在春节到来之前，我和姐姐，姑姑去超市买年货。我和姐姐在超市里跑来跑去的，看到什么好吃的就拿到购物车里。好像两只小馋猫在超市里随便拿东西。我们拿了好多东西，有橡皮糖，巧克力，蛋卷，薯片等，都是好吃的。到结账的时候我们花了四百多元，姑姑心疼死了。我们两个嘴馋，春节还没有到来我们就开始吃零食了。

春节到了，哥哥，姐夫，爸爸都从远方过来和我们一起吃团圆饭。我姑姑烧了好多美味可口的菜，有牛肉，走油肉，虾，春卷等，还有我最喜欢吃的可乐鸡翅。人都齐了，我们碰过杯子就开始狼吞虎咽的吃了起来。哥哥说我很内向，其实我平时在家里都是生龙活虎的，只是一看见人多了起来，我就害羞了。今年我收了好多红包，姐姐工作了，奶奶把给姐姐的一份也给了我，好开心。

吃完了可口的饭菜，我和哥哥，姐姐，姐夫一起搓麻将。一开始他们都心不在焉的，一边搓麻将，一边玩手机。后来在姑姑的指导下，我连赢了好几盘，还有一次杠头开花，一人10元，他们开始紧张起来，手都开始抖了。先前他们还说要让我把收的那些红包都吐出来，现在能不输钱就好了。我们搓了一个下午的麻将，我赢了好多钱。

张海迪：活着就要做个对社会有益的人

张海迪，1955年秋天在济南出生。5岁患脊髓病，胸以下全部瘫痪。从那时起，张海迪开始了她独到的人生。她无法上学，便在在家自学完中学课程。15岁时，海迪跟随父母，下放(山东)聊城农村，给孩子当起教书先生。她还自学针灸医术，为乡亲们无偿治疗。后来，张海迪自学多门外语，还当过无线电修理工。

在残酷的命运挑战面前，张海迪没有沮丧和沉沦，她以顽强的毅力和恒心与疾病做斗争，经受了严峻的考验，对人生充满了信心。她虽然没有机会走进校门，却发愤学习，学完了小学、中学全部课程，自学了大学英语、日语、德语和世界语，并攻读了大学和硕士研究生的课程。1983年张海迪开始从事文学创作，先后翻译了《海边诊所》等数十万字的英语小说，编著了《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》、《轮椅上的梦》等书籍。其中《轮椅上的梦》在日本和韩国出版，而《生命的追问》出版不到半年，已重印3次，获得了全国“五个一工程”图书奖。在《生命的追问》之前，这个奖项还从没颁发给散文作品。最近，一部长达30万字的长篇小说《绝顶》，即将问世。从1983年开始，张海迪创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。

为了对社会作出更大的贡献，她先后自学了十几种医学专著，同时向有经验的医生请教，学会了针灸等医术，为群众无偿治疗达1万多人次。

1983年，《中国青年报》发表《是颗流星，就要把光留给人间》，张海迪名噪中华，获得两个美誉，一个是“八十年代新雷锋”，一个是"“当代保尔”。

张海迪怀着“活着就要做个对社会有益的人”的信念，以保尔为榜样，勇于把自己的光和热献给人民。她以自己的言行，回答了亿万青年非常关心的人生观、价值观问题。邓小平亲笔题词：“学习张海迪，做有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义新人!”

随后，使张海迪成为道德力量。

张海迪现为全国政协委员，供职在山东作家协会，从事创作和翻译。

为了丰富学生暑期生活，为了迎接下半年，瑞安市中小学生田径运动会在我校召开，暑假特地举办“七彩夏日，健康成长”为主题的二年级部分学生夏令营活动。活动内容丰富、尽量让每个学生在活动中有收益，从而进一步丰富学生生活，拓展视野，增强体魄，锻炼意志，培养自强自立、吃苦耐劳、顽强拼搏的精神，不断提高独立自主、自我发展、自我超越的能力，促进学生的全面发展。

五、收费：仅收伙食费300元，教师辅导费全部由学校负担。

夏天到了，炎热的空气不免让我们感觉到热，这个暑假，我妈妈这个暑假就给我报了一个夏令营，到上海去看世博会的夏令营，我们先做火车，在火车上我有点饿了就去买盒饭，你猜盒饭多少钱，我看了价目表吓到我直达罗嗦一碗米20元一瓶矿泉水8元，总知没有便宜的下了火车映入眼帘的就是一个繁华的大城市我和我的同伴好奇的看眼前的情景——高大的楼房，还有欢笑的人群，大街小巷都是五彩缤纷的霓虹灯，直到我们看的眼花缭乱，我们才肯走，到了宾馆两人一个房间 我看电视看到9：00才睡.......

