一般人认为端午节起源于纪念伟大的爱国主义诗人屈原。也有一些人认为是为了纪念自杀后，被吴王投入江中的伍子胥。总之，类似的传说五花八门，但最权威的说法是纪念屈原说了。据说，公元前278年，秦军攻破楚国京都。屈原眼看自己的国家被侵略，含恨抱石头投汨罗江而死。屈原死后，楚国百姓哀痛异常，每年这一天纷纷涌到江边去凭吊屈原，所以在每年五月初五就有了赛龙舟，吃粽子，喝雄黄酒，悬艾草的风俗。其中赛龙舟最有特色，那争先恐后的激烈场面就像屈原强烈的爱国精神一样，几千年来一直激励着我们。

端午节要插艾枝，悬艾虎。端午节这天一早，人们将艾枝插在门上，或用艾蒿编织成“艾虎”，在门楣中央或带在身上，驱虫避邪，以保安康。

端午节要画门符。端午节这天，人们将蝎子、蜈蚣、毒蛇、蛤蟆、壁虎“五毒”形象的剪纸做门符。据说这样做，是为了驱“五毒”，防瘟疫。

端午节要带香包、系五彩丝线。香包是用棉制品和丝线绣的，包里除了装些雄黄、苍术外，还要装香草配成的香料，戴在身上起驱虫除秽的作用。五次丝线象征五色龙，系五色线可以降服妖魔鬼怪。

农历八月十五日是中秋节，在中国它是最重要的传统节日之一。 在那一天，人们通常回家与家人团聚，一家人聚在一起饱餐一顿。最流行的食品是月饼，它们圆圆的就像月亮。

中秋节晚上的月亮特别地圆。人们都在自家的院子里一边赏月一边吃着可口的月饼。这个时候；一些老人会讲述许多古老的故事，如月亮上的玉兔，孩子们信以为真，他们真想有一天登上月球看个究竟。 中秋是个美好的节日啊 !

In China， Spring Festival is the biggest day. People will come back home and enjoy spending some time with their families. So no matter how far they are， they will figure out all the ways to come back home and get reunited. The house cleaning work before the coming of this big day always brings me the happy memory.

We can find something lost a long time ago in the corner. It is like the surprise and makes me feel so excited. On the New Year’s Eve， all of my families will sit together and enjoy the real big meal. We share our happiness and the future expectation. What a nice moment.

Sport is the way to make people happy, can let a person have a lot of energy, spirit, full marks! Sport is not only a good friend of mine, it is my saviour, because of it, I can grow very healthy, very lively, very active!

Still there are many kinds of, have to play basketball, badminton, table tennis,,,,, etc., are sports that are good for the health of body and mind, among them, my favorite sport is: swimming, swimming can not only cure asthma, also can reduce weight, its every two. 运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!
