The princes palace is full of people. They are all happy to be at the big party. All the girls want to marry the prince. Then Cinderella walks into the palace. "Who is she?" everyone asks. "Shes so beautiful," they say.

The prince sees Cinderella. He asks her to dance with him. All night long they dance and talk. The prince and Cinderella fall in love. At twelve oclock, Cinderella runs out of the palace.

Cinderella runs and loses one of her glass shoes. She must get home before twelve. She is late. She runs into the house. Now, she is wearing her old dress again.

The prince finds Cinderellas shoe. "I know this shoe. It belongs to that beautiful girl. Ill find her," he says. The next morning, he goes from house to house to find her. He goes to Cinderellas house. The two ugly stepsisters try on the shoe, but their feet are too big.

"Can I try it on?" asks Cinderella. "Yes," the prince says, so Cinderella tries the shoe on. It fits her foot. "I have found my princess," the prince says. Soon Cinderella and the prince get married. They live happily ever after.

In Amish areas， horse drawn buggies still serve as a local transportation device and the faithful are not permitted to own automobiles. The Amish＇s central religious concept of Demut "humility"， clearly reflects the weakness of individualism and social class so typical of folk cultures and there is a corresponding strength of Amish group identity. Rarely do the Amish marry outside their sect. The religion， a variety of the Mennonite faith， provides the principal mechanism for maintaining order.

By contrast a popular culture is a large heterogeneous group often highly individualistic and a pronounced many specialized professions. Secular institutions of control such as the police and army take the place of religion and family in maintaining order， and a money-based economy prevails. Because of these contrasts， "popular" may be viewed as clearly different from "folk". The popular is replacing the folk in industrialized countries and in many developing nations. Folk-made objects give way to their popular equivalent， usually because the popular item is more quickly or cheaply produced， is easier or time saving to use or leads more prestige to the owner.

There are many festivals in china. And among them, I like the most  the Spring Festival. Because of it, not only  the biggest holiday of the year, but the start of a new year, but also all of us all the people, come together festival.

Before the Spring Festival, people go home, no matter where they are. Usually, we in the new years Eve dinner. Then the family sat together to share their lives or aircraft. Some people play games or go out to play. On New Years day, people get up early to meet people who say. Children can get lucky money from relatives. In the coming days, we will vit relatives to pay New Years call, give them. In a word, it  the family reunion and we all the time to enjoy it.

孔子有言：“弟子入则孝，出则弟，谨而信，泛爱众，而亲仁。行有余力，则以学文。”在《论语·学而》篇中，孝悌是与谨信、博爱、亲仁并列的优秀品格，而且被列在首位，是为人的基本准则，也是“学文”的重要基础之一。对自己的父母不懂得感恩，就不可能做到博爱。情感透支造成生命体验的缺失，即使勉强学习也无法体会先人的情感与思想。孔子的学生子夏说：“贤贤易色，事父母能竭其力，事君能致其身，与朋友交，言而有信。虽曰未学，吾必谓之学矣。”侍奉父母竭尽全力，为君主谋划才能竭尽忠心，在君君，臣臣，父父，子子的伦理观念中，人君如同人父，为人孝子，方能为人忠臣。有子曰：“其为人也孝弟，而好犯上者，鲜矣;不好犯上，而好作乱者，未之有也。君子务本，本立而道生。孝弟也者，其为仁之本与!”有若将孝悌提升到更高的境界，做人能够孝敬父母尊敬兄长，却喜欢犯上作乱的人是很少的。君子专心致力于修养孝悌精神，仁与道都以孝悌为根本，孝悌不但是为人子、为人臣的根本，还是追求仁与道的至高境界的基石。

