今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

中文：我的故乡在黄梅.黄梅位于湖北省的东部，它东接安徽省安庆府，南邻江西省九江市.在我心中，它是一座伟大的县城.它在中国史上约有1800余年的历史，像闻名遐迩的四祖寺，五祖寺在黄梅有很长时间的历史了.每年，都有来自不同地域的许多游客去那.我自离开故乡已是七载余，但是我却每天思念故乡，以致在梦里都是如此.作为从黄梅走出来的女儿，我坚信我的故乡会越来越富饶.新的2009就要来临，今晚我祝福新的一年将万事顺利，我所有的朋友都好.在新的26岁年轮里，我必须努力工作，我会像我的家乡一样成长.

There are four seasons in a year. They are spring、summer、fall and winter. I like spring. It is warm. It often rains. I can plant trees and flowers in spring. The spring is green. Summer is very hot.

I can swim in the river. Fall is a good season. It is nice. I can fly kites in fall. I can eat many apples too. Winter is cold. I wish I can play snow and make a snowman in Beijing someday. Because it does not snow in Xinxing.

The environmental pollution is worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted; we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals is getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air in the sky, the population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it but also has agreat affection in the future. Peoples health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, we need protect our world.

We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. We want to recycle, reduce, reuse things .Don’t waste things. This saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. We don’t use plastic bags. We must plant more trees and stop the people cutting them .We hope our worldbecomes more and more beautiful.

寒冷的冬天到了，妈妈对我说；“琪琪，天太冷了，以后早上我不送你上学了，你自己坐车上学吧！”我有些不情愿，可是一看到妈妈那坚定的目光，只好答应了。

第二天，我有些胆怯。到了家属院门口，妈妈扔下我就走了。我只好硬着头皮去坐车。

过了几天，有一个妈妈的同事对我说；“琪琪，你妈妈可关心你啦，每天早上，她都会扭头看你几眼，直到你安全地上车，她才放心地去上班。”听了她的话，我半信半疑，心想：这是真的吗？明天早上，我要看个究竟。

第二天清晨，我和妈妈早早地出了门，和平常一样，我向北走，妈妈向南，快走到站牌时，我稍微往后看了看，只见妈妈正在焦急地望着我。我坐在车上，透过车窗，看见妈妈正踮着脚尖，探头眺望，可能是看到我上了车，这才放心地跑步而去。望着妈妈急匆匆的背影，顿时，一股暖流遍布全身，望着妈妈消失的背影，我的眼里闪着晶莹的泪花。

啊！母亲，您那慈爱的眼神，温暖的怀抱，温柔的双手……让我时刻享受您的爱，但您那急匆匆的背影，我永远也不能忘怀！

留在我记忆深处的是一位修鞋老人，每当我走到上学的路上，他那瘦瘦的身躯，慈祥的面容就会出现在我的面前。

两年前，在我上学路的一棵高大的梧桐树下，多出了一位瘦瘦的老人和一只高高的、窄窄的木箱。每天早晨，这位老人便推着大箱咯吱咯吱地来到树下，先从木箱里掏出一只帆布马扎，再扳起缝线的机头，然后将一张黄不黄，白不白的塑料布展开铺在地上，便等着顾客来光顾了。

这是一个面目和善的老人，他微黄的额头上刻着几道深深的皱纹，老花镜后面的一双眼睛微微向上，看上去总是笑眯眯的。老爷爷修鞋不只是态度好，收费低，而且修的鞋牢固结实。所以，人们都愿意到他这里来修鞋。

时间长了，我们就熟悉了。有时放学比较早，我总爱蹲在鞋摊旁看他修补鞋子，有时没有什么生意，他就叫我脱下鞋子让他看看，或在鞋帮上粘上一块橡皮，或在写面上缝几针，经他修的鞋又跟脚，又舒适。我要付钱时，他总是笑呵呵地说：“这是无偿服务，要付钱等你挣了工资再说。”不久前，一个农村妇女急匆匆地赶来，跷起右脚，布鞋的鞋面与鞋底几乎分了家，老爷爷接过鞋，一针一针缝了起来，鞋子补好后这位大嫂看了看，十分满意，可在付钱的时候发现钱包不见了，急得鼻尖上都渗出了汗珠。

老人一问，方知她家离这里百十里地，不但修鞋的钱付不出，就连回家的路费也没有了。老人看着她着急的样子，从身上摸出两张十元的钞票递过去说：“这点钱，你拿去吧，以后出门当心点。”大嫂连忙摆手：“这怎么行？不收修鞋的钱，我已经很过意不去了，哪能再要你的钱？”老人爽朗地笑着说：“人出门在外，总会有难处，互相帮忙，总是应该的，你就别推辞了。”大嫂收下钱激动地说：“您真是个好人，下次进城一定把钱还给你。”老人笑了笑说：“你快赶路吧！这点钱就别放在心上了。”

