I went to Yunnan Province with my sister to enjoy my summer vacation. During the five-day trip, we visited many famous sites of interest in this province. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. 我马上就要到美国啦!好高兴呀”!我高兴的说。

首先爸爸把我和妈妈送到了离我们学校不远的地方，蛇口码头，我们和爸爸告别了后就进大厅排队买票去啦!妈妈要我等他，我就等了一会。买完了票妈妈带我去入境检查，检查完了后我小声的的对妈妈说：“老妈，要等到什么时候呀”!妈妈说一会就好。果然，等了一会，我们就上船了。

半个小时后，我们坐到了香港机场，准备换登机牌，妈妈她们正在托运行礼，我就在旁边玩。玩了一会，我们就去登机口准备登机，过了二小时之后，终于登机了。我托着自己的小行礼箱进了飞机。飞机起飞了，我很高兴的想：“马上要到美国了，可以大开眼界!”轰，飞机离开了跑道，这时我有点累，妈妈说：“你前面有一个电视机。”我说：“咦，真的是。”我就开始看电影。

过了许久，我不耐烦了，我想睡觉，这时已经是晚上了，妈妈说要倒时差，不能睡觉，要睡也只能睡一会儿。过了坚难的15个小时，飞机终于停落在纽约肯尼迪机场，轰轰轰，巨大的响声把我吵醒了，我高兴地说：“终于到了纽约!”下飞机一看，已经是晚上了，我们就直奔酒店休息了。我期待能有一趟精彩的美国之旅!

美国，一个历史只有两百年的国家却比许多历史悠久的国家更强大。这一次，我就来到美国，参观了他们自由精神的象征——自由女神像。

自由女神像全名为：自由女神铜像国家纪念牌，位于纽约市的海港内，用金属制造，是法国在1876年赠送给美国独立100周年的礼物(其实是因为：当时英国和法国是敌对关系，美国和英国也是敌对关系，所以，法国认为帮助美国就相当于打英国)。

我们来到了纽约的海港，一上船，海风就朝我们吹过来，“春风”拂面，有一种神清气爽的感觉。

“翁……翁……”船开始颤抖，紧接着，船两岸的建筑物动了。哦!不是，是船开动了。这时船的左侧出现了自由女神像。很明显，自由女神像是绿色的，她穿这连衣裙，举着火炬，高高的耸立在海边上。从远看，她就像一个小孩，举着火炬，脸上布满了欢笑，庆祝这美国独立100周年。好像在说：美国独立100年了!

船开始渐渐逼近自由女神像，自由女神像“越来越大”，这时，我清楚地看到，她得头上还戴着一个“皇冠”，皇冠上的“柱子”和“皇冠”成垂体，搭配的非常完美。

这时，从近看，她又像一个美若天仙的少女，高举着象征着自由的火炬，庆祝美国独立100周年这一美妙的时刻。

美国，一个神秘的国家，在那里还有很多类似于自由女神像的建筑物，等待着你的参观。

In recent years, tourism has been popular and played an important role in our nation’s economic growth. However, I am afraid that if tourism develops over, it will bring harm to the environment and give rise to many problems.

There are a few reasons accounting for my views and I would like to list three of them. One of the examples is that a large number of woods and other plants were replaced by all kinds of accommodation facilities or scenic spots. That definitely breaks the ecological balance of these areas and destroys the natural beauty of the scenic spots. Worse still, more pressure has been placed environment protection in that many tourists left their garbage in the scenic spots. In addition, over-developed tourism will occupy large numbers of farmland and lead to the shortage of the land.

In a word, tourism will be harmful to our environment if it is over development. Thus, I do not advocate that we development tourism without considering the environment. And we should keep the balance between tourism development and environment protection so that we can achieve the sustainable development between our nation’s economy and the environment.

Travel is a very good means of broadening a person’s perspective. It makes you come into contact with different cultures meet people of different colors and go through peculiar rites and ceremonies. Travelling much you will not only enrich your knowledge and experiences but also be aware of the vastneof nature. Travel may also relieve person of boredom and gloom. Travel brings you enjoyment and attraction. It gives you a pleasant experience which will disperse your boredom and make you forget whatever annoys you. Travel broadens your mind and leaves you good memories. Later you may go over these memories and enjoy your past experiences thus keeping a fresh and sunny mind. The field’s his study nature was his book. Travelers can choose different modes of transportation which have advantages and disadvantages. Airplanes are the fastest but also the most expensive. Buses and trains are leexpensive but they soon make you feel cramped and uncomfortable. Ships provide you with comfort unleyou get seasick. Most people can afford traveling by bicycle which although slow can limber up your muscles and get you closer to nature.

今天，是暑假第一天，我和妈妈要去美国旅游了，好期待啊!

先去香港国际机场，一个叔叔把我们送到了那里，没怎么堵车都要了2个小时呢。

到了飞机场，我和妈妈在洗手间外面，我忽然看见了一个人跪着，手放在胸前的牌子。我很好奇，就拉着妈妈的手去看。哦!是祈祷室!原来有些国家的人每天都要祈祷，他们就可以来这个房间。

我们先值了机，然后吃饭。在麦当劳吃的，吃了汉堡和可乐，好好吃呀!

去纽约的飞机3点55分开始检票，可是现在才1点多呀，干什么呢?我玩IPAD2，妈妈在网上工作。

不知不觉，2个小时一下子就过去了，飞机开始检票了!真是快!

飞机很快就起飞了，我和妈妈躺着睡觉，但睡不着。

我不时打开窗户看。有一次，我看见窗户上有许多针叶一样的小东西，仔细一看：呀!原来是结了冰花呀!好漂亮!外面真是veryvery的冷!

早上7点多，也就是美国的晚上6点多，飞机快到了。

最后我再看时，竟然已经飞到了纽约后面的海上，难道飞过了?果然，飞机开始掉头，真有趣!后来我才知道是交通管制。

7点多，飞机到达了目的地——纽约。

下了飞机，我们就开始找一个已经在网上预定好了的酒店。

先是在门口问了两个人，他们告诉我们：先乘机场快线到一个站，然后再转7号线到Quneensboraplaza站就到了。果真，我们到了酒店。好不容易有时间看表了，一看：呀!10点半了!赶快睡觉吧!

今天就这样结束了，看我们能不能把时差倒过来!
