When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

Travel Alone

I think nearly everyone likes traveling. Sometimes we will travel with our friends or families, but sometimes we will travel alone. I believe different ways for traveling will have different feelings. And I prefer travelling alone. Travelling alone is more excited. ２．Last year, I traveled to Beijing by train. It was very fast. I like travel by train, because I like the feeling in the train. Besides, I can enjoy the scenery on the way.

However, after the journey last week, I dont want to travel by train anymore, because it is too tired to have fun. It took me sixteen hours on the train. I was very tired and I had to spend a day to have a good rest. And it was boring on the train. Therefore, I think it should not travel by train if its far.

Making a trip to Beidaihe on May 18 was an experience which I will never

forget.

A arrived in Beidaihe at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to

the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other

side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my

shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water

was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it

got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply

marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

I went to Beijing on my holidays.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. Some people would rather to stayin home than going out to travel because they think there are too many people swarminto the scenic spots. In my point of view, I would rather to stay indoorsrather than going out to travel. Reasons are listed below.

Firstly, during holiday, so many peopleswarm into the travel spots that we can’t enjoy ourselves to the full. For mostpeople, they want to travel because during holiday, they can have several days torelieve themselves by traveling. However, so many people crowd together willmake their tour lose the original fun.

Secondly, during holiday, price will berising drastically. It is known to all that you need to spend much more to buythings or taking bus or any other transportation since many retailers will raisegoods’ price during this holiday to get fat profits.

All in all, travel during holiday is not agood choice for us since its inconvenience in traveling among a huge crowd ofpeople and also the dramatically high price for goods and transportations willlet us pay extra money.

不久之前，在班上就开展了一次活动——“红色之旅”。这次“红色之旅”去参观了“建川博物馆”。我们分别参观了“川军抗战馆”、“不屈战俘馆”、“援华美军馆”和“国防兵器馆”。下面我就来讲讲吧!

我们是“川人”，有着怎样的“川人”精神?《川军抗战馆》就记录着几百万我们四川军人的英勇顽强，杀敌的英雄气概。

参观完了《不屈战俘馆》后，看这些坚定的中国人时我感受到了：我们“中国人”，在失败，屈辱面前，我们有着昂头挺胸的中国精神，那是我们的信仰，我们的尊严。在这里，正义面前的勇士永远都不会倒下。

人间需要“友爱”，需要“帮助”。《援华美军馆》就再现“团结就是力量，正义面前，没有界线。”

我们要防身，总不能赤手空拳，《国防兵器馆》就让我们看到了“中国民族古代兵器，长枪，大刀的威武。中国现代武器强悍的威力，让我感受到了祖国的强大。

我们还为博物馆献了爱心——植树。每一棵小树都代表着我们对抗战勇士的无限敬意，我们每个人的愿望的成长。还有更加辽阔的天空在等着小树们呢!

参观完了博物馆后的我思绪万千、我感觉到了这博物馆都真实再现了百年中国历史，百年中国民族文化，百年中国精神，令我感到了自豪、喜悦、激动、坚强……

这次的旅途使我终生难忘!