第二天我们要去欢乐谷，不是真的峡谷，是一个游乐场，我们先买票，我们先玩的是一个丛林飞鼠四人做一个的那种开始的时候走的很慢，有的人忍不住大吼：“这是什么丛林飞书啊，这简直是丛林爬鼠。”听了这句话我们情不自禁的大笑起来，谁知就在我们笑的合不拢嘴的时候，速度突然加快，刚才那个大吼的人吓的忙叫道：“飞鼠大爷对不起，我错了，速度慢点吧!”我也感到紧张，吓地我六神无主，魂不附体，那个人下来的时候第一件事就是呕吐，吐地是满地都是，这是后话，不表。

第三天我们去的是杜拉夫人蜡像馆，刚到那里就有一股逼真的蜡像真人一样向你走了过来，我看看前边那个“人”问到：“请问姚明蜡像在那里。”那“人”一动不动我向前一看，是一座蜡像，汗。真的太逼真了。

第四天我们就要到目的地了——世博园。世博园的人可以堪称人山人海啊!真是脚尖对脚尖，肩膀碰肩膀。怪不得电视上都说世博人流量是最多的。我好不容易进去了，我们第一个先去的是中国馆人很多我们排了5小时的队才进去，里边很凉快，不像外边一样炎热，里边有中国的悠久的历史还有中国现代的高科技，看的我目不暇接，出来的时候，我感觉到知识增长了很多。

第五天，该是我们向上海告别的日子了，我们依依不舍的离开了繁华的上海市。

这次夏令营让我感觉到了上海的繁华和中国的繁荣昌盛。这次夏令营对我留下了深刻的映象。

放暑假了！我们学校举办了一次夏令营活动，我兴致勃勃地参加了这次活动。

我们来到营地一看，啊！原来跟我们想象中的可不一样，土地坑坑洼洼的，很不平整。进入营地后，我们一个个听了下来，旁边一个教官向我们走了过来，把我们领进了小操场里，进入操场后，教官对我们说：“现在我们来练习五分钟坐姿，把你们的书包全部放在地上，赶紧坐好，不能动。”听了教官的话后，我们赶紧坐了下来，一动不动，不一会儿，我们就个个汗流浃背，但是我仍旧咬咬牙坚持了下去，这真是对我的一次毅力的考验啊！

下午，教官带我们来到射箭场练习射箭，我们个个开不已，首先教官跟我们讲了射箭的要求，大家听得都很认真，个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌。这时轮到我了，我心里还是比较紧张和害怕的，心砰砰直跳，像一只活蹦乱跳的小兔子。我鼓足了勇气。把箭射了出去。啊！真可惜，没有射中，但是我还是很高兴，因为这是我第一次射箭啊！

通过这次夏令营生活，让我感到部队的生活有苦也有乐，让我得到了锻炼，这次经历让我终身难忘！

暑假夏令营我们参加的活动是以爱的教育为主题的。依稀记得彼此眼神的信赖。第一天，我们探访了陌生人的家里，这可是我第一次敲响陌生人的家门。离开了营地，兴奋和期待的心情便缠绕上了我。可是，看着大哥哥们屡次碰壁，又加上心内的胆怯，我更加没有信心了，越来越不敢去敲陌生人的家门。幸好，我们组的队员，还有大使，始终都关注着我，他们最后鼓励我，给予我信心和勇气，我也迈出了第一步，走上前去，与陌生人沟通。虽然最后还是被拒绝了，可是对我来说，从伙伴们眼中透露出的对我的信赖，就已经足够了。到最后，我们还是没有成功，可是我从中得到了锻炼，找到了自信，学会了如何与他人更好的交往。我还明白，成功是缺少不了他人对你的信赖的。

依旧珍藏同舟共济的感慨。我们玩过一个游戏，叫同舟共济，所有的组员要站在一块一平方米左右的布上，然后要将这块布翻面，并且布上的人都不能够踩到外面去。当我得知这个游戏，感到多么的不可思议。伙伴们经过了一遍又一遍的失败，可是没有一个人言败，正是这股力量支持着我们，最后我们成功的完成了游戏，并且取得了好成绩。完成之后，每个人都气喘吁吁，汗流浃背，可微微扬起的嘴角，足以证实成功的果实有多甜。

依依不舍同一屋檐的情怀。不知不觉中，三天的时光就已经过去，是时候跟大家说一声再见了。在结营式上，每个组都拿出了在短时间内所准备的节目，虽然都比较简朴，但都流露着真情。最后每一位大使的发言，更是打动人心，很多营员都潸然泪下，我的眼眶也微微湿润了。仪式结束后，大家都纷纷挥手告别，我实在是舍不得跨出营地啊……

依然沉醉耳畔的那份依赖。自从夏令营到现在也已经有一年了，然而营会中的欢声笑语，在我的记忆中却未暗淡，还会时不时的在我耳边响起。

进入夏令营小组后，从星星相识到营会别惜，大家能够从萍水相逢到莫逆之交，这也正是因为：

爱在彼此心间，我们在夏令营活动中都接受到了爱的教育。

今年暑假，我参加了暑期夏令营活动。7月6日，我们兴高采烈地随着老师，踏上了旅程......

