不一会儿，汽车来到了实验基地。下了车，迎面来了一位表情严肃的教官。我想：“从现在开始，就不能像在家里一样了，一定要打起精神。”教官告诉我们，我们班级是第十一连。我们男生被安排到四号房。刚开始，教官教我们铺床。床分为五个部分，第一部分是床垫，第二部分是被垫，第三部分是枕巾，第四部分是枕头，第五部分是被子。教官一步一步地教我们。我们都努力地学习。最难的是叠被子。第一次叠被子花了我十分钟，同学们也都累得气喘吁吁，可是教官说我们连一半的要求也没有做到，于是我们又重新来了一次。这次同学们更加认真了，有的同学铺完床后已经是满头大汗。可是教官说我们刚刚及格，下次要比这次还要好。我心里想：“我都已经疲惫不堪了才刚刚及格，教官的要求真高啊。”

第一天晚上，有的同学们就开始想家，晚上十点多才睡，一天就这样过去了。第二天一早，刚过六点二十分，就听见外面响起了哨声。我和同学们被惊醒了，有的同学迷迷糊糊地说：“天才刚亮呢。”可是军令如山，大家只好起来点被子、刷牙。上午，教官教我们学习军体拳。教官告诉我们：“学习军体拳要做到三点，打拳用力、喊声大、速度快。”在教官的带领下，我们很用心地学习。在哈！哈！的喊声中，我每一拳都用尽了全身力气，没有丝毫畏惧。全连同学一起喊起来，真是让人胆战心惊，看起来不可一世。一天很快过去了，晚上，我们开始洗澡、洗衣服，这些我都不是很熟悉，洗衣服还要用力搓，我累得满头大汗。在家里我从没洗过衣服，我不由自主地开始想念爸爸妈妈了。

训练的生活过得很快，在教官的训练下，到了第四天，我已经可以熟练地打起了军体拳，还学习了广播体操。更让我高兴的是晚上洗澡速度快了很多，还学会了洗衣服。

第五天，我们要回家了。在路上，同学们都准备着用自己最好的一面表演给家长看。在学校表演时，我的妈妈也来了，我们在操场上生龙活虎，表演了军体拳和广播操，妈妈看了非常高兴。

这次军训让我学到了很多知识。我知道了战士们在部队的生活非常艰苦。在军训期间，我学会了照顾自己，比如自己叠被子、洗衣服、洗澡，还学会了在没有父母的情况下，自己独立生活，学会了遵守规则，甘于吃苦。

“暑假”坐着飞机离去了、“开学”坐着火车回来了、也许我们并没有做好任何准备就要去迎接新学期的到来、或许我们还沉浸在暑假的高潮里。不知道高中是怎样的一个世界、不知道新的同学是否很好相处、不知道新的老师会不会很严厉、不知道我们的未来会不会很精彩。

又来到了这个既熟悉又陌生的学校、它还是那么富有生机、还是那么雄伟壮观、还是那么有灵气、还是那么吸引群众。来到熟悉的教学楼、却来到了陌生的教室、看到了从未看到过的面孔。在这里我要扎根三年、没人会知道这三年里我们会发生什么、会遇到什么。但我们都很清楚这三年我们都是为了一个目标而奋斗的----高考。

开学了、也就意味着我们马上就要军训了、听说军训很苦、但我们敢去挑战、敢去尝试、就算失败了、我们也不会气馁、因为我们为此努力过。

都说军训能够锻炼一个人、这句话真的有道理。在军训期间、我们哭过、笑过、想要放弃过、但我们也坚强过。我们不比任何人差、我们也很勇敢、没有人会退缩。而且军训也给了我们从未拥有过的东西----团结、也是我们四个第一次见面。

时间是不会等人的、七天时间很快就过去了、我们也即将面临跟教官说再见了、尽管我们只相处了七天、只认识了七天、只训练了七天、但我们还是有太多的不舍、对他们的感情、远远不止这七天。军训结束了、也就意味着教官他们该走了、我们留给他们的是这几天训练的成绩、他们留给我们的是军人般的毅力和坚强、还有他们亲切的微笑。感谢他们在这七天里给了我们“魔鬼般的训练”、感谢军训让我认识了他们。

