我最喜欢的节日是春节,在这一天,爷爷奶奶会给我压岁钱,家里人可以团聚在一起,共同庆祝春节,下午我们可以在后院放烟花,还可以在一起跳舞,到了晚上,大人们为我们做好了一顿美味的年夜饭.吃过年夜饭一会,我们一家人就可以坐在电视机前面观看春晚了.

我们的学校叫环山小学，是一所有一百多年历史的小学。

一起进校门，映入眼帘的是白色大理石砌成的三座高大石碑，上面有孔子、爱因斯坦、达芬奇。往前走几步就看见用玻璃砌成的玻璃台，玻璃台上有爱因斯坦和孔子不有老子的雕像，激励着我们更加努力地学习。

沿着校园的小道往前走，就会看到走廊上有一排紫滕花架，下面是一排用大理石砌成的长凳，上面是拱形的不锈钢架。春天，紫藤抽出新的枝条，长出了嫩绿的叶子。夏天，紫藤枝叶长得最茂盛，密密层层的枝叶挡着夏天火辣辣的太阳，同学们在她的怀里看书，玩耍。到了秋天，深绿色的叶子下就会长出像扁豆一样的果实。不仔细找还找不到它呢。冬天，才有一些叶子慢慢变黄，紫藤弯弯曲曲地缠绕在架子上。

紫藤花架的后面有一片石林，巨型的石柱像一把把锋利的宝剑一样直入云霄，它们大小不一，形态万千。

这就是我们美丽的学校!

我最喜欢过节了，每一个节日我都喜欢。如：劳动节，国庆节，中秋节，端午节等……但其中我最最喜欢的还是春节。

为什么喜欢春节呢？当然是因为春节可以放寒假，还可以吃到各种美味佳肴，最高兴的事儿还是放烟花，收很多的红包。

我还是先介绍一下吃吧！

过年时，我们一家几乎每天晚饭都在别人家吃，或者是在饭店，所以每次吃饭，我都很开心。

放烟花是春节里的主要节目，大人每次放烟花的时候，我都会用双手捂着耳朵躲地远远地……等噼里啪啦的轰鸣声停止以后，我才探着脑袋出来。

有压岁钱，可是最开心的事儿了，每回春节时，爸爸妈妈都会带着我和妹妹出去拜年，长辈们就会给我们大大的纸红包，而纸红包里面装着的就是压岁钱，看的我眼睛都成了钱眼了。我收到的红包有很多，二百的，三百的，五百的……甚至还收到过一千的，收红包的感觉真好，要是天天过年就好了。

这就是我最喜欢的节日――春节。

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏”。在一阵阵热闹的爆竹声中，我们又迎来了一个热闹的春节。

吃饺子可是春节重要的习俗，看见妈妈早早开始准备包饺子，我也叫着要学包饺子。在妈妈的指导下，我小心地从冰箱里拿出猪肉和洗好的韭菜、胡萝卜，把它们逐个放在案板上。妈妈拿起菜刀，“嚓、嚓、嚓”全部切成丁，剁成泥，放在碗里，加调料：食用盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、食用油，打2个鸡蛋，然后顺着一个方向搅拌起来——就这样，鲜香美味的肉馅儿做好了。

妈妈拿出饺子皮儿，一边包一边对我说：“现在要包饺子了，一定要记住，必须轻轻的包，不然，饺子皮破了，就白白浪费了，看，像我这样，慢慢来。”

在妈妈的指导下，我将一勺肉馅儿放在饺子皮的中央，用手拿起饺子的一面，像折纸一样，和另一面对齐，然后按压肉馅儿和饺子皮的之间的空隙，我越包越快，一会儿就是一盘，哈哈哈，一个个又圆又胖的饺子，正等着入锅呢!

妈妈把饺子下进锅里，不一会儿，我就闻到了香味，可真诱人啊!妈妈说：“饺子好了，尝尝我女儿的手艺!”爸爸和爷爷吃了一个饺子，说：“真棒!”我得意地拿起筷子，夹了一个大饺子，“啊呜”一口，一个饺子就进我肚子里了。

美好的春节，美味的饺子，到现在还念念不忘。你是不是也很喜欢这样美味的饺子呢!
