20XX年十月底，本人终于踏上了向往已久的中华人民共和国香港特区的土地。

本人这等小民要到香港，公款消费自然没有份，唯一的途径就是自掏腰包打着旅游的旗号。本人和老婆大人参加的是所谓精英团，本人固然算不得精英，是冲着所谓精英团不强制购物的幌子去的。

但有五件事情令本人至今耿耿于怀。

一、到瑞钻国际珠宝城的路上，香港导游给大家讲了一个故事：

猴子对上帝说：我要做人。上帝说：你要做人很好啊，但是你看人都没有毛，你要做人的话，就要把毛拔掉。猴子说：拔毛好痛啊，我不想拔毛。上帝说：你一毛不拔，怎么做人呢？！

当时车上有十几个人，都一言不发。本人实在忍无可忍，当即严词要求香港导游道歉，否则马上到旅游议会投诉她。看到本人拍案而起，车上多数人随即附和。香港导游颇适时务，一边打太极，一边道歉。

二、维多利亚港夜游不在旅游合同的范围之内，行程伊始内地导游就开始鼓吹维多利亚港夜景是多么迷人，到了香港本地导游又加油添醋，巧舌如簧，说得整个旅游团都屁颠屁颠去看了夜景，掏了腰包之后皆曰不虚此行。接下来坐豪华游轮到公海，晚上出发，又沿着维多利亚港走了一遭，才知道此前的夜游纯属多余。

三、离开香港到澳门的早上，换了导游，导游一路上推销他们的狗屁紫荆花模型。按照导游小姐的说法，如果买了她的模型，就可以升官发财，事事如意；如果不买她的模型，就要生疮害病，遭受无妄之灾。你可以不保佑我们，但是绝不能咒骂我们，本人再次拍案而起，这回应者寥寥，导游也未主动道歉。

四、老婆大人在瑞钻国际珠宝城买戒指一枚，珠宝城保证180天内无理由退货。回到成都发现居然断了，火速与旅行社联系，旅行社要求送到他们的办公地点。

老婆大人奉命送到指定地点，要求旅行社代为换货或退货。旅行社收了戒指却不肯打收条，再三交涉总算作了些让步，收条可以打，但决不注明产品有质量问题。我们怀着对香港法制的无限信任，把戒指交给了他们。时间一天天过去，香港方面音信全无。我们再三催促，十几天后，珠宝城终于打来电话，声称戒指收到了，但要我们提供产品缺陷方面的证据。东西已经到了他们手里，我们到哪里去找证据呢？要求他们把戒指原物寄回，他们断然回绝，只同意修好后寄回来。

我们好生郁闷，遂要求退货。珠宝城同意退货，但必须扣除5％刷卡费。本人带有现金，购物时经不住导购小姐的游说刷卡付费，至此才知道是个陷阱！本人坚信香港是法制社会，总不至于让如此明目张胆欺骗消费者的行经得逞吧。

于是在网上找到了香港旅游议会和香港消费者协会的电话，老婆大人特此开通了香港的长途电话。和香港方面多次交涉，花了若干时间、精力和电话费，最终不了了之。又回头来找成都的旅行社，经过两个月的拉锯战，总算把5％的刷卡费拿了回来，至于其他方面的损失就免谈了，更不要奢望赔偿了。

五、在和成都旅行社的交涉过程中，才知道成都导游每人每天收25元附加费是乱收费。旅行社一边表示要查处，一方面又要我们提供证据。我们没有证据，最后同样不了了之。

本人一向坚信香港是法制社会，但是我们的合法权利却被如此践踏。不知道是我的看法错了呢，还是香港的法律不保护内地的公民。就像东芝公司当年对中国大陆的消费者说的一样，我们赔偿美国消费者是按照美国的法律，请问你们有这样的法律吗？但是我们的消费是在香港的地皮上发生的啊！

本人支配不了别人的行动，但支配自己的行动总还可以吧。如果这个前提成立，那么本人在有生之年决不再踏进香港的地皮半步！特此声明，移民除外！

[香港旅游受骗受辱记作文

今天，我们全家一起去香港旅游。我们早早就起了床，因为巴士8时就要开走了，所以要早点起床。

出发了，巴士真准时。过了半个小时，我在车上看见了美丽的风景，有山谷、有花草、有树木、还有一面清澈的湖水……过了一个小时我看累了，于是又睡了一个小时。哦，终于到香港了，都有点饿了。跟着，我们到了一家香港特色小吃店吃饭。啊!真好吃。

吃完了，我们去逛街，到处走走，直到晚上6点半才吃饭，我们都很累了，不过很高兴，因为我们买了自己想要的东西，妈妈买了手机、衣服……爸爸买了衣服、照相机……哥哥买了皮包、衣服……我买了衣服、零食……

到了7点我们又继续逛街还买了很多零食和东西。到了10点我们去吃宵夜。吃完都已经很晚了，我们高兴地回到酒店休息。

这次旅行不但收获了不少，而且吃了很多特色小吃，还欣赏了美丽的维多利亚港，我可开心了!

