包完粽子，要开始蒸粽子了。粽子蒸好了，我赶紧把粽子往嘴里送。粽子可真好吃，不一会儿，我们就把粽子吃光了。那滋味真是让了吃了还想吃。

啊!端午节美味可口、营养丰富的粽子可真让人忘也忘不了。

今天就是清明节，也就是扫墓的日子。

早上，我们吃过早饭，便驱车去老家——张田楼扫墓。

一进村，我向两边一看，家家户户都就是四合院，和古代的房子一样，也就是黑色的房顶。

三爷拿着铁锹，和我们一起向墓地走去。道路越来越窄，最后变成羊肠小道，走不好就会掉到沟里。路不但窄，而且还十分陡峭，这时，我才尝到红军长征的滋味。

来到墓地，四周就是一望无际的麦苗，麦苗中间还夹着菠菜和莴笋。三爷用铁锹把墓地周围的杂草一点一点地挖掉。爸爸说：“这叫除草。”我和爷爷把金元宝和银元宝放在祖先张增轩的墓前，又解开钱纸，也放了上去。爷爷用打火机点燃了，然后我们一起跪在地上说：“过节了，放心花吧!”三爷也点燃了纸钱，跪在地上说：“有金元宝，还有银元宝，尽情的花吧!”这时，我看见另外一个墓边放着一个酒瓶。我感到很奇怪，于就是就问爸爸，爸爸说：“因为他生前爱喝酒，所以死后家人才放了一个酒瓶，让他永远都有酒喝。”下午，我们回到了家里。

今年的清明节，我第一次随爷爷回老家扫墓，真就是受益匪浅。

今天就是清明节，但就是我和妈妈这边的亲戚们就是前天去扫的墓。地方还就是老样子，过程也没有变。清明节基本上已经成为了我们几家一年中聚会的日子。

在陵墓宣传区我看到了现在一些新陵墓的推介，其中最喜欢的就就是植树安葬，也就就是在埋骨灰的地方种一棵树而不就是修一个水泥或大理石的墓地。平时祭拜就到树那里去。

墓地基本上就是一个永久性的东西，不断地有人去世，那么墓地的面积就会不断地扩大，如果全都像现在这样花一大把钱修建一个墓地，过不了多久就会出现“死人和活人争地皮”的现象。但如果就是植树的话，那么先人们留给后人们的就会就是一片森林了。

从另外一个角度看，树就是不断成长的，每年去祭拜时肯定会看到它的变化，感觉好像去世的亲人在以新的方式存活在这个世上，比起那日渐老化的墓碑更有灵气。

希望这样的方式能够被更多人接受，从而得以普及。

端午节是我们国家的传统节日，据说端午节是为纪念屈原的，唐代的文秀说的正是这样的“节分端午自谁言，万古传闻为屈原”。我喜欢端午节是因为这一天可以吃到我最喜欢的粽子，还可以看赛龙舟比赛，这对于小朋友来说是最开心的了。

端午节是每年的农历五月初五，有着特殊的意义，端午节又称“端阳节”、“五月节”、“艾节”、“五日”……端午节小孩子们都会佩带香囊，端午节大家都会在家里团聚，一起吃粽子，在这一天，我们都很开心。

前年，奶奶还在家里自己做粽子，我在旁边看着，闻着极香的糯米味、搅拌着盘里的豆沙，我迫不及待的想要吃到这美味的粽子，奶奶说：“看你馋的，等好了再吃，生的可不能吃，再等一会吧!”我听了一脸不高兴，吃不到了，“好了之后，先给你吃。”小时候，我一听到有人大声叫喊：“卖粽子了，一元一个，绝对是纯手工，”我就吵着让奶奶给我买，奶奶没办法，只好给我买我拿着粽子十分高兴，不知怎么，长大之后一听到那个叫卖声，我还是那么幼稚吵着让妈妈给我买。

我只是认为，粽子是一种吉祥和安乐的象征，认为它是中国传统文化的继承，端午节还要赛龙舟，说起赛龙舟我是很在行的，赛龙舟在我国南方是很流行的，它最早是古越族人祭水神或龙神的一种祭祀活，直到20__年广州亚运会正式比赛项目。

我喜欢端午节，不仅因为可以吃到我喜欢的粽子，因为我觉得我们还应该向屈原致敬，为他对国家做出的贡献。以后我也要好好学习，做一个对国家对社会有用的人。

清明节来源于春秋时期“割肉只为救忠主，烧山以泪洗清”的故事。这一天，规定祭奠故去的亲友，表达人们对故去亲友的怀念。

每次元宵节过后，人们都开始计划清明节。准备酒，贡品，鞭炮，红纸，祭神，祖先用的钱纸，和村民商量清明，等待清明节的到来。

每年冬至后108天，即闰年的4月4日，其余年份的4月5日为清明节。清明节前三天，人们开始摆宴席，吃粽子，号召亲朋好友一起去祭拜已故的长辈。但是这一天和清明节不一样。清明节这一天不想用灶火做饭。人们只能在这一天吃剩菜或素食，所以这一天也称为寒食节，所以宴会自然会取消。而且这一天，女性被禁足，无法出门，只能待在家里。在这一天，人们不能穿鲜艳的衣服，他们只能穿便衣。

满足以上条件后，即可出门扫墓。人们带着锄头和鞭炮大张旗鼓地去他们的目的地。扫墓，先扫墓，所以去墓地的时候，首先要扫墓上的草。俗话说墓边草三尺高，不配后人。所以在这一天，人们会尽最大努力消除根源。

Dont Waste Water

撒进去后，再倒上清泉似的温开水，糯米粉随着温开水有节奏地调配得十分均匀。渐渐地糯米和水融为一体，我用手腕和手掌不断地按压着糯米团，/将碗里残留的糯米粘下来。一拉一扯，有弹性的糯米渐渐成为了一个大大的雪白糯米团。

从冰箱里取出赤红色细小的酥麻。酥麻中再放入红糖和白砂糖混合，成为香甜酥脆的酥麻馅儿。

再取出大拇指大的糯米团，在中间放呈小拇指大小的酥麻馅儿，再包裹起来不要露出一丁点儿来。慢慢搓成了一个甜美的小圆球。

放入煮锅里的汤圆冒着一个个晶莹剔透的小泡泡。升腾的热气像一层厚厚的白罩住了整个煮锅。一大股热气飘上空中渐渐形成一缕轻烟，慢慢消散。

煮好的元宵像一个个粉嘟嘟的小脸蛋冒着热气，品一品，外软内酥，香甜脆酥，仍有糯香……

今年的中秋将至，似乎人们都在期盼着，或盼望着一家团圆其乐融融地观赏者中秋的圆月，或举头望月凭借着这个众人团圆的日子，彻头彻尾地将内心对亲人对故乡的思念宣泄一番。我从没有体验过远离自己的独自处在外地的生活，所以没法感受出门在外远离家乡的游子的思念心绪。

我们一家人来到院子里，一人搬了把小椅子，静静的坐着等着，一轮明月的升起。终于，这个小女孩露出了小脑袋，看着人们，好像还有些羞涩。渐渐的，在我们的欢声笑语中，她，也胆大了起来，不停地爬向天空，我们一家人看着她，像看着一块宝玉似的，一刻也不想将眼神儿转移。这时，姥姥拿出一盘月饼，给大家分着来吃，每个人都笑眯眯的，一边吃月饼一边赏月，心里美极了!
