教育片有两个事例仍然历历在目，装卸车辆在卸粮过程中，打开车门，车上的小麦抛下来的一瞬间急速堆集，造成人员被掩埋。第二事例：装卸工在输送机上进行作业，从输送机上摔下来，掉下来的一瞬间，红字的血迹总是让人心痛，其实可以完全避免悲剧的发生。

我们是天天讲安全，月月说安全，每次中层干部以上会议，最后一个就安全生产防患于未然，但迄今为止，在我们的身边仍存在很多不安全因素，也时常有违反安全规章制度的事件发生；管理者的苦口婆心、再三提醒，安全事故血的教训，让我们每一名职工对安全的重大意义有了深刻的认识和体会。谁都知道安全关系着我们千家万户的幸福与快乐，但是在现在的日常工作生活中仍大量存在思想麻痹，习惯性违章操作的不良习惯。大家还很清楚的记得，上述事故的发生,大部分看主要责任在于受害者违章作业。在生活生产中还有许多因为一时疏忽大意而发生的惨剧，一桩桩、一件件毁灭了多少了温馨的家庭，带走了多少幸福的梦想？可想而知，安全生产对于一个厂、一个家庭、一个人是多么的重要。所以安全生产要警钟常鸣，常抓不懈。

通过观看教育片，我们以后从这几个方面做工作；

1） 安全教育从点滴做起，不要以为是小事，比如面粉加工企业的粉尘爆炸，生产区禁止吸烟，严格按此要求去执行。

2） 每个业务部门严格按业务流程去操作，深刻认识按业务流程操作的重要性，不要怕麻烦而省略业务流程的某些环节，可能就因为某个环节未到位，而引起安全引患。

3） 加强员工的责任感，树立安全责任意识。教育每名员工尽职尽责。

4） 领导干部更要一身作责，把安全生产做为第一要务来抓，企业安全生产一票否决制。而且要层层落实安全生产责任。

5） 加强员工安全教育培训学习，贯穿于日常生活的细节中，特别是对公司的钱、财、物及人身安全的管理。

安全是一种态度，是一种责任。在工作岗位上，每一位职工都应有一丝不苟的工作态度。只有保证安全，工作才能顺利有效地开展。所以工作中要是时时把安全摆在首位，不要以为安全是个人的小事，它是重于泰山的集体大事，是成就事业的保障，是每位职工的责任。

在回家的路上，我望着窗外淅淅沥沥鱼，想起一句爱因斯坦的一句名言：“兴趣是最好的老师”。也许是兴趣让他们聚在这冰冷的水库上钓鱼吧！

不得不说，导演明显偏爱小女主的角色，他给了这个女孩更多的内心，表现个性更加细腻，也更流畅：傻傻的迷恋，送鸡蛋，发现鸡蛋被扔受到伤害，反思自己的现状，奋然修善庭院，表面原谅男主。去探望残疾的叔叔，偷听到男主讨论自己再次受伤害(不得不说那从一开始的开心到后来的悲伤愤怒的眼神转变让人揪心)，去男主家吃饭并告诉男主他是coward，auction上无奈的善良之举导致阴差阳错，被强吻，最后真正意义上原谅男主同时也摆正了自己的位置，并极具治愈感地一起种树。整个过程都以一种真实的速度不紧不慢地展现了女主的成长之路。

而关于树，我想说的是，树真的是一个具有强大生命力和治愈力的意象，一开始小姑娘喜欢爬上树眺望远方，忘掉一切俗世浮云，但是后来有人要将树砍掉，她固执孤独地站在树上负隅顽抗，像个古老的寓言那样。爸爸望着她不无失落地说着(ittime)，她才开始明白，是啊，是时候，该下来了，于是，树被砍倒，变成了墙上一幅永恒的画，也永远留在了女主的心中。而结尾处，两人又在一起种树，说得矫情点儿，是初恋的树，梦想以让人信服的角度照进了现实，比阳光还灿烂明媚，多简单，不掺杂质。就是一个眼神，一个等了太久，最终我们也未能有幸见证的吻。

New Year is coming. I have many great New Year’s resolutions. I will study math harder than before because I want to get better grades. I’m going to improve my spoken English because I want communicate with foreigners better in English.

I plan to learn German because I really want to travel to Germany by myself. And I’m going to learn a new instrument, it may be guitar.

As for friends, I’m going to make more good friends. Because I think friendship is important and valuable.

