It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

俗话说:“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”.“莫以善小而不为,莫以恶小而为之”.作为父母,要敢于承认自己的缺点和不足,以身作则,去感染孩子,为孩子树立好榜样,让他们在没有污染的环境下茁壮成长.

禅诗说：“心随境转是凡夫，境随心转是圣贤。”这并不是在给我们一个划分凡夫与圣贤的界限。而是在告诫我们，心态对一个人来说，是至关重要的，而所处的环境，是影响心态的重要因素。

曾经有人做了一个调查，现在社会上，有一百万的人是最幸福的。他所拥有的财富，足够他衣食无忧，却没有过多的资本再去投资。他满足于平静的生活，而那些没有一百万的人，还在忙碌的在急速发展的城市中，找寻立足之地。他们会抱怨社会的不公平，甚至自怨自艾。还有那些拥有更多钱的人，抬头看着处于社会金字塔更上一层的人，心生欲望，他们利用他们足够的资本，更加积极的揽金收财。在如此物质的时代，百万富豪最幸福。

这只是一个调查，其实也有许多人，虽然没有很多的财富，却也满足于安逸的生活。他们注重精神上的愉悦，逍遥自在。质朴如翠翠，生活在美好的湘西，不求钱财。与傩送的相识相会，就会让她觉得白天狗叫悦耳，晚上灯火绚烂。她单纯的守着渡船，每天看着来往的人，守着爷爷，心下藏着对二老的爱恋，单调却幸福着。多么美好的女子，是山清水秀，人心淳朴的湘西风光，造就了这善良纯真的姑娘吧。

而在现代，因长期训练似的脚部拉伤的刘翔，也是一个单纯执着于运动生涯的坚毅男子。在奥运会中遗憾退赛，使他在接下来的治疗阶段，一直处于一种消极的状态当中。而他去休斯敦治疗时，遇到了经历坎坷功成名就的姚明。姚明将他带进了火箭队的训练场地，并给他讲述了队友们的篮球生涯的崎岖和不易。不得不说，姚明的一番苦心确实达到了他要的效果。归国后的刘翔积极配合治疗，并在复出的第一场比赛中，勇夺桂冠，并且刷新了记录。若不是刘翔在休斯敦的经历鼓舞了他，他又怎能以如此惊人的速度调整好心态，努力恢复伤势呢？

有一位外国贤者曾说：“梦想并不困难，只是在星星上。”而在这追逐梦想的漫长道路上，我们要的，不是是坚持。还有在困境中，学会调整心态，积极面对一切

生态环境道德是人类在处理与自然关系时应该遵循的行为准则，是社会发展的必然要求，是公民道德建设的重要内容。这不仅反映了新阶段道德建设的客观实际和规律，也体现了中国先进文化的发展方向。

生态环境道德的总体要求是：热爱自然，保护生态，改善环境。对青少年生态环境道德的具体行为要求是：珍爱生灵，节约资源，抵制污染，植绿护绿。要努力使保护母亲河行动成为广大青少年学习生态环境道德、学习环境保护知识和技能的重要载体。

青少年要率先珍爱生灵、节约资源，植绿护绿、抵制污染。

青少年既是生态环境道德的重点教育对象，更是生态环境道德建设的积极推动者。广大青少年要率先行动、开风气之先，充分发挥生力军作用。

与和谐与共的人与自然关系理想状态和境界相适应，生态环境道德要求人们热爱自然、保护生态、改善环境。对于青少年来说，要首先做到：

珍爱生灵。平等对待自然界中的其它生命体，不随意损害它们，保持生态系统平衡。不践踏草木，不攀折花叶，不欺负小动物，不吃珍稀动植物等都是珍爱生灵。

节约资源。我们只有一个地球，资源有限，生活在地球上的人却不断增长。节约粮食、节约用水、节约纸张，使用可再生的资源、分类回收废物，生活简朴等等，都是节约资源。

植绿护绿。没有森林和植被等绿色，便没有人类，没有地球上的绝大多数生命。多植一棵树、多种一片草、多养一盆花、多增加一些绿色，都是青少年应尽的义务。

抵制污染。不当的生产生活行为，会带来很大污染。不乱扔垃圾、不用或少用难降解和难再生的物品、不焚烧秸秆、制止污染等都是抵制污染。

要把保护母亲河行动等活动作为青少年传播生态环境道德的舞台。发挥保护母亲河行动的公益特性，动员青少年宣传生态环境道德，用小手牵动社会这个大手。树立践行生态环境道德的模范，鼓励青少年监督、抵制违背生态环境道德的行为。

This summer vacation, I joined a social practice to be a part-time tourguide. There I found something that impressed me a lot.

People who love traveling are always finding places to take a vacation, which caused a lot of troubles.For example, I found that some people were used to dropping out the trash everywhere. They just regarded the sightseeings as their houses, which cost a lot to clean it up. Besides, some one should write down their names on the trees and walls. People who wanted to leave their names whereever they went are always to punish in future.

Nevertheless, I also found some good examples, such as teaching tourists not to destroy the places of historic interests, helping clean up the environment,etc..I think we all need to teach more people not to hurt our precious nature. What we really need to do is protect them form destroying.

为抗议可口可乐公司滥用塑料瓶，绿色和平组织10日把一尊2.5吨重的雕塑堵在了可口可乐公司英国总部大楼门口。雕塑呈现了一幅发人深省的图景：一家人和乐融融地坐在沙滩上，一只海鸥却在旁边吐出塑料垃圾。

绿色和平组织在一份声明中说，可口可乐公司每年要卖出1000亿瓶以上塑料瓶装饮料，而一次性塑料瓶在饮料包装中占比接近六成。

“我们试图首次还原真实规模的可口可乐塑料足迹，”来自绿色和平组织的路易莎·卡森对美国有线电视新闻网记者说。尽管这尊雕塑重达2.5吨，“不过每分钟流入大海的塑料是(这个重量的)10倍”。

对于绿色和平组织的行为，可口可乐公司表示“失望”，并称公司将于今年晚些时候公布新版“可持续包装战略”。

按照可口可乐公司一名发言人的说法，“可口可乐是消费品公司中少有的、百分之百回收利用包装的公司”，该公司近年来推出回收包装材料、提高能效管理等措施。

不过，卡森认为可口可乐做得还不够，“他们在过去10年间增加了一次性塑料瓶的使用次数”。据了解，塑料降解过程十分缓慢，可能需要几百年。
