The Spring Festival, Chinese New Year,is the most important festival for all of us. Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

I am deeply moved by his stories. So I’ll work hard today and do my best to helpothers.

Now, the new semester has begun for more than one week. I gradually adapt

to my new life in senior school. In senior school, my biggest feeling is busy,

for I have classes all the day and teachers leave us a lot of homework. In the

morning, I have two periods for morning reading, Chinese and English, beginning

from 7:00. After that, I have four periods in the morning and four other in the

afternoon. There are many more subjects than in middle school, Chinese, math,
