军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

军训是艰苦的。但军训也有着重大的意义。我们第一批的为了补齐上次因天气原因落下的军训拉开了帷幕。军训的这几天是非常辛苦的。天很热，我们就那样在操场上站军姿。当时的训练主要是立正，稍息，跨立，齐步走等。而迟到、动作不规范者，则要接受体能训练。当然，个人的情况迥异，于是有的人跑了几圈后就吐了。第一天的军训十分辛苦，也许这跟诸多方面都有原因吧。第二天的军训则显得稍微放松了些，但因为之前下过雨的缘故，没有太阳的照射，则显得轻松一些。下午的时候也稍事娱乐。第三天便没怎么训练了，主要是娱乐。毕竟上午下雨，而最后一天的下午又不会进行正式的训练。

总体而言，应该说没有想象中的那么累。比之前暑假军训的那一批要轻松不少。我们的食宿是在自己家的，而且训练间的休息时间也比较长，可以在家里调整好状态，当然，即使这样，军训也是蛮累的。大家体质不同，而军训又要求都穿军训服，这对于晚上的换洗衣物是个挑战。有时晾不干，第二天则必须穿着潮的衣服。况且有的人身体就好流汗，半天过去衣服就湿透了，便更加不好受了。

现在回想这三天的军训，应该说，印象不是特别的深刻。虽然很不想军训，很怕军训，但又不想比同龄人缺少这样的一个宝贵的人生体验。但军训完了后，因为是压缩了的军训，时间并不长，所以并没留下多么深刻的印象，但即便这样，也学到了一些东西。

军训非常强调集体荣誉感。军训的时候做一些动作会让一排一排做，做的不好的一排便要集体跑一圈或者做几十个俯卧撑。而个人表现非常糟糕的当然也要被揪出来。个人认为，军训最强调的便是纪律性。做任何事情都要打报告，站军姿的时候便不能做小动作或东张西望，否则便会严惩。

有的时候军训也会炫耀自己所在的连队，走过其他连队的时候喊喊口号什么的，或者是对着喊1234等。在训练之余，便是休息。一般来说，原地休息居多。为了保持队形的整齐以及能够在喊起立时迅速地站好队形。原地休息是十分重要的。

怎么说呢，军训毕竟也是一次人生体验，虽然不是很想再经历一次，但还是学到了很多东西。而且今后的学习确实需要强健的体魄作为基础。

接下来的几天，我们班的训练都加大了强度，日照时间也越来越长，以至于我们一个个都被晒成了黑萝卜。会操前，我们班的训练情况好像并不是十分理想，这让我有些担心。会操前夕，别的班都在讨论要统一服装，什么白衣服黑裤子白鞋子啊，我们班偏偏要和别人不一样哈哈哈。因为我们班主任经常说的一句话：“我们和别人不一样。”既然他们清一色的黑白，那么我们班就怎么花怎么穿，最好是穿成彩虹的样子哈哈哈。虽然大家都是这么开玩笑的，但是会操那天早上大家都还是很有默契的穿了白体恤，只有几个同学穿着彩色的。班主任看到了虽然有些不悦，但也没多说什么，只让我们早点统一好班服、组服。

等啊等，终于熬过前九个班，到我们班了。所有人都打起了十二分的精神，认真的做好每一个动作。在弯道的时候，口号喊得无比大声，要知道，我们班在军训的时候意识都喊不大声，就算其他班不停挑衅，我们也无动于衷。但这次的声音，真的是吓到我了，这么大的声音，也只有我们这么有爆发力的班级才能喊得出来了吧。后来，结果出来了，虽然我们A班没有得到预期的内定的第一名，但是我们也拿到了第二名。而训练时一直嘲笑我们的八班却排在我们的后面，想想还是蛮解气的。要是我们班同意了服装、订好了口号，这个第一就非我们莫属了。

训练快结束时，我们全年段的同学们都围坐在地上，互相唱着歌儿，气氛十分活跃，真是有趣啊。

[高中一年级作文：军训的日子

军训已经结束，但是生物钟作祟，还是会在早训的那个时间早早醒来。动一动还有些发酸的胳膊大腿，差点习惯性地强迫自己起身，却又猛地想到，军训已经彻底ending。立马松了口气，怀着解脱的满足感，又美美地睡过去。再次醒来，突然发现过去十多天紧张而有规律的日子一下子变得空荡荡的，一种纠结矛盾的感情便油然而生。

