一次我生日，爸爸买回了一个平板，说是作为我的生日礼物，我便高兴地爱不释手，一拿到就在平板上下载游戏。下载好后，我迫不及待地点进去玩了起来。一玩，动听的音乐、优美的动画，虚拟的场景……让我心潮澎湃。之后每天回到家的第一件事情就是先玩上一段时间，从最初的十几分钟以至忘掉了时间，在家长的次次声声催促下，却依旧欲不能罢。然后导致作业做的就晚了，习题自然就不认真思考了……多时连作业的质量都保证不了，更别说保证每天八小时的睡眠时间了，当然成绩也差了许多。

现代是个科技新世纪，大家都爱用网络，也习惯了那种依赖的感觉。不论是艺术作品创作，论文编辑创作，好歌影片下载用网络，网络一手全包办！生活上的视觉享受，心灵体会，全由网络一首张罗！

但是这样的方便，如果过于沉迷，只会让人课业退步，情绪不稳，满脑子的想法都受制于网络的控制，特别是长久依赖网络不动脑，后果只有不堪设想。当然啰，要遵守几个要点：不看X情网站、暴力网站，加装防毒软体等，这样我们才能成为网络快乐小达人！

未来，网络的方便可能会带来生活便利，也可能在生活上暗藏危机。聪明的网络使用者，明白如何做，才能享受网络带来的种种便利与创意，不是吗？

School is our home，we are all live and study here. In order to make

Generally speaking, it is widely believed there are two major positive aspects of the Internet as follows. 信息犯罪作为一种新的范围形式日益猖獗，为提高学生防范意识，近日，学校开展了网络信息安全与反诈骗宣传教育活动。各班积极配合组织，开展了班级网络信息安全教育工作，推动日常性的网络安全教育。

此次活动，老师在各班进行宣讲，通过PPT的形式让同学们对网络信息安全与诈骗有了一定了解。通过个别具体案列，指出了网络诈骗行为，即他人利用伪造、信息窃取、数据篡改、破坏病毒等非法手段破坏终端数据，发送虚假信息，伪造交易信息等。

并强调了学生信息安全防范意识差和安全教育现状不容乐观的现状。同时，此次宣讲通过着重强调信息安全问题也教会同学们具体的防范措施。告知我们在上网的同时，要注意对信息进行辨别，远离不良信息，文明上网。并对诈骗的信息要保持警惕，形成良好的安全习惯和自我保护意识。

此次宣讲活动的圆满结束，引导同学们提升了网络安全能力和自我防范意识，更是使大家掌握了一些防范措施。体现了学校对学生的关心，有助于构建一个局部安全、全局安全、智能安全的整体安全的学院体系，营造一个良好的学校氛围。

通过学习计算机与网络信息安全，使我更加深刻的理解网络信息安全的重要性。网络信息安全是保护个人信息的完整性和保密性的重要条件，只有明白了网络信息安全的基础知识，我们才能更加的了解网络信息安全在如今信息化时代的重要性!

另外我们每天的新闻都会有好多网络犯罪案件，这些都是个人信息的泄露，不是个人网上银行密码被盗，就是网络个人信息泄露犯罪，所以这些呢都是需要我们重视的，如今第三方支付平台和网上零售等的不断发展我们更是需要提高对计算机网络信息安全的认识，特别是对计算机类专业的学习，更是提出了一个新的要求，那就是我们必须拥有丰富的网络信息安全的知识，我们仅仅知道文本等的加密那是完全不够的，时代在进步我们更需要进步，所以我们需要在了解计算机网络安全基础知识的同时，进一步提高自己的信息安全知识。

网络信息安全需要简单的认识到文件的加密解密，病毒的防护，个人网络设置，加密解密技术，个人电脑的安全防护，生活中的网络泄密和不经意间的个人信息泄露，等等;有时候我们个人的信息是自己泄露的，只是我们没有留意，我们的陌生人可以简单的通过你的个人主页，你的网络言论中分析得到你的个人资料，你会不经意间说明你的所在的城市小区等等，这都是不经意间出现的，那么你的不留意有可能就被另外一些人所利用了，所以我们需要注意在网络信息时代的用词和个人信息的保护，提高防护意识!

我们每个人在信息化的时代都会遇到很多问题，这也是因人而异吧!那么简单的说明一下我所遇到的问题：

1、我初用电脑时不知道如何去对我的电脑进行日常维护，如何保证自己的电脑不中病毒，但是现实中的学习我明白了，因为信息化的时代我们可以分享网络上好多的知识，如今简单的问题我可以自己解决了;

2、使用电脑的时候有些软件的注册表不知道怎么回事就丢失了，导致无法正常使用，现在我还是不甚了解为什么?恳求老师帮忙解答!

3、系统软件运行时总是很慢，经过杀毒系统优化等还是没有太大效果，软件启动时总会影响电脑的运行速度，甚者导致电脑的暂时死机;

4、有些网页打开时会导致IE浏览器加载失败，网页需要重新加载或者恢复网页;

5、如果电脑突然死机或者断电，自己的资料没有完全保存，那么我们还能找到吗?如何找回?

6、误删文件需要找回，回收站已经清空，我们怎么恢复数据?

以后如有问题还希望多跟老师交流，因为我电脑相对很感兴趣，但是知道的并不是很多，还有很多不足，希望老师指导!

过春节的时候本来应该高高兴兴的过节，可是医院里面的人却比往常多了好几倍，这又是为什么呢?还不是因为人们安全意识不高?燃放烟花爆竹是过春节的传统保留节目，虽然电视报纸上多次申明要注意安全防止引起火灾，但是还有好多人不能引以为戒，今年年前有家商场为了迎接新年，在商场门口放爆竹，结果把商场给烧掉了，好在没有人员伤亡，这是不幸中的万幸了。

最后，我想说：关注消防，安全至上!这句口号不应该只在嘴上，它应该深深刻在我们每个人的心上，体现在我们的日常生活中!
