London and Tower Bridge

Not much is known about the earliest London Bridge although it’s location is thought to be near the present one. The second bridge a wooden one existing in Saxon times seems to have given rise to the nursery rhyme ‘London Bridge is falling down’ which it did in 1014. 熊猫是一种很珍贵的动物，很惹人喜爱。它四肢较短，行动缓慢，毛茸茸的面孔上有一对乌黑发亮的眼睛，在加上一身墨黑墨黑的毛，更显得美丽、可爱。 熊猫喜欢在平坦的地面上悠闲地散步，愉快的玩耍。有时抬头望望人们，有时却低着头，好像在寻找什么，有像在思索着什么。当它高兴的时候，就在地上翻跟头，像只大皮球在地上滚动。 凶猛睡觉的时候，腹部朝天。有时，它用前爪轻轻的拍着肚子。

有时，它两腿一蹬，就翻了个身。我还以为它睡醒了，其实它还在睡。它睡醒了就翻身起来，用手揉了揉惺松的眼睛，好奇地望了望人们，迈着蹒跚的步子走到栏杆的另一边，坐了下来，好像想清醒一下头脑似的。

熊猫吃东西时，常常直着身子盘腿而坐，前爪抓住鲜嫩的竹叶往嘴里送，它爱吃鲜嫩的竹叶、竹茎，还有牛奶和鸡蛋。 熊猫吃饱了，还得喝喝口水润润喉咙。它来到水池边，伏下身子，双手靠着池边，低下头，咕噜咕噜的喝起来。看它那副模样，真使人发笑。

熊猫是世界上的珍贵动物，是动物园中的宠儿。它的一举一动，给成千上万的游人增添了乐趣。 我是一只珍贵的大熊猫，名叫龙腾。在六一儿童节期间，应衡阳市小朋友的邀请，来到衡阳市动物园，与小朋友们一起欢度六一儿童节。