我刚刚看了_。我为什么看_呢?原来，在2010年“两会”期间，全国政协委员、军事科学院世界军事研究部原副部长罗援在接受_的采访时提出，要隆重纪念抗美援朝战争。我本人一直对抗日战争的话题很有兴趣，有了这个新闻后，也开始关注抗美援朝战争了。

我注意到，军事科学院的罗援提出了一些“要隆重纪念抗美援朝”的理念：

其一，忘记过去就意味着背叛，而且应该用新中国成立六十周年的机会弘扬我们革命英雄主义和爱国主义的精神。这些老同志说得非常好，说我们不怕死亡，但是我们怕被遗忘。

其二，罗援说，俄罗斯有《军人地位法》，德国有《军人地位法》，美国有《军人福利待遇法》。我觉得不管是现役军人、预备役军人还是退役军人，以及其家庭成员，他们在社会上处于什么样的法律地位、他们应该享受什么样的待遇、应该得到什么样的福利，这些还没有一个非常规范的法律上的界定和保障。

因为军人是一个特殊的群体，《中华人民共和国宪法》规定我们军人要无条件地服从国家的召唤，要用我们的鲜血和生命捍卫国家的主权和领土完整。由于这一种特殊的义务，那么就要享受一种特殊的待遇。

其三，罗援说，参加过抗美援朝的老兵健在的不多了，当我谈六十周年的时候，我们就设想这些老同志当时是十五岁参军，那么现在也七十五岁了。抗美援朝六十年，就看我们当时的志愿军、小战士，他去的时候如果是十五岁，现在也都是七十五岁，也都是老人了。

可能再往下的时间对他们也是非常珍贵的，我觉得应该抓紧时间给他们一种褒奖，对他们的历史给予一种肯定。特别是抗美援朝，我觉得这场战争是我们中国共产党人独立自主地领导的一次对外战争。而且这场战争打出了我们的国荣、打出了我们的军威，大长中国人志气。当时我们面对的是谁?我们面对的是比八国联军多出一倍的十六国联军，我们把十六国联军打败了。在这场战争中，我们中国人民志愿军体现了我们中国人民的志气，形成了一种志愿军的精神。

我查询了一下新华社的报道：

今年10月25日是中国人民志愿军抗美援朝出国作战七十周年纪念日。这场战争，是一场伟大的反侵略的正义战争。在朝鲜民主主义人民共和国处于危急关头，我国安全受到严重威胁的情况下，党中央做出了“抗美援朝，保家卫国”的英明决策，以彭德怀同志为司令员的中国人民志愿军跨过鸭绿江，百万中华优秀儿女先后入朝作战，创造了震惊世界的英雄业绩。刚刚获得解放的中国人民，万众一心、节衣缩食、全力以赴支援前线。经过两年零九个月的浴血奋战，终于同朝鲜人民一起赢得了这场战争的胜利。抗美援朝战争的胜利，粉碎了侵略者侵吞朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的图谋，保卫了新中国，维护了亚洲和世界和平，不仅极大地振奋了中国人民的民族精神，增强了我们的民族自信心和自豪感，而且大大鼓舞了世界上一切爱好和平的国家和人民，在世界反侵略战争历史上写下了光辉的一页。

以上都是官方的报道。我看了李峰先生的著作后，对抗美援朝有了更深刻的认识。

原来，我对抗美援朝是有误解的。1991年，我在日本留学的时候，看过一本日本人写的图书。他们分析：“中国如果不出兵朝鲜，美国人不会打到中国去。中国出兵朝鲜，给本国经济造成巨大损失。而且，是在帮助苏联与美国争夺在亚洲的势力范围。”

李峰先生的著作，我完全改变了看法。李峰写的《决战朝鲜》一书以恢宏的气势、凝练的语言、饱满的激情、翔实的史料，全景式再现了中国人民志愿军抗美援朝的历史。而且，作者李峰为了写《决战朝鲜》参考了大量图书，这种认真做学问的态度令人钦佩。

我非常喜欢这本图书，我固执地认为：“书如其人。”这个意思就是：书写得好，作者必是一位德才兼备的好人。我父亲是卢沟桥事变后参加八路军的，全国解放后他就在中国青年出版社工作。我从小见过的作家多了去了。本书责编陈智富先生告诉我：“确实‘书如其人’。李峰是一个隐士，淡薄名利，为人低调。这次《决战朝鲜》(白金纪念版)将新增作者的自序和简介，便于读者对作者及创作情况有进一步的了解。”这就很好。