“电信之花，ｅ气风发，青春无悔，戎装最美。”这句属于我们七营21连3排的口号，本以为可以在阅兵仪式上响彻嘉定田径场上空。但是由于整个二团因为喊口号听不到乐点而乱了步伐和排面，被军训旅旅长批评我们本末倒置，最终集体取消了这16字口号。我们承认嘉定二团和本部一团有差距，但是他的那番话明显把一团和二团处于对立地位，火药味极浓，我们怒了。“没有营连之分，没有一团二团，我们只有一个名字叫作同济。”“我爱同济，不是我爱四平路也不是我爱嘉定，是我爱同济。”事后看到大家转发的这几句话，深深地被这种强大的凝聚力感动到了。

30号下午阅兵结束，正如之前连长说的：“等到操场上再也看不到一个教官，好像人间蒸发了，那个时侯我们就离开了。”没有任何告别，走得悄无声息。这个夏天，他们整齐地出现在我们面前，迎接着他们的是我们怀疑叛逆的目光。12天后，他们又整齐而匆匆的离开了我们，送走他们的是我们的钦佩和不舍。没有期望哪一位教官能够记得我，也不奢求人生再有交集，只想对他们真诚的道声谢谢，只想对他们说，他们是最可爱的人。

我没有非常细腻的情感，记性也不好，曾经发生的事情真正令我怀念的并不多。初中和高中的军训已经在我的记忆中被马赛克掉了，而大二的这段军训时光，却有她独特的魅力。不管是休息时间的拉歌和游戏，还是和板报小组的同学们连续几天一起奋斗到深夜，每一次作与息都值得留念；不管是三排同志洒泪留住三排长一事，还是“大呆小傻”二三排长被起哄着“牵手”时的囧样，还是雷达连长把我们的脑袋比喻成雷达时的集体笑场，每一个泪与笑都值得回味；也不管是在美丽的嘉定湖边的大合唱和首长乘着小艇驶过进行检阅时的场景，还是联欢晚会时隔壁连的排长亮哥过生日被大家集体祝福的温馨场面，还是每次开饭前集体在食堂门口喊番号唱军歌时傻傻的模样，每一种气氛都让我有种身处集体的归属感。

早上在队列时，一个人倒下了。我有些惶恐：军训难道就这么恐怖，这么残忍？但更多的是敬佩和感悟。敬佩的是她如此坚强，宁愿倒下也不愿喊声“苦”“累”。她虽然倒下了，但她的那种肯吃苦永不言弃的精神却永驻我的心中，时刻提醒着我们要坚持。我也从中感悟军训其实是一场考验、一种磨练。军训就要求我们不断地磨砺自己！

太阳像是个任性的孩子，一发起脾气来就直接把它火辣辣的目光对着我们。天热得很，就连远处吹来的微风也带着一丝热气。

“脚跟靠拢！”

“手臂自然下垂，拇指放在食指节上，中指夹紧裤缝线！”

空荡荡的操场上回荡着教官们洪亮的命令。一群身着迷彩服的学生正笔直地挺立着，就像是一个“咬定青山不放松”松树。

手臂关节处传来一阵酥麻的感觉，顿时，全身每个细胞仿佛听到了一声命令，纷纷罢工。我竭力地控制自己，可是心中那份急躁却始终驱赶不了，更何况，还有身上那些抗议的细胞。一个声音在我脑中响起：我不行了！我要倒下了……我想大声喊出来，可一想起早上那位宁倒下不喊累的同学，我一咬牙，不断告诉自己：“不行，你要坚持！”

汗水就像淋了雨一样，顺着我的脸颊、我的背往下流，仿佛残暴的日军实行扫荡政策，肆虐着身上的每一个角落。我真怀疑自己会不会因脱水而晕倒。

“好，休息一下。”教官此时严厉的声音传到我耳中就仿佛天籁之音。我匆匆忙忙拿起自己的水，直往那干得冒烟的喉咙里灌。接着便一屁股坐在地上，让自己全身的细胞得到彻底放松。