一晃几天过去了，都不见老人。有一天，我意外地碰到了给他送饭的女孩，左臂上套着黑纱，我过去询问，得知老人已经去世两天了。 吃过午饭，我突然看到一个妇女提着一篮鸡蛋在向过路人打听着什么，我仔细一看，这不是上次丢了钱的大嫂吗？刹那间，老爷爷和善的面容又出现在我的面前。在泪光中，仿佛又看到了老人那瘦削的身影，以及围着他修鞋的一个个顾客……

小学是学生学写作文的基础阶段，小学生以学习写记叙文为主，而写好记叙文的关键之一就是要写好人物。因此，小学作文教学应从写好人物抓起。本文浅谈作文教学中的人物描写方法，欢迎阅读了解。

在教学实践中，根据学生的实际情况，采取多种形式，加强人物描写的训练，收到了较好的效果。

《小学语文教学大纲》指出：小学作文教学应该从说到写，由易到难，由简到繁，循序渐进。在一、二年级说通顺话，写通顺句子的基础上为重点教学。中年级着重进行人物描写，片段训练。高年级重在写个人的成篇作文。这就为指导了学生描写人物指导了方向。如何指导小学生写人，现将自己在作文教学中的点滴体会浅谈如下。

一、以读促写，学会观察，描写人物

在阅读教学中，根据儿童模仿力强的特点，引导学生学习课文中作者观察人物。分析人物的方法。指导学生把阅读教学中的基本功运用到自己的作文中去，做到以读促写。

如《我的弟弟》一文中写到：“弟弟长得脑袋大，身子小，面黄肌瘦，难友们都疼爱地叫他小萝卜头。”寥寥几笔刻画出弟弟的长相特点。借此教学生学习作者观察方法和描写方法。即描写人物外貌时，一定要注意发现他们细微之处，抓住人物最突出，最特别的外貌特征。切忌眉毛胡子一把抓。其次是按一定顺序去观察，去描写。请看：

小外甥可淘气了，每次从外面回来，蓬乱的头发上总沾着些沙粒，汗顺着脸颊流下来，脸蛋上东一道，西一道的泥水印儿，小嘴四周黑乎乎的像长了胡子，衣服的领子总是向上翘着，第三个扣子系到第二个扣眼上，这模样让人看了既好笑又好气。这段人物描写作者先写了小外甥的头、面部特点。再写了他的衣着特点。最后写出了作者的感受。在教学中，小学生对人物的外貌描写产生了浓厚的兴趣。积极举手，要求尝试。我趁机设计了人物外貌描写的片段作文教学目标。以《我的***》为题，就写本班自己最熟悉的人，要求按顺序去观察，抓住他与别人不同的外貌特点去写。比比看谁速度快，特点抓得准，老师看了你的作文，只要能猜出他是谁？准给你得“优”。这下可热闹了，大家互相观察着，议论着。努力寻找对方突出的特征，结果令人满意，每个同学都能抓住对方的突出特征，避免了千人一面，千篇一律的写法。

要写一个人，只要描写人物的外貌是远远不够的。这要求我们从各方面刻画人物，才能反映人物的精神品质，如神态描写，语言描写，动作描写，但对小学生来说可是件难事。为此，我采用分析法指导学生分别写人物的动作神态语言。心理活动等片段作文训练，在教学语言描写时，我以《院子里的悄悄话》，《陶罐和铁罐》等典型课文为范文，学生分角色朗读铁罐的傲满，陶罐的谦虚，扣人心弦的对话，幽默风趣的提示语，极大地调动了小学生学习语言的兴趣，需掌握提示语在前，在中间，在后，省略提示语等，我又以语言描写为训练为目标，让学生走向社会，走进家庭，细心观察，选择最佳对话，小记茶余饭后，家庭谈天等。随后又教学生分别掌握了动作神态，心理活动等片段描写。

二、从典型事例中集中表现人物的品质

举例仿佛一面镜子，可以映照出人物的性格特点，精神面貌等。写好事例。就可以使人物形象更丰满。充满活力，这就要求小学生深入生活，留心观察，认真思考，根据表达的需要。捕捉生活中表现力最强的典型事例来展示人物形象。可以写出自己“最熟悉的人”和“最真实的事”。怎样在事中表现人，在人物语言，动作等片段训练的基础上，我又以《罗盛教》《少年闰土》等为范文，教会学生抓住特点观察。《罗盛教》一文使学生明白，只有按事情发展的顺序写，才能把事情写完整，但必须仔细观察和描写出在事情发展中人物的语言，动作神态特点。合理推测人物的心理。如《罗盛教》一文中，作者紧紧抓住罗盛教救崔莹时“站，甩，冲，钻”等一连串的动作特点，生动形象地刻画罗盛教舍己救人的高大形象。学生逐渐掌握了事情发展中性不同方面综合描写人物的写作方法。我又设计了《记一个人》的成篇作文教学目标。指导学生以《我的爸爸》《我的妈妈》《我的老师》等为题。仔细观察人物的外貌，性格，语言动作，神态描写等特点，列举具体事例，进行描写，起初教会学生通过一件事情表现人物，慢慢地学会通过两件事情或三件事情再现人物的形象，这样，学生就笔下有物，言之有序，很快一个活生生的人物形象展现在读者面前。

