Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

赛龙舟是端午节的一项重要活动，在中国南方十分流行，尤其是广东地区，广东地区称之为扒龙船。它最早当是古越族人祭水神或龙神的一种祭祀活动，其起源有可能始于原始社会末期。赛龙舟历史悠久，已流传两千多年，是中国民间传统水上体育娱乐项目，多是在喜庆节日举行，是多人集体划桨竞赛。传出国外后，深受各国人民的喜爱并形成了国际比龙船竞渡前，先要请龙、祭神。如广东龙舟，在端午前要从水下起出，祭过在南海神庙中的南海神后，安上龙头、龙尾，再准备竞渡。并且买一对纸制小公鸡置龙船上，认为可保佑船平安(隐隐可与古代鸟舟相对应)。闽、台则往妈祖庙祭拜。各种祭祀、纪念之仪式，无非是点香烛，烧纸钱，供以鸡、米、肉、供果、粽子等。如今这些含有迷信色彩朗仪式已很少见，但在过去，人们祭祀龙神庙时气氛很严肃，多祈求农业丰收、风调雨顺、去邪祟、攘灾异、事事如意，也保佑划船平安。用人们的话说，“图个吉利”，表达人们内心良好的愿望。而在湖北的屈原家乡秭归，也有祭拜屈原的仪式流传。

在划龙船时，又多有唱歌助兴的龙船歌流传。如湖北秭归划龙船时，有完整的唱腔，词曲根据当地民歌与号子融汇而成，唱歌声雄浑壮美，扣人心弦，即“举揖而相和之”之遗风。又如广东南雄县的龙船歌，是在四月龙船下水后唱到端午时止，表现内容十分广泛。

端午节吃粽子，这是中国人民的又一传统习俗。粽子，又叫“角黍”、“筒粽”。其由来已久，花样繁多。

据记载，早在春秋时期，用菰叶(茭白叶)包黍米成牛角状，称“角黍”;用竹筒装米密封烤熟，称“筒粽”。东汉末年，以草木灰水浸泡黍米，因水中含碱，用菰叶包黍米成四角形，煮熟，成为广东碱水粽。

晋代，粽子被正式定为端午节食品。当时包粽子的原料除糯米外，还添加中药益智仁，煮熟的粽子称“益智粽”。时人周处《岳阳风土记》记载：“俗以菰叶裹黍米，……煮之，合烂熟，于五月五日至夏至啖之，一名粽，一名黍。”南北朝时期，出现杂粽。米中掺杂禽兽肉、板栗、红枣、赤豆等，品种增多。粽子还用作交往的礼品。

到了唐代，粽子的用米，已“白莹如玉”，其形状出现锥形、菱形。日本文献中就记载有“大唐粽子”。宋朝时，已有“蜜饯粽”，即果品入粽。诗人苏东坡有“时于粽里见杨梅”的诗句。这时还出现用粽子堆成楼台亭阁、木车牛马作的广告，说明宋代吃粽子已很时尚。元、明时期，粽子的包裹料已从菰叶变革为箬叶，后来又出现用芦苇叶包的粽子，附加料已出现豆沙、猪肉、松子仁、枣子、胡桃等等，品种更加丰富多彩。

掐指一算，在北京的生活已经有20多年了，从一个香港的西餐厨师，到拥有5家连锁企业、几百名员工的老板，还娶了北京老婆，曾昭日算是在北京彻底安家了。

曾昭日说，北京人从来没把他当外人。这些年，每当遇到困难的时候，总是能得到很多人的帮助和支持。

平安大街开设总店

“记得在第三家分店即将开业的时候，突然接到了拆迁的通知。那一刻心都凉了，好不容易才把开业手续全办齐，又花了好几个月的时间装修和招工，眼看就要开业了，先别说我的投资，那几十个已经跟我签了合同的员工怎么办?”为了这事，曾昭日急得几天没睡好觉，脑子里闪过的全是员工追着要赔偿的情景。

就在快要绝望的时候，区领导听说了，主动找到曾昭日说：“你先别着急!政府拆迁,是为了让老百姓过上更好的生活，不会把企业扔下不管。区里已经研究同意了，会给你们安排一个更合适的地方继续经营。你是香港同胞，祖国欢迎你们来创业，更希望你们能够在北京扎根。”就这样，在区政府的协调帮助下，日昌在西城的平安大街开办了总店。

来北京那么多年，曾昭日从一个普通的打工仔，到拥有自己的事业;从不了解中国共产党，到认识党、感谢党、相信党、热爱党。“今后我一定会更加努力地把企业搞好，把员工带好，一心一意爱祖国，跟党走!”

My schoool life is busy and fantastic.
