I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. There are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We can choose our favorite lessons to learn. We can spend more time doing some outside reading. The students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. We needn’t do a lot of homework. We are all happy to stay at school.

Besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden. There are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. Sweet perfumes are diffused all around. If I want to have a rest, I can lie on the grass, listen to music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.

The teachers here are kind and helpful. They are not only our teachers but also our good friends. The students are polite and friendly. We all know how to keep our school clean and tidy. There is no litter around the campus.

I love my dream school. We will grow up to be happier there.

自多了端午节假日，端午的“节”气立时浓了起来。这也让现时代的人们，体味到了旧时中国的传统意味。

农历五月初五，端午。在中国，流传至今的节日“四大名旦”，当属春节、中秋、清明和端午。而这四者中，端午名气相对最小，但它又是内容最为丰富的一个。自然，它的“中国味”也是最浓的。端午的习俗来源，最广的说法当属屈原投江忌日。人们为了纪念这位伟大的爱国诗人，在这一日，划龙舟，包粽子……而从历史渊源上讲，正是纪念屈原这一点，让端午变得丰富和更有价值。

农历五月五，本不是一个“好日子”。在国人的传统上，5月及5日，属“恶”月与“恶”日。因此，5月5日之端午，辟邪驱恶，成为端午的重要内容。

为什么选择5月5日作为“端午”?在时间上，5月初，正是“五毒”从冬日复苏，开始活跃，容易对人造成伤害的时节;而5月，则是气候多变，各种瘟疫最为流行的季节。这也是认为5月是“恶”月的一个原因吧。

是日，家家门前挂上菖蒲、艾草;孩子的额上，用雄黄画一个“王”字或一个点;或在孩子的手上，圈一个五色线。这都是在辟邪驱恶呢。

大约在50年前，如此习俗，无论是穷人还是富家，都会这样做。后来，明显少了许多。近些年，虽然传统越来越有回归的意思。但人们，大概很少想起要靠这些方式驱毒。它只是一个象征，是人们寄托美好的愿望的方式。

端午，最是忆江南。采一把芦叶，以长江的江草作线，严严地裹实粽米;深夜了，母亲升一台灶，火融融的;第二天清晨，孩儿醒来，整个屋充盈着芦叶的清香;镜前的自己已是一只虎——额上有一只大“王”;门前挂着长长的菖蒲、艾草，手腕绕一串五色彩线。而这个时节，正是啖黄鱼的好时机，再穷的人家，也会买一条两斤左右的大黄鱼。可惜，这样的大黄鱼，在市面上，已经有20年不可见了……

毕竟，那一代人还有端午之“忆”。令人欣慰的是，如今，越来越多的人认为，中国的许多传统，包括传统节日与习俗，不能丢。那是渗入中国人骨髓的根。

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

大年三十这天，我早早地起床，换上新衣服，协助爸爸贴春联、贴福字，准备迎接新年的到来。晚饭前，我和舅舅到楼下放鞭炮，放完鞭炮我们回屋。

一家人围坐在一起吃团圆饭，妈妈做的红烧鱼真是色香味俱全，浓浓的鱼香扑鼻而来;清香的鸡汤也弥漫在空气中;除了菜香、肉香，还有一股淡淡的酒香。吃完年夜饭后，我给长辈们一一拜年，他们都给我发了红包，我开心极了。大家围在电视机前看春节联欢晚会，节目很精彩：有悠扬的歌曲，有风趣的小品，也有滑稽的相声……春晚的节目真是丰富多彩啊!

“炮竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符。”旧的一年过去了，新的一年来临了。一阵阵“噼里啪啦”把我带进了一个流光溢彩的烟花世界，五彩缤纷的烟花美极了!有的像一个个小精灵，还有的像一只只蝴蝶，有的还像一朵朵绽放的花儿。

That was a morning in the early of June. I took a bus to my school in the suburb which was surrounded by rice paddies and ponds. The sky was gray with the gloomy clouds congregating gradually along the far eastern horizon. "There must be a heavy rain soon." I spoke to myself.

When I hurried into the classroom, the sky, gray before, was shrouded now by black clouds, darken to twilight, I felt quite stuffy, while it was quite calm, without wind. I saw the leaves of trees and grass static, which seem to await something tohappen. Several minutes later, I saw the lightening split the clouds and heard the thunders following. Suddenly, the curtain of rain fell and the wind blew. soon the grass flattened under the wind and the rain. With the rain forming like a fog, the sky became bright. I took several deep breathes. I felt comfortable.

The heavy rain lasted three hours and stopped when the class was over. The air was so fresh and the sky was so clear. I felt like a new man myself.

唉，别人暑假是游山玩水，而我的暑假去的却是上海的医院。在那里呆的两天令我久久不能忘怀。早上八点钟，爸爸把我从甜甜的梦乡中拉了出来，要我和他一起去医院给我看病。我们出了宾馆，吃了点东西就向医院慢慢地走去。爸爸说他用手机挂了一个号，我们可以随到随看，不用排队。但是这医生远近闻名，他一周只看一天的病，一天只看三十几个人，如果这次排队没有排上，

就要等一个星期了。到了医院，爸爸径直走进诊室。可是医生却把我们“请”出来了，还说虽然手机挂号是不需要排超过一天的长队，但是，还是要排队的，现在我们只有等了。

十一点，医生终于看完了我们前面的病人。我们进去后，医生用不到一分钟的时间把我的病看完了。然后，医生对爸爸说，让他带我到十八楼。到了十八楼，我用不到一分钟的时间把这层楼走了一圈。爸爸找不到要去的房间了。这一层楼

大大小小至少有十几个房间。而且，每一间屋子几乎是一模一样。爸爸终于在一个角落里找到了医生说的那个房间。它里面有一个很大的照相设备，这个身着白大褂的医生拿着照相机站在幕布前，让我坐在一个凳子上，给我不断变换“造型”，拍了好多张脸部照片。

拍完照还要去拍CT、磁共振。整个中午我们都奔波在这座硕大的医院里。这时已经是下午两点了，我们已经在上海九院的那栋楼里来回奔波了好几个来回了。我肚子咕咕直叫，爸爸给我弄点东西充饥，而爸爸却什么都来不及吃了。

只要一有空闲，我就会在医院里参观，一号楼门口的大花池令我记忆很深。那个花池里有许多花草树木，看起来就像一个绿色的湖泊。池子中间有一条幽径。两边的树荫为这条小路撑起了巨伞，把小路上的阳光遮挡的严严实实。即使是在四十多度的炎炎夏日，那条小路上依然十分凉爽。大花池边还有一个小小的花坛。这儿开放着许多不知名的小花朵，竞相开放，散发着芳香。

我要在九号楼拍片子。这儿门口的花坛简直是星罗棋布，随处可见。不仅楼外很美，里面也很美。一盆凤尾竹犹如孔雀的尾巴，艳丽多姿。我们一直留在九号楼。九号楼的第一层有五个大房间。每个房间里面的仪器各不相同。有的是一个人形的大铁皮板，有的是一个好似面包圈一样的，我看着，不禁有一点惧怕。不过幸好今天不用靠近它们。

第二天，爸爸一大早就又把我带到了医院。唉!今天要到可怕的仪器那儿去了。我走进了那个大铁皮仪器，平安无事。我又去了那个大“面包圈”，我躺在面包圈前面的床上，面包圈一下把我“吞”了进去。进去时没事，过了一会儿我感到了全身发热，好像身边有个大火球。半个小时后出来，心里真的很紧张。

暑假去医院可真是难忘呀!