到达香港的第二天我们一家去了迪士尼。其实，迪士尼在我眼中并不是那么好玩。因为很多东西都是小屁孩玩的，我们已经过了年龄。今天我们来到了我更加期盼的海洋公园。

我们一大早出发，从九龙的尖沙咀坐地铁，然后转乘双层巴士，到达位于香港岛的海洋公园时都九点半了。我们先乘坐缆车到达热带雨林天地，那我们第一个玩的的就是“热带激流”了。六个人坐在一条圆形的船里顺着河道漂流——不，是“海道”。途中船忽上忽下，一会儿慢慢上去，一会儿又迅速冲下来，时而还会有水喷到身上，不过在炎炎夏日这样是非常爽的。后来，我们又玩了“滑浪飞船”，一看就比“热带激流”刺激，为此，我由怪异的打扮上了船：泳帽、泳镜样样齐全。不过，我的胆小鬼老爸还不敢去呢!上了船，我们先是慢慢上了个高坡，然而并没有立即快速冲下来，而是转弯上了一条和“热带激流”一样的水道，沿途不时激起一阵阵波浪，将我们弄得浑身湿透，可仍然还是爽不可言。强烈的阳光告诉我们已经中午了。好玩的都被我们玩了个精光，所以我们决定下午去浅水湾。

到了浅水湾，我和老爸去海里游泳，妈妈和姐姐坐在沙滩上吃东西。我终于再次品味到了海水有多么的咸，在海里游泳有多么的难。阵阵波涛将我推向白色的沙滩，使我在换气时不小心嘴里灌进了海水。游完泳，你如果在太阳下晒很久，不但不会变黑，还会变白。因为太阳光会将身上的海水晒成了海盐。回到酒店，我已经筋疲力尽了，今天的香港岛一日游实在是令人难忘。

今天我们去香港迪士尼乐园玩，我们先玩了太空飞碟，我驾驶飞碟在空中忽高忽低的真好玩。

后来又玩了飞越太空山，(太空过山车)在车里有时斜坡，有时出现美丽的行星，但是会发出恐怖的声音，尖叫声不断灌入我的耳朵，真刺激当我们出来的时候都是扶着墙的。换了一会我们去看幸会史迪仔，在大屏幕里面史迪仔很搞笑，还找我们对话，最后坏蛋来了，他们说了一句经典的对话：“你这个小混蛋。”“你这个大坏蛋。”我们还玩了驰车天地，我开着车妈妈在旁边，我开到了林间小道，慢慢地向终点行驶。我们还看了米奇幻想曲(3D)，里面的唐老鸭指挥最终失败，这部电影像是真的有时候感觉到了自己的面前，却抓不住真泄气。

最后我们玩了玩具兵团跳降伞，我们坐上去以后，慢慢的升上去，突然降下来，眼看着就要碰着地了，忽然又升了上去，就这样持续了几回合。天已经黑了，该回宾馆了，于是我恋恋不舍的离开了迪士尼乐园。

我今天真开心，玩了一天充满刺激的游戏!

I also went to the XinDongfang square, it was a very big shopping mall, it took me about half an hour to walk between two doors. I can saw many famous brands: Cucci, Chanel, Rolex, Seiko, even the new Audi cars. It made me really want to stay in Beijing .The third day I visited the Tian’anmen Square, and it’s very beautiful. And the Chang’an Ave is wide ,straight and clean. The forth day, I went to the Forbidden City. It made me felt the emperor ’ s royal mausoleum was very luxury. The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.

That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.

i took a trip to shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. it took us more than two hours to drive to shanghai from my home in haimen. we stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor.

on the first day, i just stayed in the hotel and rested. on the second day, my brother and i went to nanjing road. it’s the busiest street in shanghai. when we got there, there were lots of people.

we walked from one shop to another. i bought two t-shirts and two pairs of trousers for the coming summer. the t-shirts and trousers i bought are all white because white is my favourite colour.

my brother also bought some clothes. on the third day, my mother took me to jinjiang entertainment centre. it was full of people. i played many kinds of games there. i had a good time.

I went to Yunnan Province with my sister to enjoy my summer vacation. During the five-day trip, we visited many famous sites of interest in this province. Among them, Stone Forest in Lunan Yi Nationality Autonomous County leaves a deepest inpression upon me for its strange, steep yet magnificent landscape. Indeed, both my sister and I had such a good time in this tour that we could not help but plan our trip to this province for another time the moment we arrived at home!

On my first night in shanghai,I went to the Huangpu River.There is bright light on the tall buildings on the other side.It was comfortable to walk by the river and enjoy the wind.

