Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. 地球是我们人类赖以生存的家园，他就像我们的母亲一样，为我们提供着生存资源和生存条件。我们是地球的主人，我们要向善待自己的母亲一样去善待她、保护她。谁不想让自己的家园变得更美好、更漂亮呢？然而，随着科学技术的发展，各式各样的机动车融入了我们的生活，有不少人开私家车上班、开货车送货，把自行车、三轮车改成小型机动车送水、送货。这些机动车的的确个人们的生活提供了方便，但是同时也给环境带来了极大的危害，尾气污染日趋严重，使环境付出了严重的代价，全球变暖导致海平面上升，大气层严重破坏，空气污染对人类的生活和健康发展构成了极大的威胁。如：1、深圳的上空365天有两百多天是被灰霾笼罩。2、深圳近几年来，很少有雨滴落下。形成这些不良现象的原因是人们对机动车尾气污染不重视，对机动车依赖性强，而且每天都在使用机动车，采取不理视态度，缺少顾大局的精神。为此，特向您提出以下建议：

倡导市民选购油电混合机动车。

1、提倡市民多乘坐公交车和地铁等公共交通工具。

2、实行机动车单双号行驶（特别是公务车）

3、 倡导市民选购油电混合机动车。

4、 坚持做到机动车尾气达标检测。

5、 多做宣传工作，让市民知道机动车尾气的危害。

做为地球的主人，改善地球空气环境是我们每一个人的责任，如果从我们这个城市做起，我相信世界的每一个城市都会做到，这样全球变暖等一系列自然灾害都不会降临到我们的家园！

水，滋润万物，与人们的生产生活息息相关。水是甘甜的。但有时又是苦涩的；水是宝贵的，但有时它又泛滥成灾；水是清冽的，但在一些地方它却变得污浊不堪；一切生物都离不开水，但在一些特别需要水的地方，它却变得那样吝啬……面对我们日日不可或缺的生命之源一-水，我们知道的到底有多少? 中国的水资源虽然比较丰富，但分布不均，东多西少，南多北少，缺水的地方很多。而在不缺水的地方，人们浪费水、污染水的现象又太严重。

一些工厂不注意保护水资源，把工业废水排入江河湖泊，造成了水资源的严重污染。鱼虾生活在这样的水中，就会慢慢中毒，死去；人类喝了这样的水，就会生病，严重影响身体健康。听后，我觉得真是可怕！为什么人类只知道赚钱，不知道保护水资源，这样下去，我们就很难喝到干净的水，到那时，人类该怎么生存呢？ 很多家庭表面上看是很节约用水 ，实际上是在浪费水资源 。有的家庭厨房和卫生间的水龙头的水一天到晚都在一滴一滴往水缸和储水桶里面滴， 然而水缸和储水桶的水却在不停地往外流入下水道 。有的家庭将一些完全还可以利用的水， 像淘菜和洗脸的水 一盆一盆的直接 入下水道， 看看这些被浪费的水 ，如果一年到头一滴一滴的往外滴水的话 ，如果要认真地计算 其结果一定会让惊讶得目瞪口！ 在此，特地向广大市民提出以下建议:

1。淘米水洗菜，再用清水清洗，不仅节约了水，还有效地清除了蔬菜上的残存农药；

2。夏天给室内外地面洒水降温，尽量不用清水，而用洗衣之后的洗衣水；

3。冲厕所：如果您使用节水型设备，每次可节水4一5千克；

4。洗菜：一盆一盆地洗，不要开着水龙头冲，一餐饭可节省50千克；

5。将卫生间里水箱的浮球向下调整2厘米，每次冲洗可节省水近3千克；按家庭每天使用四次算，一年可节药水4380千克。

珍惜资源，保护资源，节约资源，人人有责。让我们从现在做起，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起，珍惜地球母亲赐予我们的一切自然资源，使我们的家园年年春光灿烂……

我们不仅要制止工厂用水无节制的坏习惯，还希望你们做到：

一、珍惜水源，一水多用：

在我们的生活中，经常有人洗完手后不关水龙头，使水资源这样一点一滴地浪费掉，这种行为是不行的，我们应该珍惜水源。当然，我们也应该养成一水多用的好习惯，如：洗完菜的水可以拿去浇花；拖完地板的水可以拿去冲厕所。这样就可以珍惜水资源了！

我们是地球的主人，同时又是地球的破坏者，最后又成为受害者。善待地球就是善待自己，作为21世纪的主人，我们一定要时时刻刻地保护我们这可爱的地球！

Recently I found out that some bad things happened in our school.

At ordinary times is very neat and clean campus, has recently become some dirty, some corner or in the corridors, students can be seen the plastic bags used to hold things, eat some fruit peel, cabinet and throw away the packing bag of after loud snacks. Is each class in our school there is a certain region responsible for cleaning, clean, will arrange the students per class every day the rubbish is certainly in the classmate after cleaning the health, and others left, I think the quality of the students really is very low, I dont know to cherish other peoples work achievement, dont know how to protect the campus environment.

Students, not to be good, not to be, not to be evil small but to be, everybody join hands together, protect our campus environment together!

最近我发现我们的学校发生了一些不好的现象。

平时十分整洁干净的校园，最近却变的有些脏兮兮的，一些角落里或者是走廊里，都能看到同学们用来装事物的塑料袋，还有一些水果皮、碎纸屑和吃完小零食以后扔掉的包装袋。我们学校是每个班都有一定的卫生打扫的负责区域的，每天每班都会安排学生打扫，这些垃圾肯定都是在同学打扫完卫生之后，又有人丢下的，我觉得这些同学的素质真的很低，都不知道珍惜别人的劳动成果，不知道保护校园的环境。

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit .To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us .We shouldn’t cut them down .We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.
