Im Li Hua After the discussion we found that 70% of the students think they should take all kinds of exercise every day but not spend too much time. They think exercise builds body and can keep them healthy. Sports also let them have a good rest so that their study will be more effective.

On the other hand 30% students believe taking exercise is tiring and its a waste of time. They say that after having sports they are too excited for a long time to focus on their lessons. And its possible to be hurt while doing sports.

Everyone has different hobbies. Hobbies can develop your interest and make

you learn new skills. I have many hobbies, such as playing basketball, playing

football and riding a bike. But my favorite hobby is riding a bike.

I began to ride a bike when I was nine years old. One day, my father bought

a bike and gave me a surprise. I was really happy. When I was free, I always

西游记是一篇神话故事，里面有四个主要人物如：唐僧他诚心向佛、顽固执着……孙悟空正义大胆、本领高超是妖怪们的克星……猪八戒贪财好色胆小如鼠但又不缺善心……沙僧心地善良、安于天命、吃苦耐劳……这四个人物形象各有相同，恰好形成了很明显的对比，这使我不得不佩服作者写作高超的技艺，也许作者善于刻画人物形象便是他精妙之处。其中我喜欢的是武艺高超的孙悟空，因为他神通广大、技艺高超，一路保护唐僧成功地取得了真经，他就成了我心目中的英雄。以及他敢与强大势力做斗争的勇敢的精神令我十分佩服。

还有吃吃苦耐劳的沙僧，他一路拿着行李，一边牵着马也从来不说辛苦，不求赞赏、不求金钱、不求重礼……

最后书中写唐僧徒经历了八十一个磨难，让我联想到了他们的执着、不畏艰险、锲而不舍的大伟精神这着实是一种值得我们学习的精神。再想想自己的半途而废、我不禁惭愧自己当初为何不能像他们一样坚持到底呢?也许这就是我缺点的，只要我能把一件事情从头做到尾，不管我是成功了还是失败了，不要我尽力去做了，这对我来说也是一种成功!因为我去做了而且坚持到了最后。

I am a middle school student.Though I ’m busy with my lessons,my spare time

is still colorful. After school I usually play sports . Sports help me to keep

healthy and study better.I often do some reading in the evening.I think books

give us much knowledge.So reading books is the best way of spending my spare

time. Sometimes I watch TV or surf the internet. On weekends, I often help my

parents with the housework..I sweep the floor,wash the clothes and learn to

How tokeep healthy /fit?

All of us want to be healthy. First，we should get enough sleep during the

night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our

I have a sister. She is daughter of my uncle, a good friend of my father. I

have a good relationship with my sister.

She is six months older than me. We are in the same grade. We dont meet

总之，作为一名高中生，尤其是高三的学生，应该具备较强的思辨能力，写议论文时要知道在思辨中立意构思，只有学生在作文中不再出现“片面性”、“幼稚化”的思想观点与思想方法。我们的作文教学才算颇有成效。

Christmas Day is the biggest festival in the western countries.It is on December 25， the birthday of Jesus Christ.Before the festival， every family will buy a Christmas tree， and put it in the middle of the living-room. And their houses look more soft and beautiful.

On Christmas Eve， children always hang up their Christmas stockings and hope Father Christmas will come to put presents in them. In fact， their parents put the presents in their stockings.

清凉的秋风赶走了夏天的酷热，带来的是丰收的的硕果，在这么一个天高气爽的日子里，我默默的期盼着，盼着中秋节的来临，由于这一天实在不是一个平常的日子，而是一个团圆节，一个月圆的节日。海上生明月，天涯共此时每个思念故乡的人都会在这一天来看望自己的亲人，以表对亲人的思念，这些人在这样一个重要的节日里固然会回到自己的故乡，和他们的亲人共进晚饭了。可是，让我万万想不到的事情发生了，有一些人为了自己的事业，为了自己生命，乃至为了改善生活，居然照旧在不停的工作。今天，我看了一条新闻，不由得泪流满面，一位守在边疆的战士接到了母亲的来信，90岁的母亲身患重病，好几日卧床不起，经过医生的诊断后，发现这位老母亲身体衰弱，寿命只能维持两周的时间，而这位母亲写这封信就是为了让这个战士在她临终之前能再见她最后一眼，再过最后一个中秋节。这位战士收到来信后痛哭起来，他虽是一个孝敬母亲的人，但由于事业的缘由，不能不坚守在边疆，由于他知道他背后站着的不是他一个人，而是无数的中华人民，无数的战友，为了这个国家，他的选择是放弃，她放弃了和母亲最后团圆的日子，他放弃了这个中秋节，这类精神让我为之动容。所以，这个中秋节是最让我难忘的，令我有最大感慨的是战士在两条路眼前做出了一条让人震动人心的选择。

当大家还沉浸在过年的喜庆中，从新闻中看到演孙悟空的六龄童爷爷因病去世。当时我就很伤心，因为我特别喜欢看这部电视，尤其是孙悟空。在伤心之余，我的脑海里总是浮现出西游记中的画面片段。

家中拿出《西游记》的书，翻了又翻，看了又看。在读“真假美猴王”的时候，我体会到了他们演的多么的辛苦，在唐僧面前说用“紧箍咒”来辨认真假，又打在了天宫玉皇大帝那，用照妖镜来辨别，结果都不灵，最后他们又打在了如来佛祖那儿，终于分出了真假。

我读到第58页的时候，知道了他们有四个人去西天取经，有孙悟空、猪八戒、沙悟净和唐僧唐三丈。在取经的路上，他们遇到了许许多多的妖魔鬼怪，但是还没失败过，也没有退缩过，这时我非常的想当面赞扬他们。

最后，他们取经成功，来到如来佛祖面前，封唐僧为“旗檀功德佛”，封孙悟空为“斗战胜佛”，封猪八戒为“净坛使者”，封沙和尚为“金身罗汉”，还封白龙马为“八部天龙马”。那时我真想自己就是孙悟空，因为他不怕妖魔鬼怪，不怕唐僧的责怪，不放弃，勇于斗争的精神是值得我学习的。如果六龄童爷爷还在的话，我一定支持他到底。

It is Teachers;Day on September 10th every year. Teachers are the greatest people in the world，I think，because they teach us how to write and read. The most

important is that they teach us how to be a real man. They are also kind to everybody and they don;t want anyone to fall behind others. They always get on very well

with their students，and they are our best friends. When students are in trouble，they can help them in time.I will be a teacher when I grow up.

My life in 20 years

In 20 years, I think I will be a tour guide because I like to travel.

As a tour guide, I will go to different places of interest and meet a lot

tourists from different countries. I will live in Yongchuan. Because it’s a

beautiful city. And I will also get married. I will have a beautiful wife and
