The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just

depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to

offer you two ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3

今天，我读了中国古典的四大小说——《西游记》。

这本书的主人公是：孙悟空、猪八戒、沙和尚、唐僧。其中孙悟空是个非常了不起的英雄，他有着无穷的本领，天不怕，地不怕，具有一种反抗精神，代表了一种正义的力量。猪八戒是一个喜剧演员，老实、有力气和孙悟空一样敢于斗争，是孙悟空的得力助手。但是猪八戒好吃、好睡、好色等一些毛病总是改不了。沙和尚和唐僧虽然武功很低，但是在《西游记》这本书里是少不了的。

《西游记》这本书市中国的古典四大小说之一。是秀的神话小说，也是一部群众创作和文人创作的结合作品。小说从孙悟空的“大闹天空”开始，把孙悟空的形象起到了书的重要地位，在师徒四人的努力下去的了“正果”。

看了这本书后让我知道了：只有经历了挫折，才可以得到想要的“东西”。

《骆驼祥子》这本书大家一定都不陌生吧!它的作者就是老舍，老舍原名舒庆春，字舍予，满族，北京人，中国现代著名作家，杰出的语言大师。

《骆驼祥子》的艺术魅力之一是塑造了以祥子为代表的栩栩如生的人物形象。文章中有这么一句话“体面的，要强的，好梦想的，利己的，个人的，健壮的，伟大的，祥子，不知陪着人家送了多少回殡;不知道何时何地会埋起他自己来埋起堕落的，自私的、不幸的、社会病胎里的产儿，个人主义的末路鬼!”这就是他的下场，原先的他质朴、勤劳的“青皮后生”经历三起三落后。他堕落为吃、嫖、赌，出卖灵魂的“个人主义的末路鬼”我不觉得祥子的堕落值得太大的批判，因为在那个时代注定无法避免这种悲剧的发生。

祥子的妻子虎妞想必大家都知道吧，她是车厂老板刘四的女儿，她自私、凶导师、贪婪，但她敢于把自己的真实性显露出来，她“自私无法掩盖，算计别人也无法掩。她正面和负面都是活生生的一个欲望人性的标本”但她对爱情专一、能为喜欢的人做出奉献这令值得敬佩。

小福子，是洋车夫二强子的女儿，是一个生性善良、命运悲惨的贫家女子。小福子19岁时被卖给一个军官，不久就被军官抛弃再次回到家中。她与祥子互相喜爱，祥子却怕背上她一家的包袱而离开了她。她为养活两个弟弟，沦落为下等妓女，最终不堪侮辱，上吊自尽。

这两个人物都与祥子有着密切的关系，她们对爱情专一，但因为时代的关系两人一人难产而死，一人自尽。这让祥子精神断裂，过上行尸走肉般的生活。

这样又能如何，在没有公道的世界上，坏人横行霸道，好人受尽磨难，乃都不是最好的结果。

人一生，短短数载，不够时间计较，不够时间事事明细，不必在思前想后中耗磨时间，懂得享乐，人生贵在糊涂。

There are roughly three New Yorks. There is, first, the New York of the man or woman who was born here, who takes the city for granted and accepts its size and its turbulence as natural and inevitable. Second, there is the New York of the commuter — the city that is devoured by locusts each day and spat out each night. Third, there is the New York of the person who was born somewhere else and came to New York in quest of something. Of these three trembling cities the greatest is the last — the city of final destination, the city that is a goal. It is this third city that accounts for New Yorks high-strung disposition, its poetical deportment, its dedication to the arts, and its incomparable achievements. Commuters give the city its tidal restlessness, natives give it solidarity and continuity, but the settlers give it passion. And whether it is a farmer arriving from Italy to set up a small grocery store in a slum, or a young girl arriving from a small town in Mississippi to escape the indignity of being observed by her neighbors, or a boy arriving from the Corn Belt with a manuscript in his suitcase and a pain in his heart, it makes no difference: each embraces New York with the intense excitement of first love, each absorbs New York with the fresh eyes of an adventurer, each generates heat and light to dwarf the Consolidated Edison Company.

清末国学大师俞樾和重臣曾国藩到玄武湖赏荷，他们各自坐了小船下到湖里，船并无差异，但是曾国藩一个姓张的手下为了凸显曾国藩的尊贵，竟然弄了一顶小帷帐罩在小船上，以避免暴晒，但由于小帷帐会被高举的荷叶牵绊，因此，这只小船只能绕荷花而行，而俞樾=虽然顶着烈日，却能够径入藕花深处，与荷花零距离接触。

关于得与失的拷问

清末国学大师俞樾和重臣曾国藩一同到玄武湖赏荷，两人各自坐着小船下到湖中，两船并无差异，不过曾国藩一个手下为了凸显曾国藩的尊贵，竟然弄了一顶帷帐罩住了小船，免得暴露在烈日阳光下暴晒，不过由于小船帷帐会被高举的荷叶牵绊，船只不得不绕着荷花而行。而国学大师俞樾的手下就没有那么聪明了，他们没有帷帐，顶着烈日，深入荷花深处，好好欣赏一番，饱尝了秀色可餐的滋味。现在我们看来，若要对他们赏荷的得与失进行拷问，他们谁得谁失呢?或许古人说得对：有得必有失。

