

What has prompted the reforms is a belated recognition that Chinas education system is failing to produce enough innovative thinkers. In addition, students are deeply unhappy. A survey conducted by the Education Ministry five years ago found more than 80% of students disliked school. Dropout rates have been rising in rural areas—partly for economic reasons but also because of the stultifying atmosphere of their classrooms. Exam pressures frequently lead to suicides. According to a survey last year among senior secondary-school students and university freshmen in one area, more than 50% had considered killing themselves.

Several other countries in East Asia, including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, are grappling with similar problems. But the implications of Chinas reform efforts are particularly profound. Chinas traditional education methods are ideally suited to a political culture that requires citizens to submit blindly to authority. By encouraging students to question their teachers and regard them as equals (even official literature now talks of fostering a “democratic” atmosphere in classrooms), China could be ushering in a new kind of relationship between the rulers and the ruled.

整个几千年,在中国所有年龄段的学生不得不忍受苦难的死记硬背。老师扼杀创造力的追求事实的积累,和家长迫使孩子花的小时死记硬背的考试。但在过去的一年里,政府一直在尝试什么革命性的变化在中国的教室。目的是使教育更愉快、更有用,最重要的是,挑战学生独立思考。

什么促使改革是一个迟来的承认,中国的教育系统是无法产生足够的创新的思想家。此外,学生感到非常不满。五年前教育部进行的一项调查发现,超过80%的学生不喜欢学校。农村辍学率一直在上升的经济原因,还因为愚蠢的教室的气氛。经常考试压力导致自杀。去年的一项调查显示,在高级中学学生和大学新生在一个地区,超过50%的人认为是自杀。

怎样才能做个有道德的人呢？其实，要道德的人就是对自己所说的每一个字，做的每一件事负责，而且还能够站在别人的角度上思考问题，这样你就会知道你该做什么，才能感受到别人的痛苦，并作出适当的解决。但如果你道德爆发了，你就像马丁路德金、白求恩一样，会努力让这个国家，这个世界变得更好。

这是一个完美的自我暗示，那是一种奇妙的东西，而且只要你这么想了也就会那么去做。自古有人云“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”甚至到现在都还广为人间，这也是道德地一种基本体念。想想，如果我们都能从身边的一件小善事做起，而不去做那些大凶大恶之事，那么就真能实现所谓的自我升华。

道德，就是这么做的。

前苏联着名教育家凯洛夫曾经说过：“感情有着极大的鼓舞力量，因此，它是一切道德行为的重要前提，谁要是没有强烈的志向，也就不能够热烈地把这个志向体现于事业中”

是的，道德修养与事业和生活有这巨大的关系。因为道德修养能左右一个人的行为方式，如果说没有了好的道德修养，那么就不可能会有好的行为表现。当一个人的事业生涯中，各方面的素质是必然需要的，而其中专业素质是事业的基本保证，但道德素养却是从业者的思想底线，也是事业必不可少的基本素质。生活中，往往也需要有良好的道德素养指导你的行为，没有良好的道德素养，就没有好的生活方式和生活态度，生活中就会缺少朋友，缺少对美好的向往。

生活中就有许多真实的例子，比如海子生前本就一直很不得志：清贫、寂寞、不被人承认和理解，而他则与现实的关系紧张得慢慢失去弹性，他的脾气非常

的固执，写作事业的不理想和生活的压迫下患上了精神分裂症，直到最后，死亡就这么成为了惟一的解脱。

道德，更重要的就是情绪，有了良好的情绪就有良好的道德。

[道德修养的重要性作文

2002年，Michael再次回到美国时，他与许多与他有同样经历的孩子一样，有些共同的缺点。其中之一就是过胖。其实他在回中国前，一点儿都不胖，身体的体质非常好，非常爱好体育活动。七岁的小孩儿能一口气儿跑下八百米。回中国以后，吃得多了，几乎没什么运动。所以体重增加很多，但体质却下降很多。回美国以后，我带他去打篮球。他根本跑不起来。我进攻时，一下子就能把他绕过去。他的运动素质同他应该达到的水平相差太远了。自他回来以后，我和我太太一直督促他进行体育锻炼，提高他的身体素质。Michael自己也非常注意锻炼身体。