孔子与学生讨论对待父母的态度时认为，当时的社会普遍把赡养父母当作孝顺，然而赡养父母是犬马也可以做到的事情，所以仅仅赡养父母还是远远不够的，如果不尊敬他们，那么人子与犬马的孩子没有什么区别。父母最担心的是孩子的健康，孩子出游在外，要保持身体健康，不让父母牵挂担忧，这也是孝敬父母;父母在世的时候，孩子经常陪伴在左右服侍，不要远游，如果一定要远游也要有一定的方向，让父母知道自己的行踪，这也是对于父母牵挂的一种慰藉。而意气风发的少年常常向往流浪的生活，早年不顾父母苦苦劝阻挽留背井离乡，无论衣锦还乡或浪子回头往往为时已晚，不免酿成子欲养而亲不在的遗憾。孩子不可以不记得父母的年龄，一方面要为父母高寿庆贺喜悦;另一方面，父母年事渐高，离我们远去的日子也就越来越近，作为子女要时常感到悲伤，才会更珍惜父母在世的时光，尽心尽力侍奉父母。

在侍奉父母的做法方面，孔子认为侍奉父母经常保持和颜悦色是件难事。家庭内外事务由子女去操劳，有美味的食物让父母先享用，但并不能仅以此作为孝的标准。如果看到父母有做得不对的地方，要多次婉转劝谏，如果父母没有采纳自己的意见，仍然要尊敬地侍奉，虽然内心忧虑，但对父母仍然不怨恨。侍奉父母、安葬父母、祭祀父母都要遵守“礼”的规则。孔子的学生宰我觉得为父母守丧三年太久了，孔子便说他不仁，孩子出生以后要在母亲的怀抱中三年才能自如行走，为父母守丧三年是为了报答父母在孩子不能走路时付出的辛劳，而宰我连这样的报答都不能做到。

“父在，观其志;父没，观其行;三年无改于父之道，可谓孝矣。”当父亲在世的时候，观察他的志向，当他父亲去世以后，观察他的行为。如果他长期不改变父亲的原则，可以说是做到孝了。强调孝的实际行动，孝不仅仅是事之以礼、葬之以礼、祭之以礼，生活中任劳任怨服侍周到、心中常常怀念都是不够的，要努力完成父母的理想，继承和发扬他们的优点。孩子是父母生命的延续，作为孝子，要让父母的精神也在自己的身上延续下去。

诗人说母亲是珠蚌，因为培养一粒顽石而使自己痛苦不已。她并没有因此拒绝抚养，而是以自己厚重而宽宥的母爱将它一层层包裹起来，直至它成为一颗光泽耀眼圆润无瑕的珍珠。台湾著名诗人、散文家余光中先生在《母难日》中写道：这世界从你走后已变得不能指认，唯一不变的只有对你永久的感恩。孔子推崇的孝道已经是千百年来华夏子孙共同尊奉的民族信条，也将会成为千千万万后来人的道德准则。

Skiing is a desirable activity fro’ young people. It provides the excitement that theyouth is commonly seeking. The skiers can enjoy the thrill of gliding at tremendous speed down a gleaming,white mountain slope. Often, with split second tinting, they must dodge trees, stumps, and rocks——or find themselves suddenly sprawling in the snow. If they have more than average skill, they can sall through the air in breathtaking leaps and jumps that bring excitement to the onlookers as well. True, there is danger in this excitement,but that is a risk the youth enjoys. Furthermore, skiing is healthful. It provides exercise, often very strenuous as the skiers trudge up a mountain path or work their way on skis up a slope of deep snow. The best of skiers know that they need strong muscles to successfully control their skis, so they exercise to keep themselves physically fit. Another desirable feature is thecompanionship that usually develops wherever skiers gather. Friendships grow quickly on the slopes and in the usual nearby

shelter where the skiers find food, warmth, and rest. Their experiences of the day and their youthfulness easily draw these people together in happy fellowship.

The spring Festival  coming soon! The festivel  considereded the most important one for Chinese people. It  on the first day of lunar year. It  also the day of reunion among family members. During these days, people would say "happy new year! or wh you make fortune! to each other. They would also vit their relatives and friends. Children would be given "red packets". Children would have more to eat and play than usual.Playing firecrackers  also a popular game for children.
