It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. In the afternoon I went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. It was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the internet and read a storybook in the evening. Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.

经过两个月多的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，即使是之前从来没有接触过的，同时也对外贸业务这一行有了更深的认识，也有了浓厚的兴趣，越来越有干劲了。这一周仍然做些琐碎的事，发发邮件，通过电话跟客户沟通的事情。偶尔也出去跟经理见见生意面谈的场面。 但经理试着让我对客户介绍我们公司的一些产品。

由于自己向来比较内敛的缘故，首次与客户面谈显得比较紧张，也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上经理的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在陌生的场合怯场。今天下来，面对经验比我丰富的阅历比我深的多的多的客户，也能够通过简练清晰的表达让对方熟悉我们的产品，让他们对我们的产品产生更浓厚的兴趣。

昨天下午，我们班进行了英语考试。今天，当试卷发下来以后，成绩是60分!从未有过的低分数!我被这个成绩怔住了，我迫不急待地打开试卷，想要看看到底是怎么一回事。 通过整张卷子的卷面来看，我最大的问题在于审题。最后，则是积累问题。这点可以从我的作文中看出，在我想到一句很好的话时，却因为一个单词而放弃。可见我平时的积累还是太少。因为这次成绩不太理想，所以有好好的分析卷子，写下了这篇反思报告。希望做到以上几点，并取得进步。

Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year, is the most important holiday in China. From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year. They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy new clothes. Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular. To those who live far away from their home,this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family. The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

My Classmates I have many friends in my class. Theyre lovely and interesting. I would like to introduce some of them. Alice is very cute. Shes also kind to everyone and shes very enthusiastic. Shes always ready to help everyone， ， but our teachers always forgive her. Ben is the most talkative boy in our class. His nickname is chatterbox. He has a great sense of humor and he always makes me laugh Linda is a quiet student. She is good at every subject but she never shows off. Allen is a very tall boy. Today， my sister and me to a dirty dog take a shower， sister to bring

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. i will go to school few days later. i’m afraid that i can’t get used to the school life because i true very hate school. i don’t think there has a good school in my home. we have zero english teachers from usa and we have zero good computer ..may be many students can’t agree with me. but they will agree if they can see a really good school. do you agree with me.

Saturday, my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient

little ducks swimming in the bowl. My in the mind have a little not to eat them.

But the smell of fragrance and let me greedy slobber, I eat up tit-bit. But I

eat dumplings, the heart have a kind of feeling can not tell.

This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very

interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She

has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I

without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are

very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too.

When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand

father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’.

Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think

of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven.

I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door.

I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

I will have a seven-day holiday next week. In these days, I have many

things to do. First, I must finish the exercises left by teachers, Chinese, math

and English. It may take me two days to finish. I plan finish them in the first

and second day. And then, I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad. I

miss them very much. So do they. I will stay there for three days. The last two

days, I want to have a good rest or play with my friends. It’s my own time, so

that I want to spend it with my friends. This is my plan for the holiday. What

Today I stayed at home. So I was very bored. I didn’t know what to do. My

aunt said, “ Help me buy a packet of sugar.” “All right.” I said. I went out of

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

fell to the ground. I picked him up, and he said,“Thank you.” After he left, I

went home. I helped a little boy today, I felt very happy.

Today, i opened my free forum and i was very happy because i could do a lot of things there.I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. then i will make it grow up and at the same time, i can write down what i want to say there.I will be very happy.

今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。
