今天是实习授课的第二天,我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容,但真的要上课时,我心里却不免有点紧张,因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前,我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下,这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了,我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后,我开始了课堂复习步骤,出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速,对答如流。说真心话,看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家,想起白天上课的情景,我感慨颇多,我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然,在物欲横流的现代社会,这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套,但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受,快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习,很长的一段时间,我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人,失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐,奋进着永不放弃,需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来,我会成为一名人民教师,我会辛勤地工作,用心地去教书育人,我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节,所以我得起早,偏偏天公不作美,下着小雨,清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床,看看表,哎呀!快六点了,再不起来就会迟到了,可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好,夜里醒了好几次,真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们,我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾,事后我却想了许多,也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼,可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角,坚持需要毅力,需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价,有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步,走过去,前面就可能是另一番海阔天空,而习惯了坚持,久而久之,这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中,成为一种素养,一种道德,现在的我们马上面临毕业,就要踏入社会了,或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力,毕业后找份工作,那便是一生了。如果这样的话,那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生,我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表,认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业,愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

今天,为了星期五的试讲,我将教案又重新誊写了一遍,交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨,原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过,今天我明白了,针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授,更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面,方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化,稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时,我也在思考:

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比:选择多样化的教学形式,学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃,但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课,由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式,课堂氛围应该总体不错,但至于整堂课的教学效果,我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑:一节课传授的是知识,教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已,该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢?

而且,我还学到了对于教材,自己要进行认真的分析,加以自己的理解,再进行适当的处理,这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前,我的处理较于呆板,不仅自己教授起来困难,而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思,也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之,万事都需要钻研。有付出,才会有回报。

今天,在将教案交给管老师审批通过后,我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备,制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校,也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过,但印象不深,到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑,一步一步地从头摸索起来。

当我把九岁的儿子带到美国,送他进那所离公寓不远的美国小学的时候,我就象是把自己最心爱的东西交给了一个我并不信任的人去保管,终日

忧心忡忡。这是一种什么样的学校啊!学生可以在课堂上放声大笑,每天至少让学生玩二个小时,下午不到三点就放学回家,最让我大开眼界的是没有教科书。

那个金发碧眼的美国女教师看见了我儿子带去的中国小学四年级课本后,温文尔雅地说:“我可以告诉你,六年级以前,他的数学不用学了!”面对她充满善意的笑脸,我就像挨了一闷棍。一时间,真怀疑把儿子带到美国来是不是干了一生最蠢的一件事。

日子一天一天过去,看着儿子每天背着空空的书包兴高采烈的去上学,我的心就止不住一片哀伤。在中国,他从小学一年级开始,书包就满满的、沉沉的,从一年级到四年级换了三个书包,一个比一个大,让人感到“知识”的重量在增加。而在美国,他没了负担,这能叫上学吗?一个学期过去了,把儿子叫到面前,问他美国学校给他最深的印象是什么,他笑着给我一句美国英语:“自由!”这两个字像砖头一样拍在我的脑门上。

此时,真是一片深情怀念中国教育。似乎更加深刻地理解了为什么中国孩子老是能在国际上拿奥林匹克学习竞赛的金牌。不过,事已致此?也只能听天由命。

不知不觉一年过去了,儿子的英语长进不少,放学后也不直接回家了,而是常去图书馆,不时就背回一大书包的书来。问他一次借这么多书干什么,他一边看着借来的书一边打着电脑,头也不抬地说:“作业。”

这叫作业吗?一看孩子打在电脑屏幕上的标题,我真有些哭笑不得DD《中国的昨天和今天》,这样大的题目,即使是博士,敢去做吗?