“停！”伴随着一声大吼，正在休息中的我们马上站了起来，站好军姿，因为艰苦奋斗的生活又要开始了。

好不容易，一天下来了。那迷彩服简直能拧出水来。我忍不住感慨：军训锻炼的就是你的意志！但我明白：只有经历了这样血与汗的考验，我们才能成为一个真正的男子汉，才能更充分地投入到学习中。因为我坚信：越磨砺，越光芒！

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

今天的军训，让我极大地改变了对军训的看法，因为我懂得了什么才是真正的军人。与真正的军队训练相比，我们的苦与累就太微不足道了。

上午，天空中虽然下着蒙蒙细雨，但是我们练习了军姿。我依然雄纠纠，气昂昂，摆出一副军人的架势，教官指示的每一个动作，我都按质按量地完成。此时此刻，我已不单单代表我自己一个人了，我要融入整个班集体中，因为我的一举一动影响着整个班的荣誉。军训固然艰辛，可是坚持就是胜利!想到这里，我的信念更加坚定了。军训，让我深刻地领悟“毅力”二字的含义。军训，也让我体验到纪律在一个军队中是多么重要。

在教官和班主任的带领下，我们一路精神抖擞，气宇轩昂。腿痛脚疼也阻止不住我们前进的步伐。受不住时，我时常用一名军人来衡量自己，想象他们的意志是多么坚强，这点困难我怕什么?

成功在于细节，军训使我改正了许多行为习惯细节上的错误，同时我在各方面的素质都得到了升华。

In the east of China,there is a small city---Haimen.I was born

there.Today,I am telling you about my hometown.

Haimen is not far from Shanghai.Its at the mouth of the Changjiang

River.Haimen is a modern city.There are lots of high buildings in it.Most of us

live in flats.We like to live in flats because we can be close to our friends.In

the center of Haimen,there are many shops.You can buy some nice things

here.Things in most shops arent expensive.You can pay a little money and they

are yours.

My hometown is a beautiful city.On each of the roads,there are some big

trees and nice flowers.The roads are also very clean.They make people happy and

comfortable.The seasons here are very nice.I like autumn best.Its neither hot

nor cold.A poem says “Flyer of summer come to my window to sing,then fly

away.And yellow leaves of autumn,which have no songs,just fall there with a

sign.” Its very cool.

I love Haimen.Its a nice place to live.Welcome to my hometown.

军训已经过去三天了，也是初三军训的第三天，这次军训苦与甜交织，我们看到了教官的开心的一面，也看到了教官怒的一面，这次军训真是段难忘的记忆。

第一天是下雨天，上午基本上没干什么，因为雨下的太大了，到了下午，雨渐渐停了，军训也步入正轨，第一天我们十分听话，可是一位同学却不听话，不打报告就乱动，王教官就让他加入了“飞虎队”，飞虎，就是跑得很快的老虎，他整整跑了八圈操场。

第二天，我们松懈了，不听话了，王教官生气了，这时来了一位看上去就不太和善的刘教练，正是昨天的飞虎队队长，这位刘教练比王教练严多了，看不顺眼，就让他蹲下，蹲可不好受，那一天之后，我们听话了许多。

第三天下午我们有一个活动，首先我们两组各上两班进行表演，我们上了一组和我们八班，王教练为这次小会操准备了一下午。再接着就是拉歌，二组那边玩的正开心的时候，我们一组突然袭击，向二组发起挑战，那气势就像要打群架，二组老半天才反应过来。

第四、五天，军训接近尾声，各班都在准备第四天的会操，第四天最热，我手晒脱皮了，胳膊有防晒，还好，头却没那么幸运，我头也晒伤了。第五天的会操我们打起十二分精神，却只得了一等奖，有点失望。

这五天有着特殊意义，必定是难以忘记的。

今天，我们共同迎来了人生又一个开始，高中。新的校园、新的老师、新的同学，一切都显得那么陌生，但又处处充满了新的希望。军训，是新学期的第一课，我们每一个人都怀着兴奋地心情迎接它。

