更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

昨天，我激动了一个晚上。凌晨三四点还没睡着，为啥啊?明天就要报到了，就要报道去了!就能看见昔日的老同学了，谁能不高兴啊?

一大早，老妈就给我做好了饭，我也顾不上吃了，用塑料袋装着饭就奔向学校。虽说我到学校的路只有一二百米，可是今天对我来说却异常的远。我左看看右看看，找到了不少老同学，脸上都带着开学的喜悦，快步走向学校。我们讨论着暑假发生的事，脸上都乐开了花。

Today we visited Red Star Farm.

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。
