在遥远的非洲，那里是严重缺水地区，那里许多人的死亡多时因为没有水喝二渴死的，在哪里，下一场雨都是非常不容易的，就算下一次，顶多也是毛毛细雨，可这对于非洲人命来说，这一点儿水比十吨油都重要。
