一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? Who are they?有好几个学生把人物关系描述复杂， 让同学猜。全班学生注意力非常集中， 认真听某个同学描述。 当同学猜出时， 课堂气氛变得日益的活跃。

2)竞赛

这些竞赛有：单词、词组接龙竞赛和对话表演竞赛等等，这些竞赛都是以小组合作的方式进行，竞赛中各小组成员之间具有一定的依赖性。通过进行这样的小组活动，每位组员意识到自己的表现会影响其他组员的成绩，而其他组员的表现也会对自己的成绩产生影响时，会促使他积极参与小组活动。如：教学十一册第15课，Unit 4.Lesson 15 How much are

the potatoes?时，我设计以小组为单位设计新年购物单，包括食品、数量、价格。而且告诉学生班费只有100元。比一比看哪组设计的购物单最好。要求组员至少给本组选一个食品，否则取消这个组的比赛。学生踊跃参加本组的购物单设计，然后由各组组长在黑板写上本组设计的购物单，全班评判，选出最佳购物单。

(二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

那些色鲜味美的饺子一个个看似十分简单，其实做起来可复杂了哩。先要把之前预备好的面粉和水和在一起，使劲儿的揉、搓、压一番，然后用擀面杖把它们擀成一张张薄薄的饺子皮儿。我经过好一番努力，终于擀出了第一张自己做的饺子皮!我把它轻轻地摊在手上，生怕它一不小心破掉。饺子皮已经全部完工!现在应该开始好好地准备饺子的馅儿了。妈妈用菜刀麻溜地躲着肉末，外婆则在一旁洗着芹菜。我的任务呢，十八猪肉末和芹菜和在一起，做成猪肉芹菜馅。不一会儿的工夫，饺子馅儿也全部完工。剩下的工作就由那些经验丰富的舅妈们来完成，我们小孩子只等着第二天除夕品尝美味的饺子了!

终于到了期盼已久的除夕夜了!外婆家里聚满了亲朋好友，大家围在大圆桌四周，吃起了团圆饭和我们昨天包的饺子。男人们喝酒，女人们看春晚，小孩子们都吵着闹着要到院子里放鞭炮，真是热闹极了。

到了大年初一，由于昨夜守岁的原因，我整个上午都赖在床上睡着懒觉，心里还想着昨晚和小伙伴们打闹的情景。

这真是一个充满传统文化气息的十分快乐的除夕夜!

竞争是我们每个人人生中必不可逃避的事实。各行各业的竞争，不同部门的竞争，竞争使我们成长，使我们进步，同时提升了我们的能力，但最重要的，竞争是合作与成功的前提。

从我们很小的时候，总是知道很上进的跟同学们比赛画房子，感觉不好的我们便会再愤愤坐下重画直到画好为止;我们也可能跟现在大了的朋友们一起回想往事，一起比赛跑步输了买糖时的情景，虽然我们都很不服，一次次的竞争，进步，直到将对手击败，获得成功，哪怕只是赢一粒糖豆也心满意足，这就是竞争的魅力。

我从小到大一直是个热爱音乐的人，小时候记得刚接触音乐时是在学校里的一个军乐队，很不起眼的我辗转反侧才终于学会了自己喜欢的项目。当时老师挑中了我和另外一位同学另加辅导练习，可谓众学生中的佼佼者了。起初我跟他并不认识，只是在该说话的时候不得不说上几句应付一下而已，学习过程中枯燥无味，直到有一次大赛我们一同比赛竟使我有了一种空虚感，肚子里没足够的东西，拿出来用时也便没法胜人一筹，一次输了的成绩给予我了一个成痛的教训，我要与他合作竞争。

失败往往对于我们是种打击，我二话不说，沉闷的走进屋里开始新一轮的练习，每当我想偷懒，我都会不由自主的想起他获奖时的场面，这无疑是种激励，把我对他的恨变为了我学习的动力，一次次的流汗练习使我对竞争更增加了一层决心。有那么一次，终于当我把练过已经数不尽次数的曲子发挥到极致，给我的第一感觉不是多么的激动喜悦，而是藏在内心里成功的巨大能量。

把恨变为动力往往比主观去做更有影响力，一次次的提高也使原本是敌人的我们有了默契。有些高难度的曲目只有我两合作才能解决。我们开始在一起练习，三张的曲目像一颗重磅压在我们身上，老师要求我们在一周内练熟背会，对于那么高难度的小节使我们不得不一点一点，一句一句的互相抠着，不会便问，用着满腔热血一天天的练习才到了如今的水平。

走上舞台的风光早已让我们忘记了练习时的苦痛，获奖时喜悦在竞争中变成了合作双赢，成功便是见证辛苦的最佳回报。

竞争、合作、成功，是我们进步的必要条件。

competition and cooperation（竞争与合作）

When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation.

Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.

But some others hold different opinion. They think cooperation is as important as competition. They base their opinion on the following reasons: on one hand, cooperation can build trust between each other and help to bring long-term relationship; on another hand, cooperation can turn a small and weak business into a big and strong one.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that both competition and cooperation are essential to success and thus should be emphasized at the same time.

Competition is Fun

Chairman Mao once made a famous remark about competition, “To battle with God is great fun! To battle with Earth is great fun! To battle with people is great fun!” His words, although seeming a bit too aggressive, have illustrated that competition is never regarded as something formidable by a brave.

Competition exists throughout the evolution of nature and everyone’s life. Creatures compete to survive the merciless environment, eliminating weaker ones; Nations in the world compete for resources and power, and whichever fallen behind is beaten. As for individuals, ever since the very first day of our lives, we are forced into a competition with thousands of others around us, including taking examinations, applying jobs and striving for promotion, the results of which definitely determine our fate. In reality, we find that in many cases competition goes hand in hand with cooperation. Lets take a football game for example. During the game, one team is competing against the other, but each member of the team must cooperate with his teammates. Otherwise, they would lose the game no matter how skillful each individual player might be. It is clear that competition has much to do with cooperation.

As far as Im concerned, I do not agree with the view that competition and cooperation are always in conflict with each other. In my opinion, while advocating competition, we should never forget cooperation. In our social life, cooperation is especially necessary because most work is fulfilled with or through other people. So Ive come to the conclusion that competition are equally important.

Instant Noodles

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I felt so bad, my mother told me that I should not eat so much instant noodles, they contained no vitamins and also frustrated my appetite. I realized my problem and started to stay away from instant noodles, then my appetite became good and I wanted to eat rice again. Instant noodles are junk food, we’d better eat it less.
