每日要做一些题，不要让自己手生，要让自己保持对问题的敏感，形成模式识别能力;考前不宜攻难题，要回到基础，把基础夯得扎扎实实的。

根据自己的情况适度运动，比如散步、跑步、打一会儿球，跳几分钟绳，做一会儿操，等等。这样可以缓解紧张的神经，提高学习效率，保证考试时有一个健康的身体和清醒的大脑。

考试时，熟知的知识、方法突然想不起来时要学会变通，一是换个角度或思路，从与题目有关的项目开始回想。二是利用本卷中其他题目中的信息。三是暂时放弃，换另一道题做，等情绪稍稳定，思路慢慢清晰时，再回过头来做。

13.适度平静。平时个性张扬的学生，在张扬的前提下可稍平静一些;平时内向的学生，在平静中可略张扬一些。当然，都不要刻意追求，自然为好。一定压力下的平静，是高考超水平发挥的必要条件。

14.适度自信。大考临近，我常对考生说：“这里必须拒绝一切犹豫，这里任何怯弱都无济于事。”自信，是成功的起点;失去信心，必然导致失败。当然，平时考得好的学生，也不能过于自信，凭自己有点实力，就自以为是、盲目乐观。

15.确定合理动机。动机过强和动机过弱，都不利于考试;适度动机，效率最高。尤其是期望值过高，容易导致考生紧张、忧郁、恐惧等情绪，进而导致考试的失败。这就是说期望要合理。

16.适度运动。临考前夕，学生大都不爱运动，主要是学习紧张没时间运动。但我还是希望同学们能根据自己的情况，适度运动，比如散步、跑步、打一会儿球，或跳几分钟绳，或在阳台上做一会儿操，等等。这样，可以缓解紧张的神经，提高学习效率，保证考试时有一个健康的身体和清醒的大脑。

17.适度交流。同龄人一起迎考，大家的情况都差不多，同学间适度交流，进行感情沟通是十分重要的。同学之情对增强信心、减缓压力有很大的帮助。当然，考前时间宝贵，切不可长谈。除了和同学交流外，还可与老师、家长、亲友交流。

18.充分准备。认真做好考前的复习和准备工作，注重知识的掌握和技能的训练，做到胸有成竹，心中不慌，从而预防考试焦虑的产生。

19.处变不惊。训练自己在面对变化的问题或学习的困难时，能冷静地进行分析、判断，采取科学的应对措施。比如，面对试题的难易，要有“人难我难，我不怕难;人易我易，我不大意”之心态。

20.防止疲劳。考试临近，切忌搞疲劳战术，过度疲劳容易引起心理上的不适感，不利于考试时水平的发挥。

关于科学应考

21.填写信息，稳定情绪。试卷发下来后，立即忙于答题是不科学的，应先填写信息，如在答题卡上涂清“试卷类型”，写清姓名和准考证号等，这样做不仅是考试的要求，更是一剂稳定情绪的“良药”。

22.总揽全卷，区别难易。打开试卷，看看哪些是基础题，哪些是中档题，哪些是难题或压轴题，按先易后难的原则，确定解题顺序，逐题进行解答。力争做到“巧做低档题，题题全做对;稳做中档题，一分不浪费;尽力冲击高档题，做错也无悔。”

23.认真审题，灵活答题。审题要做到一不漏掉题，二不看错题，三要审准题，四要看全题目的条件和结论。审题中还要灵活运用知识，发现和寻找简捷的解题方法。

24.过程清晰，稳中求快。一要书写清晰，速度略快;二要一次成功;三要提高答题速度;四要科学使用草稿纸;五要力求准确，防止欲速不达。

25.心理状态，注意调节。考试中，要克服满不在乎的自负心理，要抛弃“胜败在此一举”的负重心理，要克服畏首畏尾的胆怯心理。面对难、中、易的试卷，调节好心理，积极应对。

26.尽量多做，分分必争。高考评分，理科多按步骤、按知识点给分;文科多按要点给分。因此，考生在答题时，就要会多少，答多少，哪怕是一条辅助线，一个符号，一小段文字，都可写上，没有把握也要敢于写，千万不要将不能完全做出或答案算不出的题放弃不做。

27.抓住“题眼”，构建“桥梁”。一般难题都有个关键点(称之为“题眼”)，抓住了“题眼”，问题就易于解决了。此外，还要利用相关的知识、规律、信息进行多方联系，构建“桥梁”，找出问题的内在联系，从而构思解题方案，准确、快捷地解决问题。

28.遇到易题，格外小心。易题，容易使人轻视，不注意题目的细微变化，不费思索顺手写来，可能铸成大错。所以有“容易题，容易错”的说法。要知道，题目对你容易，对别人也容易。在易题上得分与失分往往在于仔细与不仔细。

29.思路暂塞，学会变通。考试时，熟知的知识、方法突然想不起来该怎么办呢?这时要学会变通，一是换个角度或思路，从与题目有关的项目开始回想;二是利用本卷中其他题目中的信息;三是暂时放弃，换另一道题做，等情绪稍稳定，思路慢慢清晰时，再回过头来做，可能有意外的收获。

30.注意检查，减少失误。争取有一定的时间检查答卷，主要是检查题目是否遗漏，是否弄错了题意，是否抄错了什么，尽量减少失误。对一些“疑似”答案，尤其要注意检查。可以对思路检查，对步骤检查，对结果检查，对试题要求检查等。

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

Nowadays playing computer games is a very common hobbies, especially among young people and teenagers. However there are many arguements on whether computer games are advantageous to people or not.

Although many people doubt the advantages of computer games, if used wisely computer games can actually be used in educational purposes, for example typing games to allow students to learn typing English or Chinese. Also another advantage of computer game is that the games may be played together among friends or family members, which may improve the relationship between family members and allow parents to know more about their children on their hobbies and interests.

However computer games if misused can also have very bad effects on human beings. Firstly spending long time in front of the computer screen will bring to various health problems, such as eye sore, back pain and headache. Also if people spend too much time on computer games rather than the work they should do, for example school work for students and projects and presentations for employees, it may have bad effects on their real life and social life status.

It is true for everything that it is beneficial if used wisely, therefore although computer games are widely said to be bad for people, it can still be used as a good tool if used wisely.

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own

the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the

fact is that not all the person can become the great person, most people are

doing the ordinary jobs. In my opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they

are not doing the fine jobs, they find their own place and make a contribution

to the world. Take the cleaner for example. They wake up early and do the

cleaning work. People dare not to do the job because it is so dirty, but the

cleaners decorate the city with their hard work. The cleaners are the ordinary

people while doing the great job.