The second day I visited the Oriental Pearl.It’s the symbol of Shanghai and it is located in the Huangpu River at the point of Lujiazui.And then I took the subway to cross Huangpu River tunnel for sightseeing.It connects the Bund, Shanghai and Pudong.There are all kinds of colors and patterns transforming constantly in the tunnel.I was very excited. The Bund, Shanghai is on the other side of the Huangpu River.There are 52 different styles of classical revival buildings.It is the symbol of the history of Shanghai.When I saw these buildings,I could felt the style in Shanghai at that time. Madame Tussauds and Old millfun 1933 are my favourite.I saw many Chinese superstars’ wax figures such as Wu Yifan,Huang Xiaoming in Madame Tussauds.And there are also internastional stars,sports stars,cultural celebrities and so on.These wax figures are like a real person.I was very interested in it.Old millfun 1933 is famous.Tiny Times and Running man have shoted here.It is not gorgeous ,but it reserved integrity.It shows us the culture about that time.

Shanghai gave me a perfect holiday.

今年暑假，爸爸妈妈终于肯带我去香港旅游。

那天，爸爸妈妈带我们三姐妹和表姐坐船去香港。眨眼间，我们到了香港，就坐的士去海洋公园。在路上，我看见香港的大街上有数不清高楼大厦，大街旁边的小街上，有五彩缤纷服装货摊，有各式各样的传统风味小吃……那里热闹极了，人们各自在做自己的事，有的在买衣服;有的在买鞋子;有的在吃东西。真是一片人的海洋!

十分钟后，我们到达了海洋公园。进去后，我觉得这里的人真多啊!这里有好多好玩的地方，例如：鲨鱼馆、魔幻森林、海洋馆、海洋剧场、缆车站、游乐场等等。

我们先来到游乐场，我急不可待地跑到了“威威至激之旅”。进去后，坐上了机器椅上，带好安全带。眼前的大屏幕上出现了许许多多的卡通人物。过了一会儿，大屏幕里出现卡通海洋生物。这时，机器椅也开始摆动。开始，看到了好多海洋动物和一些珊瑚，突然，机器椅就向前动了一下，又摇动起来，大屏幕出现了鲨鱼的大肚子。这时候的感觉就像进了大鲨鱼的肚子似的。我坐在椅子上，一会儿向上;一会儿向下;一会儿向前;一会儿向后;一会儿向左;一会儿向右。我的心情一会儿紧张;一会儿害怕;一会儿慌乱;一会儿轻松;一会儿喜悦。真是非常刺激。游戏结束了，我在依依不舍的心情下离开了!

坐完缆车后，我们立即来到海洋馆看海洋生物。进去后，我看见这里好漂亮。这里的鱼真多啊!看，那儿有一群小丑鱼游过来了，小丑鱼的名虽然不好听，但是它美丽极了，鼓鼓的眼睛，圆圆的嘴巴，胖胖的身子，长长的尾巴。小丑鱼的尾巴像船浆，背像船帆。它们自由自在的在清水中游荡。这儿又来了一只大大的鱼，它的样子怪极了，它的眼睛小小的，身子大大的，尾巴长长的而且有一对非常大的翅膀，看起来有点怕怕的。令人心惊胆战!绕完海洋馆一圈，我们就出来了。

啊!这次暑假香港旅游，真是又好玩，又好看，又刺激，真是让人流连忘返!

on summer holiday my parents took me to beijing. we stayed at huabei hotel. on the first day, we went to the great wall. the great wall is very long and old. it has millions of bricks. each brick is very big and heavy. lots of people from different countries like climbing the great wall. we felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the great wall.

we also went to the palace museum. the palace museum has 9999 palaces. it has a very long history. i bought a lot of souvenirs of the palace museum. what nice palaces these are! i visited the palace museum and felt excited. if you want to know more about the palace museum, you can go to beijing and have a look.

the following days, we went to the summer palace, tian tan, north lake and xiang hill. i now know more about the history of china. i also like modern beijing. the 2008 olympic games will be held in beijing.

later, i went back with my parents by train. i really enjoyed the trip to beijing.

But around the next, one may find theatres showing the latest Hollywood blockbuster, a British-style pub, a Catholic Church or Ronald McDonald inviting passer-bys to a Big Mac. The territorys official language is Chinese and English; signs in both languages are omnipresent throughout Hong Kong. The government, police and most workplaces and stores conduct business bilingually. The citys cosmopolitan flavour can also be seen in the wide variety of cuisines available. While different varieties of Chinese selections, especially seafood, are most popular, there are also many European, American, Japanese, Korean, and other restaurants. Ethnic dishes served in cha chaan teng and dai pai dong are also popular. The people of Hong Kong take their food seriously and many top chefs make their way to the city to show off their talents to these discerning diners.