对于军训，我是充满向往的，因为在我的心中有一个小小的梦，做一个巾帼英雄，飒爽英姿!但是，一天的军训下来，当我们保持立正姿势几十分钟而纹丝不动时，酸、疼、胀，一切难受的感觉都尝遍了，我才体会到”一切成功的背后都充满汗与泪”这句话。教官们训练有序的队列表演，更是让我们大开眼界，使我们打心底里更崇拜他们了!当我们战胜一切困难，坚持下来时，我再一次感受到，即使是十五的我们，也同样可以经受住生活的锤炼。

无论前方等待我们的究竟是什么，我想只要有着军训时的勇气、耐力与坚持，美好的高中生活不会拒我于千里之外的。同样，我也会用自己的努力去开拓、去进取，超越自己，用缤纷的高中生活构筑我唯美的花季。

阳光撒落，万物峥嵘，花季已悄然绽放。

The most eye-catching feature in the picture that impresses me profoundly is that incredibly even the pet dog wears a mask to prevent the terrible smog and haze. As a matter of fact, recent years has witnessed a severe air-pollutionphenomenon triggered by automobile gas emission and industrial exhaust, which will definitely bedisastrous to individual survival and personal development.

It goes without saying that the problem of hazy weather should be attached great importance to by the government and the consequences should be taken into profound consideration. To account for the above-mentioned air-pollution phenomenon, a couple of severe reasons should be pointed out. On the one hand , the severely polluted air industrial wastes have been pumped into the air, the lakes and rivers and an increasing number of automobiles crowd into the streets and produce the gas emission. On the other hand, the widespread use of plastic bags and coal burning as well as the nationwide construction dust have been pumped into the air from time to time.

As a matter of fact, the smog and haze not only does harm to the lungs and noses but alsogives rise to horrible traffic accidents. In addition, no issue is as harmful as theenvironmental deterioration, which will be a potential threat to the survival of human beings that we are unwilling to see. Just according to a recent survey made by one Morning News, more than 40 percent of Chinese cities are suffering from the hazy weather per year.

As a result, it is essential that a couple of effective measures should be taken to prevent the environmental pollution. To start with, the local government should take more steps, such as closing the factories which produced too much industrial exhaust, planting more trees and develop more high-tech products so that air quality can be better and the weather can be more agreeable. In addition, the government should severely punish those who destroy the environment intentionally. Last but not least, it is urgent to limit the number of private cars in the urban cities and we should adopt the most cutting-edge technologies with a view to creating more energy substitutes instead of the petroleum. Only by the above-mentioned pragmatic measures can we enjoy better health and live a more comfortable life.

正如上图生动描述的一样，这幅图片既让你吃惊又发人深省。其中最吸引人眼球的是一只宠物狗带着口罩来预防雾霾。事实上，近年来，由汽车尾气和工业污染引起的严重的空气污染已经对人们的生存和发展造成了灾难性的影响。

毋庸置疑的是，雾霾天气的问题应该引起政府部门的极大重视，其造成的后果也应该引起我们深思。造成这种空气污染现象的原因有这么几条。一方面，严重污染的工业废气被直接排放到大气中，湖中及河中，街道上不断增加的汽车也排放出汽车废气。另一方面，到处可见的塑料袋，煤炭燃烧产生的污染，全国性的建筑垃圾也一直在污染我们的空气。

事实上，雾霾不仅对我们的肺和鼻子有伤害，也是造成可怕的交通事故的原因之一。另外，我们所不愿意见到是没有什么比环境恶化更能造成对我们人类的生存的威胁了。根据晨报的最新一项调查，超过百分之四十的中国城市每年都遭受着雾霾的污染。

我们必须采取有效的措施来阻止环境的污染。首先，当地政府应该采取措施，例如，关闭一些产生工业废气比较多的工厂，多种树，多发展高科技的产品来使空气的质量更高，天气更宜人。另外，政府还应该严惩那些故意破坏环境的人。最后，限制私家车的数量也是当务之急，我们应该采用最先进的科技创造更多的替代石油的能源。只有做到上述几点，我们才能更健康，生活更舒适。

站在中学门口，迎接我们的是崭新的一课——“军训”。

第一天，烈日当空，万里无云，无数根金针射下来，让人无处可逃。军训练习“立正”，老师说立正时腿要夹紧，眼睛盯在正前方，双肩向后舒展，大拇指放在食指第二关节，脚跟靠脚跟，两脚呈60°角。我们练习了一会，就觉得全身每一个毛孔都开始热气腾腾，汗向外面直冒。