有得，必有失。人世间一切事物都存在着得与失的关系。就拿前不久被传得沸沸扬扬的李某某的案件来说吧，从小便丰衣足食，深受父母宠爱，可以说是溺爱长到了十七岁，要什么有什么，要什么给什么，从来没有因为犯错误而受到父母的责骂，更不用说是动手了，因此，他不知道什么叫对与错，好像是他具有了所有的童年的快乐，但也分不清对与错，因而导致犯法的结果。而我们呢?轻则被父母唠唠叨叨数日，重则身受皮肉之苦，好像是我们失去了童年的欢乐，因而我们知道什么叫错误，什么叫正确。是非能够分得清楚。现在看来，从小这些家庭教育，对孩子成长来说有很大的影响，他李某某因犯法住进监狱，而我们却享受着备考冲击拼搏的乐趣。

有失，必有得。正如国学大师俞樾，在赏荷的时候，虽然有机会近距离接触荷花，尽享碧绿的荷色，荡漾的荷波，近嗅馨馨的荷香。但是，他们因没有带帷帐，顶着浓浓烈日的暴晒，失去了阴凉和闲适的心情，吃进了夏日正午的苦头;而曾国藩却不同，他们虽然没有俞樾那样近距离的享受，失去了饱览荷藕风光与荷花沁人心脾的芳香，但他却享受了阴凉的遮蔽，免去了日晒之苦。近距离欣赏荷花之美，与远距离享受自然风光，得与失，香与闲，只有自己感觉好，才是真的好。何必在乎别人怎么看呢?

得失，不抱怨。用一双发现的眼睛去寻找属于自己的一扇窗。天堂和地狱有什么区别呢?除了人，其余都是一样的，不过天堂的吃饭用的勺子足有一米多长。在地狱里，人人都痛苦不堪，人人都想自己喝到大锅里的汤，可是由于勺子太长，永远也不能通过自己的嘴喝到汤。每个人整天除了抱怨就是厮杀。而同样一种吃饭的长勺，在天堂里的人却是另一番景象：人人都把勺子中的食物送到对方的口中，大家都吃饱喝足，春光满面，祥和万分。地狱里的人谁能想到，赠与，实际上就是回报;风雨见过一定有灿烂的彩虹。当你得到后，千万别忘了回头看看，我们又失去了什么。得与失，可以相互转化，得失得失，不要抱怨，学会分享。

在《水浒传》中，梁山泊的好汉们对应天上的星魁，分为三十六天罡和七十六地煞。一百零八位好汉个个身怀绝技，每个人还有一个响亮的称号，例如：及时雨宋江、豹子头林冲、智多星吴用、扑天雕李应……

而在这一百零八个好汉中，我最欣赏的还是宋江。我觉得，宋江这个人物不能算得上是真正意义上的英雄好汉。他既没有武松醉打蒋门神、花和尚倒拔垂杨柳的威风，也没有黑旋风沂岭杀四虎、关胜降水火二将的英勇，他的声名远扬只在于他有着江湖上难得的义气。施耐庵之所以让梁山泊前首领晁盖死去后让宋江继位，是因为只有他才能让其余一百零七位好汉臣服。连脾气暴躁、难以服人的黑旋风也都心甘情愿地叫他哥哥。宋江将他的忠义展现得淋漓尽致，使得一百零八将上下一心。当然，光义气也不能坐稳梁山伯头领的宝座，还要有谋略，宋江的谋略有时连天机星吴用也赞叹不已，例如：攻下祝家庄、大败辽军等等这些功绩都是靠宋江的谋略才取得的。

而宋江的一生中特点就是他十分忠，而且这个忠已经到了愚忠的境界，导致在最后被高太尉等人害死。

宋江在故事里体现的忠、义二字固然可歌可泣，但是，在现在的法制社会里，像武松那样凡事用武力解决的方法是不可取的。因此，由于时代的变迁，我们只能用欣赏的角度去看这本书，万万不可盲目地学习其中的处事方法。

这里面我最喜欢的人物就孙悟空了，第一我喜欢他的七十二变，在和怪兽打斗的时候常常会变成小房子、小蚊子之类的东西，让怪兽防不胜防。每次遇难都是孙悟空想出办法，救出师傅师弟。这说明孙悟空很聪明，遇事多动脑筋。这和我们生活一样，打不过别人就要智取。

第二我佩服孙悟空有一双火眼金睛和刀枪不入的身体，和怪兽打拼时，它们都被孙悟空打的落花流水，双眼直冒金星，可孙悟空却毫发无损。你看那个白骨精伪装得多像呀!猪八戒与唐僧都被骗了，只是孙悟空就是不上当。这也说明了孙悟空的火眼金睛有多么厉害。在现实生活中，也会有好多这样的“白骨精”需要我们分辨清楚，我要是有一对就火眼金睛就好了，这样我就能辨别美与丑、善与恶、是与非了。

第三我同情孙悟空，他特别能吃屈。因为每次都是师傅辨别不了是妖还是人，冤枉他，就会念紧箍咒，让孙悟空疼得死去活来、头疼欲裂，痛得直撞墙。就是这样对了还要受紧箍咒的气，但孙悟空依然忍着痛，打败敌人，保护师傅。我觉得孙悟空受了这么多委屈，可师傅还是误会了孙悟空，没有理解孙悟空的好意。真是，狗咬吕洞宾，不识好人心。孙悟空还是对师傅全心全意，宁可自己付出生命也要保护师傅。

我还喜欢孙悟空的大闹天宫时的英勇不屈，渴望自由，反抗压迫，大胆无畏，多让人喜爱啊!读了西游记，让我永久难忘，在我的记忆里也画下了一道美丽的弧线。