在六年级时， Michael同他的小朋友们一起打篮球。他的水平在他的朋友们当中是不错的。2003年10月份，Rice Middle School选拔学校的篮球队队员。他又充满信心地报名参加选拔。这个时候，他已经比他刚回美国时身体好多了。体重减轻了许多。身高高于同年级同学的平均身高。篮球水平也进步了许多。但在选拔的倒数第二轮时，他却没被选上。自不待言，我们都感到非常失望。我没看到他们选拔时的情景，因而也不知道他同别人的差距在什么地方。但我们意识到他到了需要比较正规的训练的时候了。

我们的周围的朋友中，没有谁的小孩儿参加篮球的业余训练。我们因此也不知道有什么地方可以提供这种培训。我们要是找SAT班，小提琴班，中文学校，倒是很容易就能找到。周围的人上这种班的人太多了。我们只好翻报纸。就这样，我们非常巧合地找到了位於Independence和Parker的Top Achievers体育俱乐部()。

Top Achievers体育俱乐部的主要服务对象是青少年。俱乐部的创立人和CEO Lawrence Mann先生在十年前创立了这个俱乐部。当时，他的儿子因为先天性心脏问题作了大手术。Lawrence因此决心创立这个俱乐部，为青少年的健康发展服务。俱乐部除了培养小孩的各项体育技能以外，还关心孩子们的德育和智育方面的发展。俱乐部经常发email给俱乐部的孩子们，用>里的话来教育他们。在各项体育项目中，篮球是主要的一项。 Lawrence Mann先生开朗健谈。在他告诉我他如何创建Top Achievers之外，他还跟我讲了其它的一些故事。他说Top Achievers不只提供体育训练，而且还提供正常学习上的补习。Top Achievers曾和当地的一所中文学校共同提供SAT的补习班。他的一个儿子在Schimelpfenig中学上学。一次，他的儿子拿回来学校的六个星期的的成绩为全A的光荣榜。当Lawrence看到他的儿子的名字左右全是些Meng，Ming等华人名字时，他跟他儿子开玩笑道："儿子，你可能的确不错，因为你的名字和这些亚裔名字在一起了。" Michael于今年2月开始参加Top Achievers的篮球训练。每星期两次，每次一个小时。每次他都是同他年龄相近的孩子一起训练。他在训练时，我一边在Top Achievers的健身房锻炼，一边看他们的训练。三个月下来，Michael的各项基本篮球技能都得到了提高。左右手上篮，左右手运球，投篮姿势，防守技能，进攻配合技巧等等。专业训练的确同自己练不一样。教授的技能不仅全面，而且是专业水平。 最有意思的是三个月基本训练后的八个星期的联赛。这让我们明显地看出Michael在打整场球时的经验不足。Michael平时同他朋友们打篮球时，都是在一个篮下玩儿。从未打过整场。所以在联赛时一打整场，他这方面的缺点立刻暴露出来。他说过在学校的篮球队员选拔时，教练就让他们打过整场。现在看来，他的确需要增加打整场的经验。每场比赛完后，我都帮他分析他的比赛时的表现。告诉他什么地方打得好，什么地方需要改进。通过这次联赛，Michael的篮球比赛水平肯定会得到进一步的提高。 打比赛时也有一些有意思的事。Michael所在的球队的人数不够。所以经常临时找别的孩子来替补。第一场比赛，他们临时找了一个女孩儿给他们当后卫。没想到那个女孩儿打得非常好。断球，组织和突破的技术非常好。一场比赛打完后，四个男孩子异口同声地赞扬这个女孩儿打得好。第二场比赛，对方是一个经常到处参加比赛的队。进攻和防守都配合得相当好。队员的个人技术也好。结果是把Michael所在的临时凑起来的队打得一塌糊涂。第三场比赛，对方是一水儿的女孩子。但是那个第一场临时加入他们队的那个女孩子在对方。上半场居然还打平了。下半场时，Michael的队的教练改变了战术，实行全场紧逼。对方顿时乱了阵脚。结果是对方一输到底。对方的得分基本上全是那个女孩子得的。 迄今为止，Michael在Top Achievers已经三个月了。我们对他的训练成果还是满意的。就是后悔没有早知道这个地方。如果我们知道这个地方的话，去年夏天就会把他送到这儿来。那么他今天的篮球水平就会比现在高多了。
