this morning i got up early and went to the market to buy some vegetables

我家有只小狗，花色的，名字叫“花花”，是个“女孩子”。呆萌呆萌的，很讨人喜。我喜欢她趴在我腿上，喜欢她看着我吃饭，时不时在我怀里蹭一下，我会对她笑笑，帮她顺顺毛发，然后继续吃饭。

上周末回来，她看着我，愣了一愣，好像一时没认出来我，但也就一两秒，就摇着尾巴跑向我来，围着我转，甚是欢喜。我一如既往抱着她吃饭。可这周回来，她不仅不欢喜，反而躲着我，见了我连连后退，像是受到了惊吓，那小模样很是可怜。我想抱她，她却躲开了，我的心瞬间凉了，但又觉得没什么，毕竟她只是一只狗。一周的小别离，拉远了我们的距离。

今天下午，家里没有一个人，只有自己。我觉得有些孤单，便在QQ上找到我的好闺蜜，满怀期待地发消息给他们。可是，等到下午了，仍然没有任何回应，两个人，无一人答复我。想想也觉得可笑，我们不在一个学校，又何必那么在意。

再想想，好像还有点在意。

她们对我的称呼从以前的“小攀儿”渐渐变成了“王攀盈”;回复我的消息从以前的秒回到现在的几天后才回;以前向他人介绍我时是“闺蜜”，现在是“小学同学”;以前喊她们出来玩都是立马答应，而现在则是一句“我不想出去”就打发了……

回忆后发现，原来有很多都发生了改变，原来我们早已不再是以前的我们，原来我们的心，早已因为一个又一个小别离越来越远。

但，为何不选择乐观对待呢?“乐莫乐兮新相知”，是的，人活在世上都要向前看，相逢不也在别离中吗……

上善若水，水善利万物而不争。

像水一样奉献

没有雨水的生活，大地开裂，寸草不生。人们饮水成为困难，河流干涸，农田颗粒无收。而一场瓢泼大雨，让河流重新获得了水源，大地重新焕发了生机，农田重新收获颇丰。而带来这一切的雨水，在烈日下悄悄的消失了，不留一点痕迹，不求功名。

在如今社会，争名逐利成为人们的目标，可水却始终保持一种平常心态，不仅不张扬，而且保持着水往低处流的宁静，人们只有内心宁静，才会真正到达一个高度，以宁静的心态享受生活，享受自己所有的一切，脚踏实地，向美好的生活迈进，放下名利，追求幸福。

无数的江河之水，不停奔流，只有一个愿望——不断的奔腾，最终汇入大海。在此道路上，布满了无数的荆棘，有无数的岩石，战胜这些困难，就会实现自己的梦想。在前往梦想的道路上，会有无数的困难，我们不能轻言放弃，坚持不懈，勇往直前，才能实现最终的梦想。

With the development of our society， energy in the world bees more and more

limited， so it is quite important for us to save energy and to protect our

environment。 As a student， there are a lot of methods we can do to save energy

at home。 For example， first， we can turn off the light as well as other

appliances when we are not using them。 Second， recycle the waste water， paper

and other waste so that we can reuse them。 Whats more， it is suggested to use

public transportation more instead of private cars.

Above all， everyone can make a great contribution to our environment。 I

hope I can learn more to develop new and clear energy， like energy from the wind

and solar.

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

the library provided me a silent environment. The most important thing was that

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

on. I could find the data any time and read the books I liked. I have gained a

lot of knowledge and find the great hour there.