While Hong Kong is a global centre of trade, perhaps the citys most famous export is its entertainment industry, particularly in the martial arts genre. Several top-notch Hollywood performers originate from Hong Kong cinema -- Bruce Lee, Chow Yun-Fat, Jackie Chan, Michelle Yeoh, Jet Li and Leslie Cheung, to name a few. Behind the camera, Hong Kong filmmakers have also struck fortune in Hollywood such as John Woo, Wong Kar-wai, Tsui Hark and martial arts choreographers who have designed fight scenes in the Matrix trilogy, Kill Bill and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Acclaimed filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has said hes strongly influenced by Hong Kong action cinema.

Last winter holiday, I went to shanghai with my mother.

It＇s very cold in winter. There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You must wear warm clothes. The most exciting thing is playing with snow. Skating is also very interesting there.

Travelling on my own， I’m my own boss； and can decide when to start on my way， where to linger a little longer and which spot can be skipped over to save energy or time for another spot. I can always adjust my plan. On the contrary， in a package tour you‘re deprived of as much freedom as in a military base. At the sound of the whistle， you have to jump up from a sound sleep and， with heavy-lidded eyes， hurry to the gathering place where you are collected and counted to board a coach. At the sight of the little flag waving， you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule， regardless of the weather or your health condition.

True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel inpidually，for instance， getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

去年寒假，我和妈妈去了上海。

冬天很冷的。世界上到处都是雪和冰，你总是在一个白色的世界里。你必须穿暖和的衣服。最令人兴奋的事情是玩雪。滑冰也很有趣。

我将永远记住上海，因为雪，冰和所有美好的事物。我爱上海

随着人们生活水平的提高和工作时间的缩短，越来越多的人能够去旅游景点度假旅行。而许多想参加旅行团摇来摇去方便，我喜欢在我自己的旅行。我喜欢旅行，可以自己不仅因为它的价格要便宜得多，因为它给了很大程度的独立和自由。我独自去旅游，我是自己的老板；可以决定什么时候出发上路，在那里逗留久一点，哪一点可以跳过了一个景点节省精力和时间。我可以随时调整我的计划。相反，在包价旅游你剥夺尽可能自由的一个军事基地。在口哨的声音，你要跳起来从睡，沉重的眼皮，赶去聚会的地方，你正在收集和统计上的教练。在小国旗飘扬的景象，你必须立即把自己远离你希奇的场景和跟踪指导的唯一的兴趣是根据他走过所有风景点严格的时间表，无论天气或你的健康状况。真的，你可能会遇到麻烦如果你单独旅行，比如，得到住宿过夜，找地方吃饭。但没有什么可以是一个人度假旅行主要是为了逃避他的日常生活的约束自由比较重要。

上个星期五，我和家人一起去了香港，太好玩了。

我们随团去了检查站接受检查，过后就上车，到了香港，我去的地方可多了，有紫荆广场、海洋公园、星光大道、迪士尼。

早上很早就去了紫荆广场，广场上矗立着紫荆花雕像，是1997年中国发给香港的喔。它标志着香港回到了祖国母亲的怀抱。接着我们坐车来到了海洋公园，对我印象最深的是“海洋奇观”里面有各种各样、奇形怪状的海洋生物，看到这些成百上千的鱼时，我仿佛来到了海洋的深处。我在鱼缸面前和珊瑚、海马招手，真好玩。它让我体会到了现代科技发展的速度，真是太快了。

星期六一早，我们坐车来到了星光大道，听说那有很多名人的手印，导游叔叔说：“这些手印是香港感谢名人做的贡献”。呵呵，原来是这样。

下午去的当然是迪士尼，不过，这次并不是很好玩，因为只玩了一个游戏“开车”，知道吗，因为节日人很多，一个游戏要排一个多小时才能玩上，我和妹妹都不想等。我们还看了一个4D电影《米老鼠进行曲》，唐老鸭把泡泡吹到我脸上，凉快极了。最后，唐老鸭飞出来时竟然真的飞到了树上。有趣!

那两天可真是开心，我不会忘记的。

今天，我可兴奋了，因为我和爸爸妈妈就要去香港迪士尼游玩了。

经过漫长的车程之后，我们来到了迪士尼乐园酒店放下行李，就乘坐着酒店巴士来到了迪士尼乐园。

迪士尼可热闹了，有旋转木马，有小飞象，还有疯狂帽子转转杯。让我最喜欢的，只能是疯狂帽子转转杯了。

疯狂帽子转转杯有许多的大杯子，人可以坐在里面，等工作人员按下按钮，大杯子就好像有魔法一样，飞快地旋转起来，可好完了，杯子里还有一个圆圆的转盘，把它转起来，杯子就转得更欢了，我经常把它转得飞快，把爸爸妈妈转得晕晕乎乎的。

迪士尼乐园真好玩呀!