经过几天的认识、我也不知道为什么、我感觉班上的童鞋特别难相处、甚至我都不知道该怎样去和他们相处、我也很害怕我会交不到朋友、但是、时间可能是我家亲戚、它让我认识了三个很特别的童鞋、而且他们三个让我有一种特别想和他们成为朋友的冲动。时间真的会说真话、经过几天的相处、我发现他们很真诚、很童真、很幽默、也很会关心人。慢慢地、我们四个人的关系越来越好、距离越来越近。我们可以一起笑、一起出去吃饭、一起喝爽歪歪。最后变成了四个好基友、四个名字里面都有Y好基友。

还记得我们四个一起坐在花篮旁边吃泡面、样子好丢人、好猥琐、吃到一半的时候、有人突然来了一句、我想尝一下你的味道、当时我们几个人都想歪了、天呐、我们是多么的不纯洁；还记得我们四个一起出去吃饭、等了很久我们都没点餐、其实不是因为不知道点什么、而是我觉得前面有太多的单子还没有上、所以我就一直杵在那里看别人点餐；还记得我们四个每人一次一次的去买爽歪歪、但总是有人会把我们四个人拥有的东西给别人、那是属于我们四个的、不属于别人、所以请不要随便给我们四个所拥有的东西、因为那是我们四个的；还记得我们四个在操场照我们四个人的影子、那时我觉得我们好幼稚、好天真、感觉就像一家人一样；还记得我们四个一起回家、路上有说有笑、过马路的时候都要互相看着、都很关心其他三个人、这种感觉真好；还记得我们四个人的个性签名是一样的、都是四个基友、都会永远在；还记得我们的桌子上都有我们四个人的名字、而且每个人的名字里面都有一个Y；还记得……

8月13日，带着一种兴奋的心情来到了高风中学这个大家庭，在这个集体中我将度过人生中重要的三年。在这里我将和新的同学，新的老师共同学习，生活。

当晚起我们进行了高中阶段的第一个集体活动——军训。军训能够磨练我们的意志，让我们能更好的融入到新的班级中去。在军训中我们要进行队列训练，第一项目就是十分能够考验我们意志的站军姿，这个也是所有项目中最枯燥无味的项目。站军姿时头要正，劲要直，两脚跟并拢，脚尖分开……教官一边讲，我一边心里想，这不是让我们这群生龙活虎的同学都成为木头人啊。先站五分钟，谁动再加一分钟。我还在想的时候，教官就这样又给我泼了一盆冷水。一分钟，两分钟……随着时间的推移，我感到膝盖和脚底渐渐地有一种酸胀的感觉。我用余光看了一下周围的同学，他们个个都纹丝不动地站着，同时我脑海中又浮现出国庆阅兵式的场面。解放军们顶着烈日接受祖国人民的检阅，想到这里我觉得着区区五分钟又算得了什么呢!时间到了，我深深地呼了一口气，这是我想到了一句话：有志者，事竟成。之后的一个项目是四面转向，这个项目在初中阶段同学们都基本练过，，所以在教官的指导下做了几次我们就过了。后面是齐步走，大家第一次集体走时，走得并不理想，教官让叫几个同学单独走，都还不错，这大概是默契的问题吧。对于这个情况，之后我们就一直练了很长时间，大家逐渐走成了一个整体。练完齐步走之后，我们还和教官一起唱了一首军歌，这让同学在身体和心理上有了很大的调整，在这个充满笑声的活动下，大家个个又精神抖擞，开始练正步走。记得在去年的国庆阅兵中看到解放军叔叔们个个踢着正步走过了天安门城楼，我想如果我能够在一个集体中踢正步那是一件多么威风的事情啊，但是当真正训练开始时，那就感受什么叫做苦，特别是在分解动作的时候，感觉的这脚完全不听大脑的指挥，想要好好的站着，但毕竟是一只脚，所以时不时就会脚掂地。经过大家的努力，我们大家最终脚能踏到同一个调上。只要付出就有回报，这是我在军训中最大的感受。

通过这几天的军训生活，他教会我们什么是坚强的意志。那笔直的腰身，挺起的胸膛，昂扬的势气，告诉我那是军人的飒爽英姿;那骄阳下伫立的身影，那汗水中神采奕奕的双眼，那支持着沉重身躯却依旧丝毫未动的双腿，让我为之震撼，为之感动。他们有着铁铸的信念，钢焊的意志。他们，这群正直而不乏潇洒，严肃而不乏幽默的教官们，将他们铁的纪律带到我们面前，教会我们什么是军人的风范，什么是钢铁般坚强的意志。它教会我什么是团结的力量，那创造中的和谐摩擦出美丽的火花。看吧，统一而整洁的校服，豪迈而整齐的步伐，伴着那嘹亮的口号，一排排，一列列，是那样赏心悦目，振奋士气。团结就是力量，再不是简简单单的一句话，它授予我们人生的哲理，告诫我们为人的理念，更在军训的训练中，铸起了一座不倒的城墙，集体的荣誉感让我们将它演绎的淋漓尽致，愈见丰美。我们真实地体验着这份欣喜，更让我们感悟：有种力量叫团结。

I had a great time throughout my may day holiday.