老师又让我们到主席台前站十分钟军姿。我按照老师讲的去站军姿，不出五分钟衣服就紧紧地粘住了后背。又站了一会，有一只小虫爬到了我的胳膊上，毫不留情的饱餐了一顿。可恶的小虫，要是平时，看我怎样惩罚你！而现在我只能一动不动，任你享受。哎，真是雪上加霜啊！我又站了一会，开始觉得天旋地转，难道在第一天我就要倒下，“光荣”地成为一名逃兵？悲哀啊！

还好，救兵到了！王主任发话：“10分钟到了，大家休息一下。”我赶紧擦汗，无意间碰到眼睛，天啦，太阳真是太无情了，竟把我的眼睛都晒热了。我暗暗抱怨：这天气，早不热晚不热，偏偏这时热。不过还好，我还没有晕倒。要是我和其他同学一样当逃兵，那真是太没面子了！

我问旁边的同学们累不累，个个愁眉苦脸，唉声叹气说：“全身都疼！”这时我明白了，都是平时运动太少了，身体太差。要想学习好，必须要有一个很好的身体，所以我一定要坚持。

第二天军训，我站了三十分钟，竟没有昨天累，真是一天更比一天强，更上一层楼啊。休息时我问其他同学：“和昨天比，哪天更累？”他们异口同声的答：“昨天！”

世上无难事，只怕有心人。没有过不去的坎坷，只有不肯勇往直前的人！只要咬紧牙关，奋勇向前，就可以增强我们的意志，给开学第一课画上一个既圆满又完美的句号！

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own

the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the

fact is that not all the person can become the great person, most people are

doing the ordinary jobs. In my opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they

are not doing the fine jobs, they find their own place and make a contribution

to the world. Take the cleaner for example. They wake up early and do the

cleaning work. People dare not to do the job because it is so dirty, but the

cleaners decorate the city with their hard work. The cleaners are the ordinary

people while doing the great job.

短暂而又紧张的军训生活已经结束了，回顾其中的点点滴滴，我感到精彩而充实。当我执笔写下这五天的感触时，深知自己不仅仅健壮了体魄，增强了国防意识，提高了集体荣誉感，更加是受到了一次心灵上的洗礼。

在五天的军训中，我学会了团结。团结就是力量，他不仅仅是一句话，更是人生中的一个哲理，告诫我们为人的理念。它在军训中也发挥了极大的作用。如果不是，那我们不可能在操场上步调一致，不可能在口令下达的那一瞬间就做出动作，不可能在蹲下时做到腰不动，更不可能在比赛中有那么强烈的集体荣誉感。因为团结，我们在十个班里脱颖而出，因为团结我的人生理念有了极大的改观：你若只顾你自己的得失那极有可能会毁了整个团队，到最后‘‘竹篮打水一场空’’，什么都得不到。

五天的军训，还让我拥有了坚强的意志。操场上，那笔直的身影，那挺立的脊梁告诉了我们：这就是军人。经过五天的磨练，我们磨练去了军人的意志，也就是钢铁般的意志，每一滴汗水是那意志的象征，阳光下伫立的身影也是那意志的象征。

五天的军训，我们尝遍酸甜苦辣。当我双腿发颤时，我感觉是酸的;当完成得好提前休息或放学时，我感觉是甜的;当因不断重复跨立、蹲下、齐步走这些动作而口干舌燥时，我感觉是苦的;而没做好被拉出去站着时，我感觉是辣的。正因有了这些酸甜苦辣军训才变多姿多彩而军训演展会上我们也因为这些酸甜苦辣，自信十足，最后得了三等奖。

幼苗不经历风吹雨打，怎能长成参天大树?麦子不经历风吹日晒，怎能结出麦穗?雏鹰不经历挫折，又怎能翱翔于天际?身为21世纪的青少年，我们不经历磨练又怎能撑起国家的大梁呢?

经历军训后，我还懂得了，人要有集体荣誉感、团结感与上进心，不然你就不是一个能轻易融于社会的人。

军训虽苦，但锻炼了我们的身体，磨练了我们的意志，所以这一切都是值得的。不要在以后的生活里对军训耿耿于怀。
