今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

周五早上，下了第二节课要去参加英语比赛。虽然准备比较充分但我的心情还是有点紧张。万一过不了预赛怎么办？“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”第二节课下课的铃声响了，我拿起水杯，飞快的向外跑去。

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming1) that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered, and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a flaw2) in it.

Suddenly, an old man appeared and said, "Why3), your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine!"

The crowd and the young man looked at the old mans heart. It was full of scars. It had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didnt fit quite right, and there were several jagged4) edges. The young man laughed. "Comparing your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars."

"Yes," said the old man, "Yours looks perfect but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love. I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart that fits into the empty place in my heart.

今年的九月一号让我终身难忘，今年我们的九月一号比较特殊，不仅是开学的第一天，而且是我们军训的第一天。

“军训”这两个字，读起来简单轻松啊，可军训起来不是这么简单轻松，是多么的辛苦和累。

我们的教官姓曾，我们大家都叫他为曾教官。教官穿着一身军衣，脸上带着和善的微笑，我就隐约感觉到这位教官对我们一定会很好滴!

果然，曾教官是一位很好的教官，不仅懂得关心我们的教官，而且还很和善、脾气很好、有耐心的教官。他总是跟我们说

“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且还要做的比别人更加好!”这句话犹如清风吹入我们的心中，在他那张年轻俊俏的脸上写满了鼓励与关怀。我无比感动，这是我几次军训中见到对学生的教官。

第一天军训我们学习的是：稍息、立正、停止间转法、敬礼与礼毕、跨立与立正、蹲下与起立、原地踏步、齐步的的行进与立定。

开始我们就学“立正”和“稍息”。我就在想：立正和稍息，谁不会啊!立正的时候教官教导我们要两只手都要五指并拢，紧贴短裤黄色边，脚呈八字形，大约为六十度。挺直腰站好，不能动。随后学习稍息就要左脚伸出大约半米远，动作要快，不要擦地。而且只是下半身动。不一会儿，部分同学们豆大的汗珠随着头发滑落到红通通的脸颊上。

随后，教官要我们练军姿，我们一个个就挺起胸，抬头，正肩，收腹，双脚叉开60度，稍微踮起脚来，步步到位。曾教官要求我们站直5分钟，在5分钟内没有教官的命令和批准，我们是决不能动一下的，如果一位同学动一下全班同学多罚一分钟。开始的时候大家身体站的很直，后来站的时间长了，某位同学忍耐不住站的累呼呼就动了动，被曾教官见到就罚我们多站一分钟。在剩下的2分钟里，又有同学忍耐不住，偷偷动了，这，还是逃不过曾教官的火星眼，结果我们就要站3分钟。休息的时候，同学们个个叫苦不迭的，都说：“累人啊，腿都麻了。”

接下来，我们又练了原地踏步和敬礼与礼毕等等项目。在训练的过程中，我们11班的同学们发扬不怕累的精神，我硬是咬着牙通过了后面几个小时，因为在训练的时候，教官老是对我们说：“别人能做好的，你们自己也要能做好，而且做的比别人更加好!”这句话对我起到很大的作用，我就不怕苦、不怕累，坚持着，咬咬牙齿就过去，认认真真的训练!

今天，为了下午的汇报课，紧张了整个上午。但中午得到了一个出乎意料的消息，管老师突然跟我打电话说她下午不来了。当时，不知道是忧是喜。喜的是没有老师的观察，会不会更放开、更自然一点儿。忧的是没有老师的督促和管理，小学生会是什么反应？是太过热情还是太过冷淡？怀着这样的焦虑，我走进了课堂

嗯，意料之中的一种，小学生们十分配合。由于是复习刚刚所学过的单元，不少人已经掌握得很好，外加是实习老师的授课，大家显得特别的积极和热情。

上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

有句话说得好：不当家，不知柴米油盐贵。我想通过一整天的“虐-待”之后就该变成：不军训，不知踢站转坐难。

这一天的早上还兴致勃勃地带着与学校重拥的美丽心情像小鸟般飞进教室，一肚子话说不尽。但还没到中午便开始“摇摇欲坠”“泣不成声”了。还没过几分钟已经有同志开始倒下，这时的心情已不再“艳阳高照”甚至达到了痛恨的地步，昔日的小公主、小王子也免不了被教官瞪眼大骂，郁闷的快要崩溃了。

万事开头难嘛。在这个最严厉的教官的指导下，我们已经不知不觉比别人一步，每当休息的时候看到其他班不尽人意的训练，心里早就没了那份不堪，竟洋洋得意起来。

最苦最累的是在开饭前的20分钟站军姿，汗水像不要钱似的往下淌，从未感觉20分钟有多漫长，脚跟也站痛了，腰杆也站麻了，教官的身影像鬼魅一般，悄无声息地出现在面前。

但当总教官吹响下课的哨音时，我还是觉得他挺可爱的。

早晨，我被噼里啪啦的炮声惊醒了，原来，今天是元霄节啊，我飞快的爬起来，和妈妈去姨姨家过节。

我以前在书上看过这个字，就信心满满地说：“聪这个字里面有耳、口、心、口上的两点就像是一个人的眼睛，上课时我要用耳朵听，用眼睛看，用嘴说，用心想，这样才能聪明，妈妈给我取小名叫聪聪，意思是要我做到以上几点。哥哥笑了，爸妈也欣慰地笑了。爸爸说：”闷字由门和心组成，人为什么会感到闷?是把自己关在门里啦!只要打开心中的那扇门，到外面的五彩世界看看，自然赏心悦目。“妈妈说：”趣这个字由走和取组成，这是说，人生要边走边取，这样才能有趣，要是悄然无声地走过去，那就没意思了。“我听了皱了皱眉眉头，哥哥就给我解释说：”譬如一个小女孩在沙滩上走，她边走边弯腰拾取贝壳，走到沙滩尽头，再欣赏贝壳时，她才会觉得有趣，要是只走不取，她便一无所获。

我明白了，原来哥哥让我拆字，就是想让我从中“拆”出个道理来。我明白了，学习要认真听，用眼看，用口说，然后记到心里，边走边取知识，这样才能更聪明，学得更有趣。