于是我严声厉色地问是谁的主意,儿子坦然相告:老师说美国是移民国家,让每个同学写一篇介绍自己祖先生活的国度的文章。要求概括这个国家的历史、地理、文化,分析它与美国的不同,说明自己的看法。我听了,连叹息的力气也没有了,我真不知道让一个十岁的孩子去做这样一个连成年人也未必能做的工程,会是一种什么结果?只觉得一个十岁的孩子如果被教育得不知天高地厚,以后恐怕是连吃饭的本事也没有了。

过了几天,儿子就完成了这篇作业。没想到,打印出来的是一本二十多页的小册子。从九曲黄河到象形文字,从丝路到五星红旗……热热闹闹。我没赞成,也没批评,因为我自己有点发楞,一是因为我看见儿子把这篇文章

分出了章与节,二是在文章最后列出了参考书目。我想,这是我读研究生之后才运用的写作方式,那时,我三十岁。

不久,儿子的另一篇作文又出来了。这次是《我怎么看人类文化》。如果说上次的作业还有范围可循,这次真可谓不着边际了。儿子真诚地问我:“饺子是文化吗?”为了不耽误后代,我只好和儿子一起查阅权威的工具书。费了一番气力,我们完成了从抽象到具体又从具体到抽象的反反覆覆的折腾,儿子又是几个晚上坐在电脑前煞有介事地作文章。我看他那专心致志的样子,不禁心中苦笑,一个小学生,怎么去理解“文化”这个内涵无限丰富而外延又无法确定的概念呢?但愿对“吃”兴趣无穷的儿子别在饺子、包子上大作文章。在美国教育中已经变得无拘无束的儿子无疑是把文章作出来了,这次打印出来的是十页,又是自己的封面,文章后面又列着一本本的参考书。他洋洋得意地对我说:“你说什么是文化?其实超简单DD就是人创造出来让人享受的一切。”那自信的样子,似乎发现了别人没能发现的真理。后来,孩子把老师看过的作业带回来,上面有老师的批语:“我安排本次作业的初衷是让孩子们开阔眼界,活跃思维,而读他们作业的结果,往往是我进入了我希望孩子们进入的境界。”问儿子这批语是什么意思。

儿子说,老师没为我们感到骄傲,但是她为我们感到震惊。“是不是?”儿子问我。我无言以对,我觉得这孩子怎么一下子懂了这么多事?再一想,也难怪,连文化的题目都敢作的孩子,还有什么不敢断言的事吗?

儿子六年级快结束时,老师留给他们的作业是一串关于“二次世界大战”的问题。“你认为谁对这场战争负有责任?”“你认为纳粹德国失败的原因是什么?”“如果你是杜鲁门总统的高级顾问,你将对美国投原子弹持什么态度?”“你是否认为当时只有投放原子弹一个办法去结束战争?”“你认为今天避免战争的最好办法是什么?”DD如果是两年前,见到这种问题,我肯定会抱怨:这哪里是作业,分明是竞选参议员的前期训练!而此时,我已经能平心静气地循思其中的道理了。

学校和老师正是在这一个个设问之中,向孩子们传输一种人道主义的价值观,引导孩子们去关注人类的命运,让孩子们学习思考重大问题的方法。这些问题在课堂上都没有标准答案,它的答案,有些可能需要孩子们用一生去寻索。看着十二岁的儿子为完成这些作业兴致勃勃地看书查资料的样子,我不禁想起当年我学二战史的样子,按照年代事件死记应背,书中的结论明知迂腐也当成《圣经》去记,不然,怎么通过考试去奔光明前程呢?此时我在想,我们在追求知识的过程中,重复前人的结论往往大大多于自己的思考。而没有自己的思考,就难有新的创造。

儿子小学毕业的时候,已经能够熟练地在图书馆利用电脑和微缩胶片系统查找他所需要的各种文字和图象资料了。有一天,我们俩为狮子和豹的觅食习性争论起来。第二天,他就从图书馆借来了美国国家地理学会拍摄的介绍这种动物的录像带,拉着我一边看,一边讨论。孩子面对他不懂的东西,已经知道到哪里里去寻找答案了。

儿子的变化促使我重新去看美国的小学教育。我发现,美国的小学虽然没有在课堂上对孩子们进行大量的知识灌输,但是他们想方设法把孩子的目光引向校外那个无边无际的知识海洋,他们要让孩子知道,生活的一切时间和空间都是他们学习的课堂;他们没有让孩子去死记硬背大量的公式和定理,但是,他们煞费苦心地告诉孩子怎样去思考问题,教给孩子们面对陌生领域寻找答案的方法;他们从不用考试把学生分成三六九等,而是竭尽全力去肯定孩子们一切努力,去赞扬孩子们自己思考的一切结论,去保护和激励孩子们所有的创作欲望和尝试。

