teams (竞争团队) row their boats forward to a drumbeat (击古)racing to reach the

The boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival are traditional customs

(传统习俗)to attempts to (试图)rescue (搭救) the patriotic poet (爱国诗人)Chu Yuan. Chu Yuan

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

This years Mid-Autumn festival, we can be noisy in the home, her aunt with

her sister and brother come to my home for Mid-Autumn festival. At noon,

from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner， people will

Since I went to middle school, I grew up very fast. On the one hand, I live

what s your plan for dragon boat festival?

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

爸爸告诉我，泉州的名胜古迹可多了：千年古刹开元寺，涂门街的清净寺，灵山的圣墓，长寿的老君岩，美丽的洛阳桥等等，泉州的名俗文化也是享有国际声誉的，其中泉州木偶艺术就拥有“中国一绝”的美称；妈妈告诉我，泉州可是海上丝绸之路的起点，在宋元时期就是我国和世界各国友好往来的重要港口。“海上丝绸之路”，不仅是一条交流货物之路，更重要的是交流思想，意识，情感，信念之路。如今，梨园戏，高甲戏，打城戏，提线木偶，南音演唱，花灯和别具古城风情的文艺踩街，给来到泉州的客人们留下深刻的印象。

每年到泉州，她每年的变化都不一样，一年又一年，取而代之的是经济发达带来的繁荣兴盛。一座座美丽的公园错落有致，那可是大家清晨锻炼的好去处。改革开放以来，泉州进入了经济发展的黄金时期。中心市区的科技电讯产品，晋江、石狮的鞋帽服装、南安的建材、惠安的石雕、安溪的茶叶、永春的芦柑、德化的瓷器、肖厝的石化产品驰名省内外，并已出口国外。石油化工、电子信息、旅游服务已成为泉州的三大主导产业。泉州基本实现宽裕型小康的目标，成为富裕，文明、安定的现代化工贸旅游港口城市。

我爱泉州，泉州是我的家乡，她像母亲一样养育着我，激励着我，我要努力学习，打好基础，继承泉州人爱拼才会赢的精神，为将来建设古城奉献聪明才智，为美化古城增光添彩。