北京，我们的首都，一个繁华的大都市，面积168平方千米，人口1300多万。我，一个农村的孩子，能有幸来到这里，真是一桩即使人兴奋又使人感到新鲜的事。

北京，是一座历史文化名城，同时，又是一处旅游圣地。金碧辉煌的宫殿、气势雄伟的庙坛、荟萃天下的宗教建筑、巧夺天工的皇家园林，同那棋盘式的街道、古老的四合院交相辉映，构成了别具一格的古城风貌。这一切，都令我向往，想着，想着，我不禁激动万分。

第二天凌晨，我们早早地起床，在老师的带领下，来到了天安门广场，来观看庄严的升旗仪式。广场布局宏伟、气势磅礴，充分体现了中国悠久的历史文化和大国风范。天还没有大亮，蒙蒙胧胧的。可观看升旗仪式的人却早早地到了，人群黑压压的一大片。五星红旗是中华人民共和国的国旗，鲜艳的国旗要同太阳一起升起。

庄严的时刻终于来到了!4：53分，升旗仪式开始了。只见解放军叔叔迈着整齐的步伐从天安门城楼走出，来到旗杆下，一缕金色的阳光洒向大地，“刷——”鲜艳的五星红旗伴着第一缕阳光冉冉升起。我抬头望着五星红旗，心中有说不出的激动。想到1949年10月1日，毛主席在天安门城楼上宣布：“中华人民共和国、中央人民政府已于今天成立了!”这庄严的宣布，这雄伟的声音，想到全场三十万人翻江倒海的欢呼声……如今，中华人民共和国成立了52周年了，想想这些年的变化 ，真叫人欣慰。短短几分钟的升旗仪式结束了，可它永远是我最美好的回忆。

这次北京夏令营不仅让我领略到了祖国的大好河山，还学到了一些历史知识，真是两全齐美。

This summer, i had some special days. i joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

first, i will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. they are friendly and beautiful. they are students at oxford university.

we talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

we know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

we tried to write a letter to principal zhang. we made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. we gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

on the last day, we had a good time. we made black tea. we put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. to cook them is very interesting. when we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. we put some jam on it. how delicious! i won’t ever forget it.

the summer camp is a really good chance for me. i know the local things in england. i learned a lot and like english more. i also know better ways to learn english well.

上个周未，我们去墨子古街夏令营玩了两天，我感到最快乐的事情就是玩水。

午休过后，我们拿上水枪，排好队伍，被教练带着穿上了教生衣，然后下了水。

下水不久，忽然传来一阵怪异的尖叫声，广播里通知人造海啸马上开始，然后过了几分钟，一个高达三米的浪头向我们打了过来，我赶紧顺势躺了下去，然后屏任了呼吸，全身放松，浪打到我们这边时，已经没什么高度，一两米罢了，当时那场浪一来，很多橙色“物体”都在浪顶闪一下，很快又没了。

过了一会，我找到了好伙伴们，和他们一起谈感受。他们说：“浪来时，你只要跳一下，跳过那浪就OK了。”

刚说玩，又一个浪打了过来，我先退到他们后边，当浪花打到我面前的时候，我跳了一下，竟然跳了过去，可是正当我高兴时，浪打在墙上，又反弹了回来，把我冲到了伙伴们面前。

几分钟后，第二波浪来了，我们就在一起看着浪打过来，到面前时，我先小跳了一下，然后大跳一下，可是我跳晚了一些，鼻子里面进了不少水，那滋味可真难受呀。

这次夏令营活动，让我懂得了照顾自己，我也变得更加坚强了。

假日里我参加了夏令营活动，给我影响最深刻的是去武警部队训练。

早上，我们夏令营大的小朋友来到武警叔叔训练的场地上观看武警叔叔们表演打拳、走队列。他们的拳打得虎虎生威，喊声惊天动地、地动山摇。他们的步伐整整齐齐、刚劲有力，使我们看得眼花缭乱。

我们正看得入迷，忽然听见一声哨响，轮到我们开始训练了。我们站成一排，由况康泉叔叔指导我们训练。叔叔教我们敬礼、列队、走步。叔叔教什么我们就学什么，我们学得很认真。太阳晒得我们大汉淋漓，我感觉骨头都快散架了，可我一咬牙挺了过去。我可不想当逃兵！

接下来该参观武警叔叔的营房。我看见被子叠得着整整齐齐，像豆腐块一样。床单雪白雪白的，一尘不染。漱口杯摆成一条线，杯子里的牙刷都朝一个方向，牙膏又朝另一个方向，远远望去，就像列队的士兵。我们都惊呆了。我从来没见过这么整齐的营房！
