在众多的传统节日里我最喜欢的莫过于春节了，它有着悠久的历史文化。每每到了春节这一天，我都会帮着爸爸一起贴春联、贴倒福，可高兴了。到了晚上，一大家人围着一起高高兴兴的吃着年夜饭听爷爷给我们讲年的故事，外面的鞭炮声"砰、砰、砰"的响个不停，真是热闹非凡啊！

我还喜欢过端午节，端午节为每年农历五月初五，又称为端阳节，午日节，五月节等。赛龙舟、吃粽子、插艾蒿、戴香包，是端午节主要习俗。

今年的端午节，我非常开心！因为我知道了怎么包粽子。先把糯米泡在水里，然后把粽子叶浸湿，就可以包了。将两片叶子竖直相合，再将粽子叶叠成三角形，把糯米放进去，再放几个红枣进去把粽子叶合上绑上线，一个粽子就包好了。最后放锅里煮，大约一个小时就可以出锅了。粽子香气四溢，真是太美味了！

传统节日经过了岁月的考验和提炼留下来很多精华，闪耀着民族智慧与民族精神的灿烂光茫，我喜欢传统节日！

我国有许多传统节日，比如有：中秋节、重阳节、元宵节、春节……我最喜欢的节日是端午节，因为端午节可以吃粽子。

一大早，外婆就去菜市场买了包粽子的材料。开始包粽子了，我学外婆把粽叶卷成斗笠形，再捞一小勺糯米来放进去。可是，糯米掉下去了。我又捞了一勺糯米放进去，可是，糯米又掉下去了。我一次次把糯米放进去，糯米却一次次地掉。后来，我才发现原来是底下有个洞啊!我换一片粽叶，把糯米放进去，再放一些肉馅。接着放糯米使劲压一压，把粽叶卷好，用一条棉线从底部包扎好。可是，我不会打结，只好又向外婆求助。半个小时过去了，我和外婆包了好多个粽子。

包完粽子，要开始蒸粽子了。粽子蒸好了，我赶紧把粽子往嘴里送。粽子可真好吃，不一会儿，我们就把粽子吃光了。那滋味真是让了吃了还想吃。

啊!端午节美味可口、营养丰富的粽子可真让人忘也忘不了。

时光如同白驹过隙，眨眼间，一年又过去，新年不知不觉到了，家里也慢慢变得忙碌起来。

端午节到了，碧绿，有着清香的竹叶;用水浸泡过的糯米看上去晶莹剔透;用调料腌制过的五花肉;毛竽，豆腐，青豆，板栗，蜜枣，豆沙，红枣……它们显得美味又诱人。妈妈用灵巧的双手把粽叶左折右叠，再用绳子层层缠绕，一会儿，一个个精致小巧的粽子就包好了。不一会儿，满屋飘香，把我馋的直流口水。我连忙打开一个粽子，迫不及待的往嘴里送。

“宝贝，别光顾着吃，你明白端午节为什么要吃粽子吗?”妈妈问道。

“当然是因为纪念屈原。他是一个爱国诗人，看见秦军攻破楚国国都时，就满怀悲愤地投江自尽了。”妈妈带我穿越了时空，来到了烽火四起的楚国，看见了屈原跳江时脸上绝望的神情。老百姓把粽子丢到江里，期望能喂饱鱼虾，不让他们夺食屈原的尸体。

元宵节刚至时，是从睡梦中便迎来了。当第一缕阳光从窗外射入屋中，我睁开双眼，觉得这是不寻常的一天，总算是清醒了，想到今日便是元宵节，心中万分欢喜。

洗完脸，只听妈妈喊道：“吃元宵了。”我迫不及待地冲出去，进入厨房，端起那热气腾腾的元宵，十分欢喜。这元宵是那样白，那样糯，进入口中的香甜，更是喜悦，无法用任何语言所能来表述。

每当春节离我们越来越近的时候，我们都怀着期待的心情，迎接着崭新的一年。

许多国人现如今只知有“清明”而不知有“寒食节”。

寒食节通常是冬至后第105日。与清明节日期相近。清初汤若望历法改革以前，清明节定在寒食节两日之后；汤氏改革后，清明节定在寒食节一日之前。现代24气节的定法沿袭汤氏，因此寒食节就在清明节次日。

现普遍认为起源于春秋晋文公时期的贤臣介子推，但后人多所考证，认为应是季春时要换新火。寒食节的真正起源，是源于古代的钻木、求新火之制。

古人因季节不同，用不同的树木钻火，有改季改火之俗。而每次改火之后，就要换取新火。新火未至，就禁止人们生火，这是当时的一件大事。《周礼》曰：“司@氏．仲春以木铎火禁于国中．为季春将出火也。”

寒食节习俗，有扫墓、郊游、斗鸡子、荡秋千、打毯、牵钩（拔河）等。其中扫墓之俗，是很古老的。寒食节由北方向南方迁徙的“移民”将中原文化带入“蛮夷之地”。虽然“寒食”在中原已经不多见，却在南方多省，特别是浙江和福建境内仍保持了“清明节”食“寒食”之传统。但因为年代久远，“寒食节”这个节日及些节日传统已慢慢地融入了“清明节”传统内。例如浙江省龙游县保持了上千年食用“寒食”之传统，现称之为“清明”：以糯米粉做皮，有”（如意）饺子“形状，也有像月饼一样压模的。一般有白色和青色两种，取“清明”同音：白色为糯米面团原色，青色则是糯米面团里加了艾叶草。蒸熟后的“清明”清香糍糯的外皮加上里面包的各色馅料，可咸可甜，老少皆宜。

中国最早的春祭在寒食节，后来改为在清明节，现在华北部分地区仍然在寒食节扫墓祭祖。韩国方面，仍然保留在寒食节进行春祭的传统。虽然无法知道寒食节在什么时候被清明节取代，但从唐代多首与寒食节有关的诗来看，至少在唐朝时，中原人仍然有纪念寒食节的习惯。

这天下午一点，爷爷、奶奶和妈妈一起去厨房烧又香又美味的年夜饭。到了晚傍晚，我顺着香味看到了外焦里嫩的鲈鱼，馋得我口水都要流下来了。正好，他们所有人都在厨房里。赶紧用筷子夹了一块，哈哈。在我刚伸筷子准备夹的时候，一下子被鱼刺弹了回去，真像蹦蹦床一样。我找来水果刀，用刀把鱼肉切成了两半，我再用筷子一夹，把鱼肉夹了起来吃了，这块鱼肉可真顽皮!

这时候，吃年夜饭了，爷爷把鞭炮放了起来，家家户户的鞭炮都被点燃了似的。万紫千红，真好看!

吃完了年夜饭，爷爷给我讲年兽的故事：在几千年前的春节，人家在烧年夜饭的时候，年兽忽然从一座山上跑了下来，伤害了整个村庄的人。有一天，年兽走了之后，有一个人说：“年兽怕火和声音，还有红通通的东西。”等第二年的春节的时候人家烧年夜饭的时候，年兽又来了。人们用火把围着年兽转，这时候一阵打鼓声，吓得年兽捂着眼睛，又有一个人拿着红色的彩笔对着年兽。年兽害怕得就跑走了。从此，年兽再也不敢来了，村庄里过年的时候就变得安宁了。最后，我听着听着就睡着了，爷爷把我抱回了房间。

这个春节可真难忘啊!
