（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. It took us forty minutes to reach the foot of the Great Wall. It was for the first time that I saw the Great Wall. Oh， how grand and magnificent it is!

I couldn‘t wait to climb upward， taking my father‘s hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. I felt a little tired. My fahter encouraged me in the words， "Teng Teng， do you know that you are not a man if you fail to reach the Great Wall? Come on!" It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! The view there was very beautiful . I hope to visit Beijing again very soon.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

has its charm. Writing letters means someone is in sincere attitude, the one who

receives the letter will be touched deeply. Sometimes message is hard to use

phone to explain, then letters will be used. In a word, writing letter will be

not out of day.

I plan to do lots of homework today.First ,I read english articles,next I wrote my science tests snd math tests.I had some questions.So I called to my classmates to ask,then I listened to the music,I enjoyed it.In the afternoon,I drew some bananas,I believed I can draw it well.In the evening ,I played computer games.After that ,I read a famous book on the bed.It was a happy day today.

It was the first day of our winter vacation. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter vacations, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.
