The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

My favourite festival is Spring Festival. Before Spring Festival we usually clean and decorate our house.

The Spring Festival， Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. “清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”清明是二十四节气之一，这一天常常会下雨。而这一天也是中华传统节日之一——清明节。

清明节有很多习俗，最重要的是扫墓祭祖，其次还有踏青、插柳、植树、放风筝、吃寒食等习俗。

去年清明节，我和家人们一起去祭拜了我的曾祖们。一大早，爸爸就准备好了祭扫的物品。我们来到陵园，我和爸爸先把墓碑仔细地擦洗干净，然后用金粉把墓碑上面的字一笔一划描地清清楚楚，整个墓碑焕然一新。爸爸笑着说：“爷爷奶奶，房子翻新好了，觉得满意吗?”接着妈妈在墓碑前点燃了两根红色的蜡烛，摆上了一束美丽的菊花，我们一起向曾祖们拜了三拜。

回家的路上，奶奶给我们讲了讲关于曾祖们的故事，令我印象最深的是外曾祖母。奶奶的爸爸在她还很小的时候就去世了，外曾祖母独自靠做针线活把她的六个孩子拉扯大。我觉得外曾祖母是一个很伟大、坚强的人，我要珍惜现在美好的生活，也要学习她的坚强品格。

今年的清节却格外不同。中华民族刚刚遭遇了一场可怕的灾难，在那一天，所有人停下了脚步，暂停了一切娱乐活动，共同悼念在疫情中牺牲的烈士和逝世的同胞。

清明节虽然有点儿悲伤，但是我觉得和家人们一起祭扫，听祖辈们的故事，让我们一家人变得更亲密。哀悼烈士和同胞的活动，使我感受到了中华民族的团结，所以清明节也带给我们力量。
