俗话说：“百善孝为先”。记得小时候的一个傍晚，全家人准备吃饭，爷爷还在门前的菜地浇菜，我和弟弟去叫了好几次，爷爷总是叫我们先吃，别等他。半个小时后，爷爷回来看到家人们都没吃，一下子愣住了，惊讶地说道：“不是让你们先吃吗?”我用稚嫩的声音回答道：“爸爸妈妈说过，家人没到齐，不能动筷。”爷爷笑着摸摸我的头说：“我的大孙子真棒!”此时，全家人都向我投来赞许的目光。虽然现在我们和爷爷奶奶是分开住的，但是只要一有时间，爸妈就会带着我和弟弟回去看爷爷奶奶。妈妈会给二老买菜、买水果和生活用品，给他们煮饭、打扫卫生，奶奶逢人就夸妈妈是个孝顺的懂事的好儿媳。我和弟弟会陪着爷爷下棋，逗爷爷开心。而爸爸则陪爷爷拉家常，嘘寒问暖。

孝敬长辈是中华民族的传统美德，我要把这优秀的传统发扬光大。“家是最小国，国是千万家”，只要每个家庭都树立良好的家风，就会有良好的国风，有了良好的国风，我们才能承载起历史赋予的使命，逐梦前行，圆梦时代!

As we all know，the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places，we cant see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. But what can we do?How to protect our environmemt ?For example，we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping baskets not plastic bags when we go shopping，and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word，if everyone pays more attention to our environment ，there will be less pollution and our life will be better。“There is only one earth”，I hope everyone will protect our environment well.

What do I want to do when Im older? Someone wants to be a doctor. Someone wants to be a basketball player because they are good at sport. Someone wants to be a writer and to make the writing. Someone wants to be a teacher because they like teaching children.

I like playing the piano and I good at it. So I want to become a piano player. Play the piano is very interesting. And you can learn something of music. Piano can make you like music. A lot of musician and singer are love playing piano.

I play the piano when Im ten years old. Now Im in grand five. I hope when Im sixteen years old , I can become grand eight. Ill be harder and harder to practise.

Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

Food safety is very important for every one of us, because food safety is related to the physical and mental health of each and every one of us.

We eat, for example, often eat junk food will cause great harm to the body. So the first thing to see if you eat food safety food, generally have the safety and production of a trademark can we eat, because of security and production of a trademark in general can guarantee food safety. If food has environmental protection sign, so much the better, because environmental protection sign of food to put it another way of green food, eat more security, and nutrition. 例如我们吃东西的时候，经常吃到垃圾食品就会对身体造成很大的伤害。所以首先要看看你吃的食品是不是安全食品，一般要有安全商标和生产商标我们才能吃，因为安全商标和生产商标一般可以保证食品安全。假如食品有环保标志，那就更好了，因为环保标志的食品换一种说法就是绿色食品，吃了更安全，而且还有营养呢。所以我建议大家多吃绿色食品。

其实我们大家都有个共同的坏习惯，那就是爱吃垃圾食品。

那什么是垃圾食品呢?我们平常最爱吃的肯德基、麦当劳、开心汤姆里面的油炸食品就是垃圾食品，还有就是学校门口卖的小食品也是垃圾食品。

我给大家举一个吃肯德基的例子：有一个人，他每天都是吃肯德基，结果长的比猪还胖，多难看。同学们经常吃学校门口店子里的小食品也容易引起肠胃不好。

所以我们大家一定不要吃肯德基和其他的三无产品。