On monday, i went bbq with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. our parents were invited to the party. everybody was excited about the holiday. i ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On tuesday, i went visiting my uncles family with my parents. we went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in shanghai. later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. we stayed for the night.

On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.

on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.

From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.

Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground,

the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart

phones, they can see the lights, too. At the same time, we need to think about

the problem that whether our life is controlled by the technology.

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the onehand, English has become an international language that people can communicatewith each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well,we could get more chance of success.

从十五号到二十号，我经历了辛苦又充实的军训生活。在新的集体，新的环境，适应着新的生活。

说起军训，许多人就会想到学生们穿着统一的军装，保持整齐的军姿，在烈日下喊着响亮的口号……我们的军训除此之外还有许多特色，下面就列举其中的三大特色吧。

一 时间

跟初中的军训相比，高中的军训更加辛苦，从三天变为五天不说，每天的训练时间也是非常紧张。尤其是第一天早晨，总教官规定六点钟大家必须在操场集合，有不少学生迟到了，就被罚做俯卧撑等等。后来大家牢记时间，迟到的例子也渐渐不再出现。

二 军装

说起我们的军装，大家刚拿到的时候，都觉得不是很干净，教官规定每个人必须把第一个扣子也扣起来，没想到许多同学的军装纽扣都生锈了没法扣紧。还有许多衣服都是打过补丁的。大家在军训期间，都必须穿军装，有一天晚上，我们回到寝室整理内务，教官交代事情之后有些同学以为不必再穿军装就洗了，结果听说教官还要来检查而且必须穿军装，许多同学又把湿漉漉的军装拧干再穿到身上。但也可以因此看出军队里的节俭和严格的生活作风。

三 活动

虽然军训很辛苦，但是我们也有很丰富的娱乐活动，比如有一个八一教官，非常有鼓动能力，带领我们做幽默的游戏，失败者的惩罚也是非常有趣，那就是教官给失败者配超级玛丽游戏失败的音乐，失败者需要模仿超级玛丽失败的那种可爱又有趣的动作，大家都被这个游戏的乐趣感染了。还有就是每个班都是一个联队，每个联需要取一个名字，然后画logo，写口号，最后每个联演出一遍。许多班级取了许多奇奇怪怪的名字，比如说有“榴联”、“怡口联”、“世纪华联”……口号也是非常有特色。有一个联是“月亮联”，他们的口号就是：代表月亮消灭你!大家听了都非常吃惊。军训空闲之余，每个班都会进行唱歌表演和班级与班级之间的拉歌活动，许多教官也会到不同的班级唱歌。

军训有许多的点点滴滴，都值得我们去回味。那个幽默好胜的教官，那个少有的优秀班级，那个汗水湿透衣服的场景，那个为了让我们拍照时笑容满面而做各种鬼脸的总教官……

也许高中的生活就像这次军训一样，辛苦却时不时充满快乐。

格斗准备”教官一声令下，我们刚劲有力的摆出了格斗动作。

六月二十九日下午，我们一团一营一连开始学习格斗动作，格斗动作共有二十招。据教官介绍，在大一所有军训的新生中，有数百人将在最后的军训汇演中打格斗动作，我们一连幸运的成为其中的一部分。

较前几天学习的站军姿，转体，齐步走等动作，格斗的难度比较大。首先，所有招式我们从未见过，必须一丝不苟的从头开始学习。其次，招式多，而且动作复杂。再加上时间紧，要在短期内完全学会并且打的熟练，打的有气势，对我们来说的确是一个挑战。但是，我们一连所有同学有充分的信心迎接挑战，因为我们将代表水院，因为我们要打出水院新生的风采与气质。

为了把动作掌握正确与熟练，我们一连采取了各种灵活的训练方式。比如，同学分组练习，相互指出错误的地方，同时彼此学习共同进步;针对有错误的同学，教官进行一对一的指导，力争使每位同学都尽快掌握基本动作;在宿舍内部，各舍友间切磋学习。

