今天终于达到诵读道德经100遍，总算摆脱了被债主催债的感觉，一鼓作气来写个博吧。

但初读昭昭，多读昏昏;读经日益，感悟日损。被顾老师逼着写博，倒让我回忆起读研时候的趣事。

那时，我们戏剧专业总共3个导师，各带1~2个研究生，总共也就4人。所以，上课都是直接到老师家上的，有时上课是讨论名家名剧的文本，有时候老师放碟片。看碟片当然是很开心的，不料看到兴起处，老师遥控器一拿，“咔”就暂停了，“这一段咱们来分析一下!”顿时就懵了。毕竟看碟片的时候是投入情感在看戏，需要的是共鸣效果;忽然大脑要切换到理论剖析，转为逻辑思维，大脑处于空白状态，不得不快速搜寻大脑每个角落回忆可用的情节并找到可用的理论框架。再接着看碟片都有点抖抖索索的感觉，不时用眼角余光看看老师是不是要拿遥控器，也试图调动一些脑细胞在看剧同时做些分析，但后者基本上很难做到，老师暂停的时候，我们4人总是处于茫然状态，而且看得很不尽兴。

读道德经写博的难也在此，读经时，随着遍数增长，愈发如小和尚念经般有口无心，按照顾老师的理论是无需用脑，但总结出东西写博却少不得要用脑，两者切换，不免恍兮惚兮。

姑且勉强挤一点“牙膏”：

道德经有言“为学日益，为道日损”，感觉这是顾老师最为津津乐道的句子之一。而我个人的感悟恰好可以倒过来说，即“日益为学，日损为道”。

在人生的最初阶段，因为我们的身体、生活状态是“日益”的，所以我们的精力会更多地甚至全部地投入在外在的东西中，比如“为学”，比如追名逐利。那个阶段，我们志得意满、意气风发、挥斥方遒，相信人定胜天，相信事在人为，相信“我能”。但是当我们的身体、事业、生活的其他方面在慢慢走下坡路即“日损”的时候，大家又会不约而同地转向内在，即“求道”。虽然具体的道各式各样，也许是儒，也许是道，也许是佛，也许是基督，也许是心理学，也许是瑜伽，也许是别的什么心灵鸡汤，也许就是什么大法。因为看到了我“不能”，人的尽头是“神”的开始，是“道”的开始。