有一次,我问儿子的老师:“你们怎么不让孩子背记一些重要的东西呢?”老师笑着说:“对人的创造能力中有两个东西比死记硬背更重要:一个是他要知道到哪里里去寻找所需要的比它能够记忆的多得多的知识;再一个是他综合使用这些知识进行新的创造的能力。死记硬背,就不会让一个人知识丰富,也不会让一个人变得聪明,这就是我的观点。”

我不禁记起我的一个好朋友和我的一次谈话。他学的是天文学,从走进美国大学研究所的第一天起,到拿下博士学位的整整五年,他一直以优异的成绩享受系里提供的优厚奖学金。他曾对我说:“我觉得很奇怪,要是凭课堂上的学习成绩拿奖学金,美国人常常不是中国人的对手,可是一到实践领域,搞点研究性题目,中国学生往往没有美国学生那么机灵,那么富有创造性。”我想,他的感受可能正是两种不同的基础教育体系所造成的人之间的差异。中国人太习惯于在一个划定的框子里去旅展拳脚了,一旦失去了常规的参照,对不少中国人来说感到的可能往往并不是自由,而是慌恐和茫然。 我常常想到中国的小学教育,想到那些课堂上双手背后坐得笔直的孩子们,想到那些沉重的课程、繁多的作业、严格的考试……它让人感到一种神圣与威严的同时,也让人感到巨大的压抑和束缚,但是多少代人都顺从着它的意志,把它视为一种改变命运的出路。这是一种文化的延续,它或许有着自身的辉煌,但是面对需要每个人发挥创造力的信息社会,面对明天的世界,我们又该怎样审视这种孕育了我们自身的文明呢!

Those of us who have chosen to make healing the world a vocation are grateful for any occasion to send light and love to people in our immediate spheres of influence and beyond. As we apply our passion and our principles to this altruistic endeavor, we often forget to send ourselves the same bountiful gifts of wellness, though we ourselves may be in dire need of it. We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on anothers behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt. As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. Surrounded inside and out with healing light, we feel safe and protected, healthy, relaxed, and content just as those who regularly receive such loving gifts from us do. If you sincerely believe that there is a part of yourself that exists independently of upset and illness, the love and light you send yourself will help you connect with it. You will see the affirmative impact of this connection almost immediately when you include yourself in the recipients of your healing gifts, as lifes frustrations become more tolerable and your bliss becomes ever more palpable.

On 4 July 1776, at war with Britain over fair governance, thirteen of these colonies declared their independence. In 1783, the war ended in British acceptance of the new nation. Since then, the country has more than quadrupled in size: it now consists of 50 states and one federal district; it also has numerous overseas territories.

At over 3.7 million square miles (over 9.5 million km²), the U.S. is the third or fourth largest country by total area, depending on whether the disputed areas of China are included. It is the worlds third most populous nation, with nearly 300 million people.

The United States has maintained a liberal democratic political system since it adopted its Articles of Confederation on 1 March 1781 and the Constitution, the Articles replacement, on 17 September 1787. American military, economic, cultural, and political influence increased throughout the 20th century; with the collapse of the Soviet Union at the end of the Cold War, the nation emerged as the worlds sole remaining superpower.[2] Today, it plays a major role in world affairs.

The earliest known use of the name America is from 1507, when a globe and a large map created by the German cartographer Martin Waldseemüller in Saint-Die-des-Vosges described the combined continents of North and South America. 今天,是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程,她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动,我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂,在之前的教案设计,教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天,她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜,因为指导老师管老师临时的任务,我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后,管佳静很失落地告诉我,课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利,她不太明白为什么?因为她的准备还是相当充分的,这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的,原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃,面无表情,没能放开,所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话,却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战,要做到有声有色,更是难上加难。

但是众所周知,小学教育特别讲究艺术性,就像一个演员,说哭就哭,说笑就笑,而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养,我想我会突破自己,学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课,便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。
