接着说完粽子，是不是该说一说别的习俗了呢?哎呦，我不禁发现呀，住在城市里的小伙伴应该也知道，我们周围好像已经没有什么传统的习俗了。赛龙舟，连一条河都没有，怎么赛呀?雄黄酒，还有谁喝，现在都有二锅头和红的了，也不用放蛇，喝什么雄黄。不过其实在一些农村里面，还是有不少这样那样的习俗，但一对比我们发现，虽然都保留着文化。但是我们城市留着更多的是屈原的诗和名字，而农村流的更多则是那些古老的习俗。我的爸爸妈妈给我讲到过他们小时候，可热闹了，家家户户都有亲人来访，大家围个大圆桌，一起吃吃喝喝。红光满面的，别提多高兴了。虽然习俗不是很正宗，但是团圆留下了。我们城市每当到端午时，可能连一个电话都没有给身在老家的爷爷奶奶打，他们二老心里说不定也是一次绝望又燃起希望，盯着大门口和村口那样望呢!但是希望也麻木了，现在就是不回来，可能也习惯了。探口气，自己吃顿饭，端午就算过了。我们这一辈也好不到哪里去，当我们也有我们的小孩，我们又有什么可以跟小孩讲呢，难道是讲小时候端午玩电脑和看电视的情景吗!

Before I came here, I can never imagine that I can learn so much knowledge

about other countries, which cant be got from my books in school. Three months

ago, I took my first class. Unfortunately, I felt so embarrassed, because I even

After that, I took some of my tutors advice and previewed the lesson that

I’ll learn. What’s more, in every class, I JUST try my best to say as much as

赛龙舟，是端午节的主要习俗。相传起源于古时楚国人因舍不得贤臣屈原投江死去，许多人划船追赶拯救。他们争先恐后，追至洞庭湖时不见踪迹。之后每年五月五日划龙舟以纪念之。借划龙舟驱散江中之鱼，人们还把粽子投入江中，以免鱼虾吃掉屈原的身体。竞渡之习，盛行于吴、越、楚。后来，赛龙舟除纪念屈原之外，在各地人们还付予了不同的寓意。

这些习俗都流传至今。

刘老师是我的游泳教练，他有着高挺的鼻子，薄薄的嘴唇，那引人瞩目的剔透的深棕色眼眸像是最纯净的琥珀，总透出一股亲切。刘老师在课堂上和生活中都像是一个大哥哥，轻松幽默的教学方式以及顽皮可爱的性格，同学们都很喜欢，乐在其中。

刘老师在课上经常组织同学们进行实战比赛，有时刘老师也会参赛，这时顽皮的刘老师总故意使出一些小花招：在喊一二三之前，刘老师总是会像《猫和老鼠》中的汤姆猫一样狡黠一笑，在喊到二时，他就像一个小潜水艇一样转动马达抢先出发了。当我们刚反应过来时，刘老师已经游出去很远了，还向我们大声喊着：“快来追我呀!追到了奖励少游一圈!”而且他还向我们不停地挥手，就好像真的得了冠军一样。此时我们每个人脸上都挂着三条黑线，只能无奈地拼命向刘老师的方向游去。调皮起来的刘老师，还真是一个现实版的蜡笔小新呢!

还有一次游泳课刚结束，大家都很疲惫，一起走向更衣间。刘老师和我并排走着，突然他向我又露出那个标志性的“狡黠一笑”，在我有不好的预感同时，他已经以迅雷不及掩耳之速，拍了下前面同学的肩膀，并且若无其事地大步向前走去。他的速度就像《愤怒的小鸟》中的黄色小鸟，同学回头只看见了我，以为是我干的，周围的空气仿佛凝固了，我百口莫辩，只能无奈地摇摇头，做了一次“背锅侠”。调皮起来的刘老师，还真是既可爱又可气呢。

这就是我们的刘老师，一个乐观积极，顽皮可爱的大哥哥，他不仅教会了我游泳的技能，更让我学会了保持阳光心态，笑对人生。我要从平凡的每一天中寻找生活中的快乐，做一个和刘老师一样身体和心灵都健康的阳光大男孩。

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost

all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological

well being, Whenever Im in low spirit,aking part in sports can help me forget my

anxieties and worries. Besides, sports can teach me some lessons about life.

Through participation, I can learn that on the playground I not only struggle

My favourite sport is football, as it is very exciting. I play footetball

three times a week. Most often I play it in my school. I feel very happy when I

想必大家都想知道端午节吃粽子的来源吧!我呢!就给大家讲讲。粽子的悠久历史，春秋时期，用菇茭白叶包黍米成牛角状，称角黍。用竹筒装米密封烤熟，称筒粽。在战国时代，楚国三闾大夫及爱国诗人屈原投汨罗江自尽后，百姓为了防止鱼类破坏屈原的尸体，用竹筒装米投入江中，让鱼儿们去吃米饭而不去咬屈原的遗体。这正是吃粽子的原因，了解了吗?

1、每年农历的五月初五，这天人们都要过端午节。端午节时人们都要采艾蒿，吃粽子，来庆祝节日。

早晨，我正在熟睡中，奶奶忽然叫我起床说：“大孙子，起床了，咱们一起去采艾蒿。”我一听说采艾蒿急忙起床。奶奶领我到地里去采艾蒿。我听奶奶说艾蒿还可以防感冒。我想原来艾蒿还有这么多用处啊!

回到家，奶奶说：“我教你包粽子。”我说：“好。”奶奶说：“包粽子还有这样一个由来，相传，大将军屈原为了保卫祖国的江山，宁死不屈，投河自尽。自从屈原投河自尽。人么怕鱼儿吃掉屈原的尸体，就在这里投下粽子。”

我今天知道了粽子的由来并亲手包了粽子。今天过得真开心。

2、香喷喷的粽子熟了，黄澄澄的雄黄酒酿好了，赛龙舟的船也准备好了，端午节也就随风而来了。

端午节有一千多年的历史了，传说是为了纪念大诗人屈原的。春秋战国时期，楚国有位著名的大臣，名叫屈原。他不仅诗词写得好，还有相当的谋略;既是一位诗人，也是一位政治家。屈原出身于楚国的贵族，起初颇受楚怀王的信任，曾做到左徒的高官，他主张改良内政，联齐抗秦。但是，楚怀王的令尹子椒、上官大夫靳尚和他的宠妃郑袖等人，由于受了秦国使者张仪的贿赂，不但阻止怀王接受屈原的意见，并且进谗言使怀王疏远了屈原。结果楚怀王被秦国诱去，囚死在秦国。顷襄王即位后，屈原继续受到迫害，并一再遭到放逐。公元前278年，秦国大将白起带兵南下，攻破了楚国国都，屈原对前途感到绝望，就在农历五月除五投汨罗江自尽。屈原写了很多不朽诗篇，比如有：《离骚》、《天问》等等……

端午节还有许多别名，有：浴兰节、女儿节、五五节、端阳节等等……

我非常喜欢端午节，因为这其中寓含着很丰富的意义。