“嗨，嗨……”一声声口号铿锵有力，一个拳，一个踢腿，动作刚劲勇武。

已经是第二天了。教官好像对我们好了些，也没有那么严肃了，只不过今天要学齐步的行进与立定，上身要保持立正的姿势，要高度重视摆臂，尤其是后摆，整个上午都在练摆臂，没有站军姿那么累，可是教官要求一个口令3个，5个，21个，31个动作，要是数错给教官注意到，就要给教官骂个狗血淋头了。

中午回到宿舍午休时，骤然发现，我还要上5楼!这不是要人的命吗……好不容易上了五楼，还要寸步艰难地一步一步爬回宿舍，累垮了……滚上床，睡着了。下午的时候，我们站军姿都累得晃来晃去的，教官说：“现在就晃来晃去，看你们今天晚上的体能训练怎么办。”我们大家的心立刻抖了一下。

幸好，体能训练并没有想象中的难受，我们先是跟着漂亮的女教官学唱了“团结就是力量”和“打靶归来”两首歌，然后被十五班的教官整的很惨，俯卧撑，正步练习，蹲下起立。

晚上10点后，渐渐入睡，耳边还萦绕着：“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬比钢还强……”

Early in the morning, I opened my computer and read the news.

There was the news about a driver had the heart disease attack when he was driving the bus, there were more than 40 people in the bus.

The driver stopped the bus off the road and then stopped his breath.

I was so touched by the driver, in the emergency situation, he considered the passengers’ lives in the first place.

It is his sense of responsibility that makes him to do it. The driver sets the good example to the public, he shows the importance of responsibility.

No matter what we do, we should not forget about taking our responsibility. If people don’t take their own responsibility, then things will be out of order, the world will be in the mess. Responsibility always comes first.

一大早，我就打开电脑看新闻。有一则消息是关于一个司机在开车时心脏病发作，车上有超过40个人。

司机把车开在了路边，然后停止了呼吸。我被这位司机感动，在紧急的情况下，他把乘客的生命放在第一位。

正是他的责任感让他这样做。司机给大众树立了好榜样，他展示了责任的重要性。无论我们做什么，都不应该忘记履行我们的职责。如果人们不这样做，事情就会出乱，世界就会陷入混乱。责任大于山。

今天是军训的第二天，我们班的同学们早早的来了集合场，火红的太阳照耀着大地，绿茵茵的草地和深蓝色的迷彩军装交相辉映，让同学们显得活力十足。

两脚跟靠拢并齐，两脚尖向外分开60度;两腿挺直;小腹微收，自然挺胸;上体正直，微向前倾;两肩向后张，两臂自然下垂;手指并拢微曲，拇指尖贴于食指第二节，中指贴于裤缝。头要正，颈要直，口要闭，两眼目视正前方，这沙哑而又铿锵有力的声音来自于我们连的李教官。 在站了1小时军姿后，李教官从每排中选出了昨天表现好的学生作为这排的负责人，然后由负责人带领这排展开今天的训练，采用分组训练的方式使训练带有了竞争性，这种竞争瞬间调动了整个连队的训练积极性。齐步，踏步，敬礼，同学们的每个动作都变得认真，仔细起来，负责人也非常的认真，负责，他们的努力就是为了希望最后自己所在的排能成为全连最优秀的。看到这一幕，李教官不由赞叹道：一个个都是好样的！

男兵铁骨铮铮，我们的女兵也是巾帼不让须眉。敬礼教官一声令下，整连齐刷刷的做好了敬礼姿势，女兵们反应迅速，整齐划一，实显女兵英姿飒爽之风采。教官还说到：今天的训练不是太累，虽然有点热，但这确实锻炼了我们的意志，对我们今后的生活帮助很大。

宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来，军训虽然很辛苦，但同学们只要坚持，胜利一定是属于我们的！

Today, we live in the modern world, most things we do can use the machine. The technology brings so many convenience to us, it facilitates our life. As we are facing the new products all the time, the traditional things are fading away. Take the paper-cut for example. When I was very small, paper-cut was so popular in my grandma’s generation, most women could cut all kinds of interesting shapes.

While today when I went back to my hometown, I found that most of them had stopped cutting papers, because they could buy them at the very low price.

What’s more, the young people don’t learn such art, for the parents think it is not necessary for their children to learn the old-fashion thing. The tradition should not be abandoned, it is the reflection of our culture. Even facing the challenge, we need to inherit the tradition.

Going to high school is my first time to leave home. I have to live in school from Monday to Friday. I like to stay away from my parents for some time, because I can make my own choice and be free to go anywhere. fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.