三、沟通情感、有情感可发、有话可写

“感人心者莫过于情”。我在指导学生写作文时，要求他们写出真情实感，只有真实，才能使作文描写人物显得有生命力，适时与老师，家长，学生等互相沟通心灵。心理学家认为，赞扬、勉励可鼓舞学生士气，提高描写人物的信心，融洽和谐的师生关系，父（母）子、（女）关系，同学关系，可使学生无忧无虑的学习和生活，这其中，教师是“爱”的集大成者，师生之间没有血缘关系，然而人类主要靠师生相承，才创作出人物美好的品行世界。前苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说：“教师不仅要成为一个教导者，而且要成为学生的朋友。和他们一起克服困难，一起享受欢乐和忧愁。”这不正说明了教师是爱的化身，爱的使者吗？只要对学生倾注一份爱心，学生就能敞开心扉，说出，写出自己心中的偶像人物特征，写出了自己对教师的敬爱，如有这样一篇作文，文章写到：“又是一个教师节了，我留恋在琳琅满目的贺年卡长摊前，寻找着，寻找着……”蓦的，一张素雅的贺年卡映入我的眼帘，淡蓝的夜空笼罩着一望无际的沙滩，一轮圆月将慈祥的目光洒在波涛起伏的海上。下面有一行小字，我想作一次飞行，去寻找老师描绘的那片神奇的土地。刹那间，我仿佛站在蓝天下的沙滩中，看到我永远忘不了的我的班主任叶老师……。”还写到：“那天，残阳如雪，叶老师带领我们全体同学在教学楼后栽了一株小杏树，这棵小树的成长，象征着集体的力量，凝聚着师生间深深的爱”。在她的内心深处，她真心祝愿她的老师能过一个快乐的教师节，她用一篇作文表达了师生之间浓浓的情意。

四、强化写作训练，反馈作文信息

实践证明，只有加强作文小练笔，才能提高小学生的作文水平，在教学中，我鼓励学生面向社会，仔细观察，发现积累素材，多看、多写、多练。写日记、写周记、写小作文、一周写一次大作文。以命题作文如《我的自画像》或半命题作文《记一个……的老师》等为题。开展多种形式的作文兴趣，同时，严把作文质量关，认真批改好每一篇作文，及时发现作文中存在的问题，表扬并张贴优秀作文，重视面向全体进行作文讲评，力求做到“精”和“广”。“精”就是对共性问题提出来大家分析，评论，让学生评定，“广”就是扩大讲评篇数，举一反三，将自己作文与优秀作文比较，看看自己的习作是否达到训练目标，大大地提高了学生的作文水平。

万丈高楼平地起，作文教学必须从小抓起，循序渐进，人物描写即从学会人物的外貌，语言，动作，心理等片断训练到完整地写一个人的成篇作文训练，随着年级的升高逐渐提出新的作文教学目标，功夫不负有心人，只要平时加强阅读，强化作文训练，那么一篇篇如见其人，如闻其声的优秀作文就会展现在读者面前，使人耳目一新。

我有一个可爱又调皮的弟弟，他的名字叫苏麟舜，他有一双乌黑明亮的大眼睛，圆圆的脑袋里装满了许多的鬼点子，特别招人喜欢。

他很喜欢画画也很喜欢做手工。有一次，我去他家玩，他拿着水板画来找我说：姐姐，咱们一起画画吧。我说：好呀！我们俩把所有的工具准备就绪后便开始画画。

我拿着水笔，按照上面的图案一一点缀着，因为有风吹过，所以刚涂过颜色的地方就干得很快。弟弟很生气地说：怎么回事么？姐姐你是怎么搞得，这点小事都做不好，笨死了。我那个冤枉啊！

经过商量后，我们打开水笔灌水处，把水直接倒在画板上，这样红色一面的颜色就印上来了，接着我们在另一面的画板上继续进行着我们的创作。

时间过得好快，天色已渐渐黑暗下来，我该回家了。弟弟还没有玩过瘾，当然不会让我走，拼命的抱着我的腰，嘴里叫喊着：姐姐，别走，不要扔下我一个人。

你们知道吗？这次的分开持续了好久，他哭累了，也睡着了，睡着的样子我记忆犹新，因为那挂在眼角的泪水，我看着都心疼。

这就是我的弟弟，一个聪明活泼，机灵可爱的弟弟！
