Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. 信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。
