Most people, even women themselves, believe that women in China have achieved equality. They think women now "have held up half the sky." 今天老师组织我们观看了《向日葵女孩》何平的故事。何平生活在我们浏阳澄潭江的一个小山村里她是一个非常坚强的女孩，她面对了很多连大人都无法坚强忍受的现实。我很佩服她，因为连大人都无法面对，她却能面对，更何况她还是个孩子。

Besides,most of school in china always think studying more important than

other activities,which is a wrong view.Obviously,active participation in school

activities can better our health as well as our study.Students need not only

2002年，Michael再次回到美国时，他与许多与他有同样经历的孩子一样，有些共同的缺点。其中之一就是过胖。其实他在回中国前，一点儿都不胖，身体的体质非常好，非常爱好体育活动。七岁的小孩儿能一口气儿跑下八百米。回中国以后，吃得多了，几乎没什么运动。所以体重增加很多，但体质却下降很多。回美国以后，我带他去打篮球。他根本跑不起来。我进攻时，一下子就能把他绕过去。他的运动素质同他应该达到的水平相差太远了。自他回来以后，我和我太太一直督促他进行体育锻炼，提高他的身体素质。Michael自己也非常注意锻炼身体。

有一次，我和朋友要去公园玩，打算坐车去。而到了站台，我发现只有整张的50元人民币，没有零钱。我打算去商店买东西找零钱。我付了50元买了1元钱的巧克力。那小卖部的老板忙中出错把5元找了一堆，我急这赶车，拿着钱一揣便走，数都没数一下。

我和朋友上了车，一会儿便到了公园。由于公园没有很多人，而且在公园旁有图书馆。而我便和朋友就去了图书馆看书。当我看书正开心时，透过玻璃窗便看见一个人影。但他却向我招手，走进一看，原来是刚才小卖部的老板。怎么回事?我问;“老板，您找我们有什么事?”他喘着气跟我说;“我找错钱了，少找你们20元，拿去。”说着便掏出钱来。我马上掏出收进口袋的钱，我一看，果真只有20几元钱，就接过钱，说：“谢谢您!”边说边把钱收进我的口袋。哦，原来小卖部老板发现找错了钱，十分着急，就坐车追我们。他知道我们到公园里玩，不过，他找了一下，没找到，便在图书馆看见了我和我的朋友。等到我们收好钱，抬头看，却找不到它的踪影。我和我的朋友在那站了一会儿，我觉得心里好像装进了什么东西，一下子装的满满的。

这位老板为了追我们，关店不做生意，失去了一下午的赚钱机会。他为我们送这点钱，他也花了不少钱，但是他没有贪钱。真让我佩服啊!所以我对他的印象特别深刻。

小卖部的老板宁愿自己亏本，也不愿意让我们吃亏。他这种善良无私的品质是做一个有道德的人的条件。他是多么难得的人啊!

想做一个有道德的人就必须有好的品质。

今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

但现在我明白这些道理，也许还不算晚。人的一生要做很多事情，有意义或无意义的有的事情的意义和价值不是现在立马就能显现出来的，有可能要等到几年、甚至几十年以后，我们方能体会到他们的价值。

尤其是学习，这种终身性的事情。我们万万不能急功近利，因为这样的学习才是真正的徒劳。
